Werkelijk uitstekende kwaliteit/prijs verhouding. Modern hotel met bijzonder ruime kamer! Aanduiding aan de straatkant kan beter! eerst twee keer voorbij gereden.

This was a no-frills kinda hotel. It was right across the street from the s-bahn station Galluswarte. This station is 1 stop from Frankfurt HB station, which makes it very accessible. The hotel has free wifi, but it kept disconnecting. The room is very small.. Like maybe the size of a walkin closet. My room was facing the train tracks on the first floor. […] No view at all! I booked a double room for 1 person and when I arrived got a cramped, triangular-shaped, room with a single bed in it. I showed the receptionist my booking and she said that hers said 'single room' so she was therefore unable to change it. What I paid for a quick stopover would have been far better spent on 5 nights in a youth hostel. The mini bar […] contained one bottle of water and my 'city view' was of a wall. The trams and trains running outside the hotel are very noisy. Also, beside my particular room the lift was very noisy. A total sham and waste of money as far as I'm concerned. Four stars is a joke. conveniently located, ground floor rooms does not offer safety boxes, nonetheless you can keep important stuff at front desk. I used the bar soap at arrival, and none of the following 3 days was replaced No TV in other language than german, except for cnn and bbc news. thanks

This hotel is virtually on top of two railway lines that run day and night. The rooms are clean but stuffy/hot. The hot water in the room was limited to 80 litres at a time, then you have to press a button on the boiler in the room! and wait 20 minutes!! (if two of you need to shower..be quick!!) The breakfast choice was very poor/ limited and lukewarm […] at best. The gym consisted of a broken x trainer, a creaky home gym type treadmill that would often stop unexpectedly, a home gym bicycle and a cheap and nasty home use multi gym...woeful. The surrounding streets are positively menacing and dirty, with the local drunks hanging around outside across the road and the equivalent of a giant council estate not far away. This is not a hotel that I would stay at again or recommend to anyone. It is, at best suitable for backpackers on a budget. Lees meer

Close to all train connections but very noisy from the train traffic. Room was tiny but clean.

PROS - Very recently renovated, clean hotel. We had a very nice room - seems like all of the furniture, furnishings are new. Great breakfast. Staff is friendly. Close to Galluswarte tram and S-bahn station. CONS - very close to S-bahn line, so quite Noisy. Bring earplugs. Excellent hotel, under all points of view. A great value for the money, too. Modern, clean, well organized, with free internet services and all the essentials. Very comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. They should advertise their closeness to the metro, because the cab ride from the Airport was very expensive, but the ride back on metro+train was […] actually very reasonable and easy. It would help for them to have an itinerary advertized, to and from the airport, with instructions on how to get there using metro and train. Lees meer

I tried this 3 star hotel due to its location. I normaly book 4 star hotels. The hotel reception is literally next to the bar. The single room is so small the width of the room is around 1.5m. No coathangers no shower curtain. I felt totally cheated with my stay at this hotel.

This hotel was clean and well kept. It was undergoing some renovation, but that will only improve the property. It was conveniently located only one train stop from the main railway. I wish I had known that before, because it was about a 30 Euro cab ride from the airport. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the breakfast. The night staff […] said the continental breakfast was included, but the morning staff charged 6 Euros each (about $18) for a skimpy breakfast--a ripoff in my opinion. The hotel is, from what I can see, a newly renovated hotel. The entrance is a little bit hidden, but if you can follow signs (unlike me) then it should be easy to find. The room it self is umm, interesting. the room we got was quite spacious. According to the receptionist all rooms come with two single beds and if you want a double bed then you have […] to move the two beds together, and to tell you the truth, it aint that easy! the only redeeming feature is that the beds are very comfortable! The furniture was very minimalistic, a table with an lcd. The lighting was a bit mediocre. however the Toilet was new and clean. The hotel was not yet completed when we arrived, having what appeared to be only one floor open for guests. This did not matter much, as the room was still incredibly nice. Located what seemed like only feet from the nearest Tram stop, which was only a few stops away from the Hauptbahnhof. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä, mutta sijaintiin en ollut tyytyväinen. Metrolla kyllä pääsi kätevästi keskustaan, mutta hotellin vieressä kulki todella vilkas katu ja rautatiet, joten meteli huoneessa oli todella kova niin yöllä kuin päivälläkin. Hotellihuone oli tilava.

