Ranch Inn in Jackson

This was a very comfortable and affordable stay for us. We were travelling to Jackson for my daughter's volleyball tournament and did not want to break the bank for a quick stay. The hotel was very clean and so convenient for walking to dinner, ice cream, bagels, etc. It is a little older in style, but it was great for us. The staff was very friendly at this hotel, the down side is there is no more hot tub or pool which was a big disappointment. The rooms could use updated as the carpet was not in very noice condition and the sir conditioner and heater didn't work very well. the location was nice but the overall condition of the hotel was not in good shape. the breakfast […] was decent but very basic, cereal, toast, juice, yogurt, and coffee. The room was very clean, close to the square. We were are able to walk to many places. The price was very affordable.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable--could use some up-date on the furniture. Location was perfect. Would stay there again.

I enjoyed staying at Ranch Inn; when I checked in the staff even directed me to coupons for the Snow King tubing. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The TV was dated but worked well. When I asked the night before for a late check-out, the older gentlemen at the desk told me to call in the morning because they were full the next day and he wasn't sure housekeeping would be able to let me stay until 12 noon (regular check-out at 11am). When I called, I did get an extended check-out but I was frustrated to hear they were not full at all and had plenty of rooms left. Great room in a convenient location. The cost was a real value in a major tourist location.

For the price this hotel worked for us. Our only complaint was the gap between the door and the baseboard of the floor in sub freezing weather that did not "cut it". The hotel personnel were great though and everything else worked. I would stay there again.

Ranch Inn is in great location round the corner from the town square and shuttle to Teton Village. Our room was enormous clean and well equipped (including a high quality hairdryer!). Would definitely recommend to winter or summer stayers.

First rate facilities except poor setup of computer for business use in the hotel office.

great location to city center, friendly staff, good size rooms & mountain view if room on upper level; hardly any toiletries available, no safe, breakfast pretty forgetable; though rooms were at much better rate if not booked ahead but walk-in on the day

Huge room and bathroom, good location. Hot coffee and tee all the time, good breakfast. Could use the carpet cleaning.

This hotel was far better than I expected. The two stars had me worried. I think it deserves more than that. We loved our huge recently renovated room and especially enjoyed the deck with its great view. The location is awesome. The best reasonably priced place to stay in the best location in Jackson. The rooms are very large in the tower and very comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

The Ranch Inn certainly lived up to expectations, the location is perfect, central to all that Jackson has to offer, plenty of parking space and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The room was huge, we had our own balcony, it all looked new, only one block from the town square.

The room was Great...the shower was horrible...no water pressure. It was like trying to shower under a garden hose. Everything else was super.

I enjoyed my stay, all trans made it easy to get to and from the airport, hotel staff was very friendly, bathroom were clean and well functioning. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great location with large rooms in the tower. Wonderful views, and within walking distance of all of downtown Jackson. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but a bit limited.

We visited Jackson to see a Bob Dylan concert and ended up with this hotel. They, like all others we researched, jacked up their prices specifically for this weekend. The clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very clean, large room with a large bathroom, however, the faucet on the tub was broken and the towel bar fell down when I placed […] one towel on it. It was also located above a popular eatery that blasted loud music late into the night. I appreciate the cleanliness and the size of the room, but I would never pay what I paid for this place again. We arrived early but our room had been cleaned and we were able to check in. The room was clean, spacious and had just bout eveything one would need. The batroom fan did not work, but that is minor. My only real complaint is that they had no guest computer to print our boarding pass and I was told they were not allowed to do it for us. This was a great hotel! I wasn't sure from the pictures, but the rooms were spacious and clean, with nice breakfast in the morning. You couldn't beat the location! I would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel Exceeded our expectations - It was very central and had off street parking. Wifi was free. It seems that reviews in particular from US travellers will complain about the most miniscule of things - nothing at all to complain about at the Ranch Inn. I booked this thinking it would be a quaint little hotel. It's not a bad hotel, but just don't go expecting anything above economy lodging. Pros: Beautiful view, friendly staff, great location Cons: Heater kept me up all night making an annoying knocking sound every few minutes, patio door was unlocked when we arrived

Very comfortable room, reasonably priced. It is in a great location, you can walk to the downtown area.

The Hotel was great. The rooms were large and roomy and very clean. Great location, you can walk to downtown area. We have stayed here three times and have found the hotel to be very sufficent.

Spent one night on the way to Yellowstone. I was a bit confused by the wide range of reviews but decided to go for. We found the Ranch Inn to just fine! I highly recommend as it has everything you need for a nights stay and is quite and commfortable. Will stay again!

"Rustic" is the term used for many hotels in and near Jackson, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone. But what "rustic" really means is "outdated". This hotel was nice but looked like something out of the 1980's. I would recommend it, but with the dark carpet, dark bedding, and dark window treaments it has a feeling of not being clean.

Good hotel in a really good location in the centre of town.Free parking and included continental breakfast.

This hotel was great in location, condition, and quality of service. A block away from the town square, and from restaurants and shopping, once the car was parked, there was no need to drive anywhere. As any hotel in this town, expect to pay a premium during high tourist season. This was not out of line. If I had one complaint, it would be about the […] size of the breakfast area, and the quality of the "breakfast". Little more than a couple of cereals, some bread items, coffee, milk, and juice, the room is very small and cramped, and there really is no reason to eat here. Plan on going out for breakfast. Good value for jackson

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre ville, la chambre est grande et on y trouve tout le confort demandé. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner et décevant et le prix de la nuitée beaucoup trop cher.
