The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel heeft een volledig uitgeruste spa, een healthclub en een buitenzwembad. In alle openbare ruimtes kan je tegen betaling de draadloze internetverbinding gebruiken. Dit hotel met 4,5 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes en een technisch supportteam. Dit hotel heeft 4 restaurants. Daarnaast heb je ook een koffiebar/café, een zwembadbar en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek een huwelijksservice, een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een dakterras, een spabad en een spa. Parkeren op locatie is mogelijk tegen betaling. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie. De volledige renovatie van deze accommodatie werd in 2009 voltooid.

Elke kamer biedt uitzicht op de stad. The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel heeft 504 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van iPod-dockingstations en een (laptop)kluis. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met een donsdeken en premium beddengoed. Bij betaling van een toeslag kunnen gasten op de kamers gebruikmaken van een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) . Elke 42-inch flatscreen televisie heeft premiumkanalen via satelliet, de recentste bioscoopfilms en een videogameconsole. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een kluis en een luidsprekertelefoon met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een handdouche, een tv, badjassen en designer toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een minibar en een gratis krant. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, hypoallergeen beddengoed en extra handdoeken/beddengoed. Een turndownservice wordt elke avond aangeboden terwijl een huishoudservice dagelijks beschikbaar is. Op de kamers van The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel mag niet worden gerookt.

omdat het aan de rand is van de vieux carré zit je er wel, maar slaap je nog, als je in Bourbon street zit doe je denk ik geen oog dicht hier heb je iets minder lawaai.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit romantische hotel. Heel gastvrij ontvangen door aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel zit op loopafstand van Bourbon street en Frenchmen street is 3 blokken de andere kant op. Parkeren van je auto kan problematisch zijn, het hotel heeft alleen een klein stukje stoep beschikbaar. Het ontbijt is aan de karige kant, maar in de buurt zijn genoeg leuke cafés om een ontbijtje te halen. Internet in het hotel werkte goed.

"Lovely hotel right next to the French Quarter"
The Roosevelt is a great hotel! It's just across Canal street from the Vieux Carre, so the location is good. We've stayed at other hotels on the interior to the French Quarter and prefer that location if we plan to do a lot of exploring in the Quarter, but this hotel is in close proximity to Acme Oyster and the end of Bourbon Street. It has a great […] bar in the lobby, the Sazerac, and we try to visit the bar even when we are staying elsewhere. The new restaurant in the hotel, by John Besh, is amazing! We ate there late, the service was great and the food was absolutely wonderful (truffled risotto, wow!)! We visit New Orleans a few times a year, this was out first time to stay at the Roosevelt, and we will definitely go back if the price is reasonable. The staff are all great, the rooms are lovely and more spacious than ones at other hotels interior to the Quarter. There is a mini bar and a rooftop pool with a bar there as well. Room wasn't ready for 4 hours. While waiting, they transferred our luggage to the room but left the door open and the room unattended with half of the luggage in the room. Breakfast sucks.
"Not At All What I expected!!!"
Hotel was beautiful. However their computers were down and we had to wait 6 hrs for a room. Only after complaining several times. The air conditioning is preprogrammed. Even though it said the room was 65 degrees it was probably more like 78. I felt the room should have been completely free in light of everything however that wasn't the case. "All Exceptional...Except for the Sazerac Bar"
The only reason I can't give the hotel an unconditional thumbs up is because of the poor service we received at the Sazerac Bar. Such a shame, because everything else was perfect. The barmaid requested our drink order the second we sat at the bar, but we asked for a few moments to decide. Apparently, she took exception to that, because she proceeded […] to pointedly ignore us from there on. After about 10 minutes, I finally interrupted her as she sipped her drink at the end of the bar and told her we were ready to order, at which point she told the other bartender to take our order. "Great location..."
I am a return visitor of the Roosevelt and the service and comfort remain as one of NOLA's best. The hotel is located one block from Bourbon street which really combines luxury with convenience.

