Een gezellig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is prima. Het hotel is dichtbij het vliegveld en in de omgeving zijn verschillende shopping malls. Wij moesten in het convention centrum zijn en dat was met de auto ongeveer 10 min van het hotel vandaan. Op het terrein van het hotel is een eetgelegenheid en aan de overkant van de weg is een supermarkt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.
Speciale verzoeken kunnen, indien mogelijk, bij het inchecken worden ingewilligd. Hiervoor kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Speciale verzoeken kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd.

"great vacation stop"
spent the night in this well-docorated, clean hotel, and they even offered burgers and brats for dinner social. conveniently close to concord mills and the nascar speed park.

The front desk and management were accommodating, courteous, and friendly. Great buffet breakfast, Nice pool. All around great stay!

Room was very nice for the price and the location to the Speedway was great. Breakfast however could use some improvement. Would stay there again and recommend it.

The basketball court, indoor pool, and billiards room gave our 3 kids plenty to do outside the hotel room while we were there for the weekend. The complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast--something for everyone. We had a double-queen suite with 2 queen beds in the bedroom, which we made the "kids room" and after they were asleep, we pulled the […] sofa sleeper out. "Not up to Standards"
Not up to Residence Inn Standards, smallish Bedroom, undersized stove, no fireplace.......could have doen as well for a lot less money.

Near the Concord Mills Mall and Speedway has a great hot breakfast, pool,putting green and a pool table!!! We stayed in 3 different hotels throughout our trip, this was the best and nicest one of all of them. Rooms were beautiful, like a model kitchen and home!! Very pleased with this hotel, would stay here many times!!!
"Employees Lied"
Hotels states that pets are allowed, and I looked to make sure that there was no fee, there was no fee stated on Hotels.com. Hotel charges a $75.00 pet fee. We were told that we would not be charged the fee because it wasn't listed on hotels.com but I look at my bank account online and they charged us the $75.00, after telling us they wouldn't charge […] us the fee. "outstanding hotel"
Very comfortable ,clean, quiet rooms. The front desk only had one employee working when we checked in but she was so nice and accommodating that we really didn't mind. Very nice and friendly. Would stay there again.

"Awesome hotel - mini apartment!"
Our stay was wonderful. Room was perfect, very modern, with full kitchen and beautifully decorated. Amazing price through hotels.com. Staff was tremendous. We were there for a running/biking race and a lot of athletes stayed at the hotel. The free breakfast was outstanding and the staff was quick to keep the kitchen full with the high demand for food […] over the weekend. This is the best hotel all around I have ever stayed in..It was great for familys with kids & pets even though I had no kids or pets with me.. All the employees were great and helpful. I will stay here every time Iam in Charlotte.

However, the front desk gave excellent directions and I was able to find the hotel quite easily after a quick phone call. My only regret is that my stay was not long enough to explore the area.
