It was a nice place to stay. The indoor outdoor pool is nice.

Our stay was comfortable. Service was great and the room very clean. The only suggestion I have is that the bistro opens a little earlier for breakfast. It did not open until around 6:30 and by that time we had to be on the road to our daily destination.

the hotel, staff and amenities were all amazing and exceeded my expectations, which are high. Everyone was so accomidating and helpful, it made it a great stay, well worth the price, which was relatively low. The heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and pool side bar were all great also. This is a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. Front desk stressed to eat at their bistro, because it was good. This is not a restaurant it's more like a fast food joint. You place your order at the bar and pay. We order the pizza and it was ok. I was in the mood for humus w/ flat bread chips and it's wasn't smooth but firm and cold. Do […] NOT charge anything to the room. My pizza dinner was $35 and they authorized $100. That was fine, because I figure they charge enough to cover any future charge. The next day I bought a cup of hot water and a green tea pouch for $1.60 and charged to the room. The hotel authorized $250. Now I had to call accounting to removed that authorization to free up my money. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Amazing staff that made our stay so enjoyable, especially Matthew the night manager, who we talked to every day to get great tips about San Antonio. I HIGHLY recommend this Courtyard Marriott in San Antonio. It was extremely accommodating and very comfortable. We went during Spring break and every night they had a fun pool party with a Live DJ, swim […] up bar in a resort style pool. They also offered a FREE shuttle to and from Sea World that was convenient and also saved us money in parking fees. Can't brag enough on this hotel or its staff! Had a great weekend with family here. Shuttle to Sea World is very convenient. Staff was super nice during entire stay. Room was a bit small, but had comfortable bed and was clean. Would stay here again.

We went to Seaworld over weekend before new year and unfortunately it rained and was very cold but our favorite part of the trip was staying at the Marriott Courtyard. It was exceptional clean, brand new looking and the beds were very comfortable. The surprising part was that their bristro cafe had delicious food..so much so we didn't even leave to […] go out to dinner because the food was so good. I stayed here with my children after a long day at Sea World. We were very tired. We went to sleep early but were woken up by some loud guests having a party in the room next door. It was 1:00 am. I called downstairs and they sent security up. THe people quieted down for a few minutes but then woke us up again at 3:00. I called the front desk again. […] It appeared that we were the only ones being disturbed since our headboard was right against their wall. It wasn't so bad when the air conditioner was on but these people continued to be extremely rude and not quiet down. The service was excellent. The room is immaculate and all the appliances are clean and functioning properly. The proximity to many things such as restaraunts is great. The Hotel staff is very helpful. I will be back.

My wife, daughter and I stayed two nights while visiting Seaworld and we counldn't have been more pleased with the entire staff's service and incredibly accomodating and friendly attitude. The food was very well prepared and quite reasonably priced. We will absolutley stay at this hotel again because the experience was superb!

Very neat and clean, but couldn't cool the room down. Temp in room said 72 but in my house, at that temperature, I would be freezing. We were disappointed because on vacation we like to be really cool, not just comfortable and here we weren't even comfortable.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Sea World. Hotel is very clean, great pool area with DJ and swim up bar. Fun for both kids and grown ups. They also had an area with free popcorn and movies showings for kids. They offered a shuttle services back and forth to Sea World that drops you off at the front gate, which is great if you have smaller children […] that might require a break during the day. We stayed at this hotel for our trip to SeaWorld and surrounding San Antonio. This was the best family hotel we have stayed at. The room (double Queen) was spacious and clean, comfortable beds, great indoor/outdoor pools and great pool parties, more than friendly staff, good food choices, very close to restaurants and SeaWorld, movie nights, and the […] free shuttle was the best for not having to pay/park at SeaWorld. Mr. Williams (driver) was so friendly and had ice cold water waiting for us after a blazing hot day at SeaWorld. He will also take and pick-up to near restaurants. My experience at the Courtyard Marriot was very good overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are going to Seaworld since they have a free shuttle bus to Seaworld and back. The only complaint I have is that they closed the pool at 6pm Sunday night for cleaning and didn't reopen until the following morning. […] There were several families complained who had just arrived. The pool area is very nice. we had a 2 y/o & 4 y/o that loved it. The pool bartenders were very nice/attentive..there is a swim up bar at the pool. There was a girl working the inside bar that was slow, would not greet you when you walked up and ignored you until she was ready to acknowledge you. One of the guests had walked up to the bar and tried […] to get her attention and she totally ignored him...he finally just walked off. She sees you but acts like you are not there until she finishes whatever she was doing before...very rude. My room was very clean and smelled nice...my daughters room that was attached/adjacent to ours smelled musty and not as fresh, dont know why? We were so excited when we checked in and there was a starbucks inside. I walked down the next morning and was given regular coffee in a starbucks cup...the staff didnt seem to know how to make anything "starbucks"?!? So, not a real barista on site..dissappointing. Also, they were out of cinnamon..one of my must haves for the coffee. There hotel coffee tastes like maxwell house..not good. Parking was free and the location was great. You can get to target easily, gas station next door for quick needs, and the front clerk, Lizzi, was really freindly and helpful. There is a 10 dollar off coupon for a day trip in the lobby for Sea world in a brouchure wall they have available, with other stuff about attractions. The breakfast buffet was great and reasonable. My daughter and grandson visited from out of town and we wanted to stay close to Sea World to enjoy the park. It was a wonderful place to stay for convenience. This hotel is great if you are visiting Sea World. It is very close by! The hotel is in superb condition. Every Friday and Saturday night they have pool parties for their guests. This was our second stay in this hotel. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I checked in in about 30 seconds, because the front desk had the reservation on file through Expedia. Our room was cleaned every day. We have a 2.5 year old and he loved the pool! Great place for families. Kids can swim while the parents have a drink at the poolside swim up bar. You can see your children while you relax. Very close to seaworld and they have a free shuttle service.