Ok - men virkelig dårligt trådløs internet...

Confortevole e vicino alla stazione centrale, in centro si arriva comodamente o con il tram o con la sopraelevata. Stanze spaziose, pulite e personale efficiente.

Dyr frokost og dårlig service. Mange tomme fat i matsalen, lang ventetid før de ble oppfylt.

Extremamente limpo, ótimo café da manhã, staff muito simpatico, recomendo.

Öğlen 12 sularında otele ulaştığımızda bozuk İngilizceli, sanki uzaydan au-pair olarak gelmiş ve bu işi yan iş olarak yaptığı çok belli olan genç bir resepsiyonist hanım, bizi, sanki o bize para ödüyormuş edasıyla karşıladı ve "daha saat 12, check in saat 15 de şimdi odalar dolu siz gidin saat 15 de gelin" diye bizi savdı. Saat 15 diye nerede yazıyor, […] yorgunum, Rezervasyon numarası, önceden ödeme vs anlatsak da kar etmedi. Alman disiplini pazarlığa tabi değildir ya! Otele geliş nedenimizin THY Miles and Smiles Programı olduğunu söyledik, uzaylının bundan hiç haberi yok, çıkarken halledersiniz şimdi ben bilmem vs dedi. Kartı da işletemedik iyi mi! Saat 3 e doğru odaya ancak girebildik. Şöyle bir uzandık ancak ne mümkün Frankfurt'un ana tren hatlarından birinin tam da makas kenarında. Birkaç dakika aralıklarla tangur tungur trenler uyumanız çok zor. Aslında Best Western otellerinde çoğu Amerika da defalarca kaldım ve oda içi standartları burada da sağlanmış ancak belli ki standart tespit eden görevliler denetimlerini tren geçmeyen saatlerde yapıyor. Sonuç olarak başta görevlilerin davranış tarzı ve sonra da gürültü nedenleriyle bir daha kalmak istemeyeceğimi ve tavsiye etmeyeceğimi bildiririm. Lees meer

Das Best Western ist - was die Verkehrsanbindung und Entfernung zur Messe bzw. Hbf. und Bankenviertel - nahezu unschlagbar. Natürlich ist es laut. 10 m neben der Bahnstrecke lässt sich das kaum vermeiden. Die Betreiber hätte aber wenigstens bei der Innenausstattung darauf achten können, dass man nicht aus dem Bett fällt, wenn mehr als 1 Mensch auf dem […] Hotelflur unterwegs ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. CheckIn und CheckOut und sonstige Fragen und Wünsche werden zügig und freundlich abgewickelt. Negativ ist, dass die Einzelzimmer mitunter SEHR klein sind. So klein, dass nicht einmal das hauseigene Bügelbrett ohne weiteres abgestellt werden kann. Auch negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die Fußbodenheizung (einzige Heizmöglichkeit für das Bad) am Strom hängt, der wiederrum erst durch die Zimmerkarte aktiviert wird. Lees meer

The price is good at this hotel. It´s clean and modern. The only thing that is bad about this hotel is that there are trainrails just outside the windows.

dieses Hotel entspricht in keinster Weise einem Low Budget Business Hotel, eher ein No Budget. Null Service Leistungen, Kaffee im Pappbecher, Parkmoeglichkeiten vorhanden, aber umstaendlich in der Handhabe, selbstverstaendliche Zimmerutensilien wie Kosmetiktuecher, Hygienebeutel, Tee/Kaffeekocher nicht vorhanden. Lediglich das Fruehstueck war ueberraschenderweise […] ausgesprochen gut, Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis stimmte hier. Lees meer

Clean and new hotel, but slightly dreary. Sauna was big and nice and it's free for the guests. The neighbourhood was a bit gloomy, but it's easy to get to the city centre by bus. Nice accommodation considering the low price.

Hotel hat verkehrstechnisch eine gute Lage Bedingt durch die Nähe zu Straßenbahn S Bahn etc ist es relativ laut aber man kann trotzdem schlafen Zimmer sind dunkle Buden durch mangelhafte Beleuchtung. Einrichtung ist neu Flokati Teppichboden ist nichts für Allergiker.
