Een gezellig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is prima. Het hotel is dichtbij het vliegveld en in de omgeving zijn verschillende shopping malls. Wij moesten in het convention centrum zijn en dat was met de auto ongeveer 10 min van het hotel vandaan. Op het terrein van het hotel is een eetgelegenheid en aan de overkant van de weg is een supermarkt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.
Speciale verzoeken kunnen, indien mogelijk, bij het inchecken worden ingewilligd. Hiervoor kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Speciale verzoeken kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd.

My children and I went to charlotte for a weekend and we had a great time at the hotel. The staff was awesome and helpful. We really enjoyed it. We will be back again and we will recomend this hotel for sure. Thanks for Making our trip nice.

From traveling city to city this is a great hotel to stay in. The staff was friendly yet professional, the room was clean as if I were at home, it wasnt much noise,and the location was great it was just outside of Charlotte which made traffic easier not to get into. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location, and very nice! New and clean.
The hotel was nice but I felt it didn't give me enough for my money. I expected breakfast.(at least a continental breakfast) but they gave nothing. Eventhough the room was nice, it was smaller than I expected.

This was probably the nicest hotels i've stayed in, including a Hilton.they have thought of all of the details that most places haven't. There were blackout curtains, a comfy sofa/sleeper, down pillows, extra blanket in closet,free wifi, nice desk, iron and ironing board (even the little cup for the water for the iron), nice closet, tv that slides out […] and swivels,real glassware,a mini fridge, light in the shower, place to sit in the shower, plenty of towels, and they even have beautiful wall art and textured walpaper. It is also very secure, and sparkling clean. Plus only one exit from the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. We have 3 more concerts in charlotte at that venue this summer and thi will be staying. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in the Concord area,its extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and courteous.Even though the breakfast was not included the fact that there are so many food options within minutes it was not a problem for us.Bottom line is we will be back here again very soon.

"Perfect location for the Amphitheater"
I stayed here for the Jimmy Buffett concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. It was a PERFECT location, very easy to get to the concert and plenty of places to eat and shop very close by. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. It seemed like it was a brand new hotel. The staff was very nice also when checking in/out.
Overall I was very impressed with this hotel.

Well for a hotel in this price range you would think they would have some kind of breakfast for you. They did have a snack bar but it wasn't manned too often. When we left for the day early in the morning, we returned to find our door to our room ajar. When I tried to call the desk to enquire about how long it had been left open.the phone didn't work. […] The other phone did work. The man at the desk didn't know how long the door had been left open. he said he didn't think anything would have been bothered. I am very glad he knows all of the customers that well. It is a very nice place but I was just dissappointed. I have been going to the Charlotte Auto Fair for twenty some odd years and have stayed in some lower classed motels and enjoyed my time there alot more. I plan to continue to go there every year but I won't stay there again and won't recommend it to anyone. Lees meer

"Courtyard Marriott-Concord NC"
Desk staff was nice and hotel was new and nice. Unfortunately, there was a party with DJ outside the hotel beneath my window. They were very loud and after 2am with the "party" still going, I called the desk and asked them to do something. 30 min. later, it was still going on and I went to the desk to complain again. Finally the party crew came inside […] (no help from desk staff) on their own accord. I did not pay what I did to wait till 3am to be able to get a good nights sleep. "Indoor pool water was freezing"
The only issue that I had with this hotel was with the indoor pool. The pool area was warm, but the pool water was freezing. We decided to spend a little more money to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool, but it turned out to be a waste. Other than that, everything else was fine.

"Good, clean, close to the highway"
The hotel is very new. It's not as cheap as motels, but you get what you pay for. It's right off I-85, so is convenient if you're going that way. Modern, lots of parking, helpful staff. Many restaurants within a mile or two. Free coffee in the lobby (and in the rooms). No problems here at all.

very amazing and nice hotel with a reasonable price. most hotel charge so much they drive people away. the marriott did not do this and they came at a great price without sacrificing luxury. amazing hotel truly a beutiful building and luxorious place to sleep.
Very nice! Love the decor in the room. Would definitely stay again. The only thing i thought the pool area was too small for a hotel like that and no complimentary breakfast.

The nicest hotel we've stayed in, in a long time. It was listed as a 3 star hotel but felt like a 5 star hotel. Very nice. Wish we were staying longer.

My familiy really likes this hotel because of it's proximity to Concord Mills Mall. Also, we like the indoor pool/hot tub. This was our 2nd visit, but not our last.

New and modern. Large rooms. Bed very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Check out is at Noon. They will allow late check out - up to 2pm. Cons: For the size of the hotel: pool & work out room very small. One computer available for the entire hotel (7 floors). No complementary breakfast. FYI - Refrigerator very small. A lot of traffic because Concord […] Mills mall, other hotels, and I-85. Plenty of places to eat. Lees meer
