"Close to all must-see sights"
Beautiful hotel, right when we got there had breakfast delicious!! Hotel was very clean from the outside surrounding, lobby, elevator, hall ways and the room.+++ for the room. The room set up was nice and the bed was so comfortable. Located right behind Walmart ,crispy creams,the corner store (gas station) and hundreds of shops in that area. Easy assess […] to the highway. "Clean and Friendly, perfect stay."
We checked-in relatively late, but the person behind the counter to greet us, was super friendly and pleased to help us. He anticipated all of our concerns before we could ask, let us pick any floor we'd like, let us know about breakfast and invited us to come out in the morning for some fresh food, and checking in was quick and easy. In the morning […] we just missed breakfast because the room was so comfortable after a long day, but we went out and the person cleaning up apologized that we had just missed and asked if there was anything she could fix up for us anyway. Everyone here was very hospitable. The rooms, the bed, the bathroom was super clean and fresh. This was an excellent stay. The hotel location was great (west end of El Paso), close to the I-10. Despite having a room that faced the I-10, I could not hear the traffic noise. Close to a Walmart, and plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby (the Kids loved Krispy Kreme). "Family friendly..."
We stayed 5 days beginning on Christmas Eve. Room was clean, Staff was excellent and continental breakfast was better than average. Midweek when the Bowl Game crowds arrived...staff had difficulty keeping up with the morning breakfast crowd, but other than that, a very pleasant experience. It was a very good option since this hotel is located near the shopping center and just in front of the bus stop. The place is nice and clean. I enjoyed it a lot. "Nicest we've stayed at in El Paso"
Brand new hotel and ,as expected, it was very clean and modern. Upon check in on Christmas Eve we received a thank you mini box of chocolates wishing us happy holidays from the hotel (very nice touch). There was a plate of cookies on the counter that sadly was gone later that evening when I went down to get one. Room was immaculate, bed was glorious. […] As we were on the expressway side of the hotel, it was loud, we just turned on the A/C fan to create some white noise. I just wish there was an indoor pool. Best place to stay in El Paso!! Hice llamadas con mi phone card y como quiera me cargaron llamadas de LD Falta mucho entrenamiento, al personal, y en la noche no hay quien te ayude u oriente.
