Het hotel ligt centraal, hoewel je wel even moet zoeken. De service was prima, erg aardige staff. De kamers goed, schoon en zakelijk, maar wel wat kil met alle TL-licht. Dat maakte het op zijn minst ongezellig om in de kamer te zijn. Maakt dat je niet uit dan is dit een hotel om aan te raden.

Het hotel is vlakbij het conferentiecentrum, en op loopafstand van de Prudential shopping mall, restaurants op Boylston en diverse toeristische bestemmingen (duck boat stopt voor de deur). Voor een Hilton is dit een klein hotel, wat het wel gezellig maakt. Er zijn vijf gratis computers en gratis gebruik van de printer in de Starbucks beneden, mooie service! Het decor in de lobby en kamers is vrij donker bruin, dat doet voor mij gedateerd aan ondanks de verzekering dat alles pas gerenoveerd is. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik had ook een ruimte voor een vergadering en catering gereserveerd, en ook dat was allemaal prima voorbereid en afgehandeld.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.
Speciale verzoeken kunnen, indien mogelijk, bij het inchecken worden ingewilligd. Hiervoor kunnen extra kosten worden aangerekend. Speciale verzoeken kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd.

"Nice hotel - but not 4 stars"
Nice hotel - really 3 or 3 1/2 stars. Very clean because it's very new. The walls are paper-thin. Unfortunately, if someone is passing in the hallways, you can hear even regular conversational tones. Beds and rooms are comfortable. This is a 4-star hotel in relation to the surrounding area accomodations that are available, but in a metropolitan setting […] - 3 stars at best. Lees meer

Great Hotel and very convenient for Foxboro, though not Boston which can only be reached by car, which depending on traffic can take 5 minutes. If you need to be in Foxboro this is the place to stay

"Patriot Place"
We arrived at 5:45 PM to find only one desk clerk on duty and a line waiting to check in. We waited for 20 minutes to check in with what appeared to be a very nervous and confused desk clerk. After finally getting checked in and assigned to a room we waited several minutes more for the elevator in a three story hotel. Once we arrive at our assigned […] room we not only found that our key wouldn't work but there was another couple already occupying the room. They were kind enough to cal the front desk and the clerk, again sounding very confused, blurted out that we had been assigned a different room making it sound like it was our mistake. I sowed the room occupants the key folder that had their room listed for our room destination. The stay while only for one night was marred by por service , uncomfortable beds and pillows and a cold breakfast buffet. Great place, but my very late arrival forced me to search the hotel for a telephone to call the operator to send someone out to check me in....needs a little dinger bell at the desk!

Got a GREAT deal on hotels.com (paid 1/3 of the price from the hotels website), AND they let us check in on a game day HOURS before the scheduled time. Hotel was SUPER clean and comfy. Read the fine print, because on a Patriot game day, you still have to pay to park.

Nice place. Fun to wonder Patriots place. Surprised the beer price at the bar was about the same as going to a Pats game.

Nice hotel. Here a few comments: I wish they had a parking gagrage as parking is outside and the lot is small so overflow requires you to park in another lot which is a short walk but inconvenient if you are handicap. There is no valet parking which would be helpful when checking in and checking out. The room was nice and clean. Contemporary decor with […] asian touches. Internet available for a fee , nice flat screen tv but no refrigerator in the room. There is a small store in the hotel where you can buy beverages and there are lots of places to eat including the hotel. The food at the hotel bar was good and the bartender was great! The staff at the desk were helpful when approached but not forthcoming. A luggage cart would be helpful for guests as there is no assistance with your luggage. Nice hotel, comfy beds, clean room. Carpet had some minor stains on it, but nothing terrible. The hair dryer was broken and they had to bring me a new one, which they did quickly...and it was brand new. Overall, nice hotel

A no brainer stay here if there is any question the State Police may be involved -LoL. In all seriousness, clean to the point of being sterile. The trumped up Patriot's Place does have some nuance and something for everybody - from yuppie to redneck...

"Great place to stay for events in area"
Events @ Showcase Live and Gillette. Patriots Gameday they jack the prices way up, so not worth the investment. Other events in the complex - all good....

"Football fans must love this place!"
The hotel is right next door to the stadium. And the stadium is stunning. And I'm not a football fan! The hotel's decor has a very subtle football theme which was fun to discover. The surrounding area is mostly parking lots though which I guess is to be expected but was a little strange.

The hotel itself is very nice, as you would expect from a Renaissance, and the people were very nice. What I really love about this place, tho, is the environment. I'm not a football fan, but goodness knows that anyone with Patriot tickets will truly value their stay at this place for its convenience alone. Very well maintained hotel. Not knowing in advance the location in comparison to Gillette Stadium, we were amazed that it was basically in the parking lot of the stadium. Loved the experience, was convenient to interstate for our other travels in the area. Would stay there again. If you are attending a Patriots game, great place to stay.

"Gillette Stadium to see the Revs"
Hotel was outstanding. Staff was great. Stores And restuarants within walking distance. Stadium right across the parking lot. I loved every minute of it as a Pats, Celtics, and Revs fan. The price was great for the room, however about four times the price for a football game, and the wi-fi costed 10.99. My only two complaints. Would recomend it highly […] otherwise. Lees meer

"Favoriet Hotel"
This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We love the fact that you can walk out the back of the hotel and have all sorts of shops and Gillette Stadium right there.

"Great Location as a semi-destination hotel"
Being sports fan and having a few extra hours to pass the time after a 4 hour drive, the hotel and surrounding shops and restaurants were great. I am sure in season pricing is much more expensive; we found everything to be reasonably priced.