"Roosevelt Hotel - Very Nice!!"
This hotel was completely restored after Katrina at a cost of $170M and it was money well-spent! The hotel was beautiful, room was clean, nice & modern, bed was comfy, shower was awesome!! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to others! Service was top-notch from the speedy check-in, to the breakfast cafe cashier, to the bell boy who always opened […] the door for me. We booked a suite at 9th flloor. The hotel is very elegant, good customer service, fast room service. It is a few blocks from the French quarter which gives you the convenience of being close but not the issue of the noise! We went to the french quarter at night till late and then enjoyed a good night sleep. The only reason why I can't give a full 5 […] to everything is the view, which from the side I was it is not great.. But that is not the hotel responsability, just bad luck with the neighbor building, anyway that's what you see.. There are 3 windows so I simply gave up on the bedroom one.. Lees meer

"One of the Classiest Hotels "on the strip""
It was so nice walking from the mass hysteria of Canal Street into this beautiful hotel. Granted, we were there at the busiest time of the year (Mardi Gras), but there was a sense of calm and order throughout our stay. The rooms are well-appointed and large; the on-site restaurant was wonderful, and the bar adjacent to the restaurant is a perfect spot […] to start off the night. "noisy next door??"
our room was next to large suite at end of hall, and a door between our room and the next room. you could hear the people in the other room and crying kid, not nice for the price.

"Very nice hotel"
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt. Our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel was good. My only criticisms are in my mind small ones. I'm an adult male and didnt have much luggage and didn't need help but when you get out of a cab at a high end hotel and doormen/valet should offer to help you, open the cab door, […] open the hotel door. I didn't see the Roosevelt valets do anything the 3 days I was there. I would also note while the interior of the hotel and my room were very clean and nice, the steps leading in to the hotel were somewhat dirty, grungy, I think there was a cigarette butt or two. Again this is a small point but a high end hotel should be all over that especially because its so easy to remedy. Same with service at breakfast. As I said food was good but it was slow, probably because it seemed like there was only on waitress serving the room. Again very easy and not particularly costly to remedy. Just excellent in every respect. Staff responsive, room comfortable, great location. The marriage with Waldorf really works - Southern Hospitality Meets Northern Efficiency. Can't wait to go back.

"Short but Lovely New Orleans Visit"
Our stay at the Roosevelt Hotel was only for a few days but long enough to be memorable! The hotel personnel were all helpful and friendly. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from every member of the staff. The rooms were outfitted beautifully, with large comfortable beds. "Roosevelt New Orleans - So Beautiful and Luxurious"
This is such a beautiful hotel. Especially all dolled up for Christmas. The staff were friendly and personable and extremely helpful. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms and really great restaurants - 3 of them in the hotel itself!!! I can't wait to come back!

"Our stay at the Roosavelt"
was very good...great hotel and nice loaction to the French Quarter. We've been to NO several times and this was our best stay at this hotel. They had it decorated for the holidays and it looked tremendous!We would stay at the Roosavelt again w/o question!!!

"A Winter Wonderland Hotel in New Orleans"
From the bell boy, housekeeping, concierge ,waiters, maintenance and receptionist all were helpful and accommodating. Our bathtub in the room had a problem just one call the maintenance came right away. The hotels interior decorations were amazing "Winter Wonderland in the Heart of New Orleans ". A five star service in a five star hotel. Our room is […] so big with a flat screen TV and I love the TV in the bathroom. It was an unforgettable experience. My cousins wedding which was held also in Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria was phenomenal and food was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will surely come back and I will try the other Waldorf Astoria Hotel .I even posted all the Hotels pictures in Facebook . "Mini Vacation"
When we walked in the hotel was greatly decorated for the holidays, it was beautiful. When I checked in the lady at the desk was very helpful in telling me what places to eat at and where to go during the day and party at night. The room was great, I loved the big shower!! I ate at Domenica inside the hotel for lunch the next day: it was a bit pricey […] and the food was just ok. "Total Enjoyment"
I stay here a couple of times a year. The bedding is my number one reason. Walking into this hotel is always such a treat. It has such a great feel and the staff is always on top of their game.

"Best in New Orleans"
Have stayed in most (if not all) of the top hotels in New Orleans. The Roosevelt is the best. Service, cleanliness, and location are tops. Wish te bathroom was a little bigger but I think it was my room.
