excellent spot to stay for a game for either Rangers or Cowboys. shuttle is nice, although it makes a few too many stops, so plan ahead. very nice, convenient hotel. certainly recommend

Great place to stay for a Rangers (or Cowboys) game. Shuttle is a little inconvenient in that it stops at about 8 hotels, but otherwise this is a great spot.

We stayed for the Rangers opening weekend and were able to take the trolly to and from the game at no cost. Also the hotel was in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The only complaint we had was that we were unable to manipulate the air conditioning in the room. It may have just been a defective unit and not be that way as a general rule. […] It was pretty inconsequential so we never said anything about it but you may want to check before going if that is important to you. Was very pleased with the hotel, it's staff and the location to the Dallas Cowboy stadium.

My stay was very good and the cleanliness of the Hotel period was remarkable. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful and they should be commended.

Nice clean hotel with excellent staff. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible to the highway. Only wish breakfast was included, pantry items were extremely overpriced.

The hotel was great to stay in. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, even just seeing them in the hallway they'd smile at you and ask how you were . Location was good, just a few blocks from the highway, there were many food places nearby, close to all the attractions in Arlington and about 5 minutes from a supermarket. It was just me and my three kids and we enjoy it very much, great friendly customer service and as a parent if my kids were happy then it makes me a happy parent!!!

Very nice stay, close to what we were in town to do and the staff were very professanial

Great hotel for the $. Perfec location... Near highways. And close to the big attractions... Six Flags, ballparks, and Cowboys stadium.

Check in went very quick and pleasant. Our room was very clean. bed was ajustible to each of our liking. no check out problems. All personell were very nice and accomidating. thanks to all of you.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was totally comfortable. The only tricky thing for me was finding it the first time. It's off the highway on a street that runs almost parallel. But once I finally found it, it was no problem getting around from there.

They tried to charge us for an expensive bottle of water that we never drank. They had $72 hold on my debit card, it took a month and 3 phone calls to get it removed.

The hotel itself was overall in good condition. On the web, they say that their beds are adjustable...when we first arrived the beds were hard as a rock so we turned them down to soft. I had read online that some people had said the bathrooms were a bit small, which was true, but not that big of an issue for me. The pool was a bit dirty, almost like it had not been filtered for a few days, so that was a turn off. I didnt look at the hot tub, but saw a few people in it one night so I guess it couldnt have been too bad. Overall, not a bad experience, but for me, I need a softer bed. Stayed 4 nights during christmas holiday. Hotel was busy lots of Dallas Cowboys fans for the game on Christmas Eve. Hotel was very clean, staff and customer service was best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff in hotel resturant was fabulous. 5 Starrs ++++ will stay agian!

Overall, excellent for service, location, etc. Only problem is rooms are not soundproofed very well.

We visit the Arlington area frequently and this hotel exceeds all we have previously stayed in. The hotel staff was courteous and the person at the front desk (Neamiah) went above and beyond for us. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly, but we were not able to rest comfortably, due to the noise from Six Flags, which is right across the highway. We were able to hear each clank and rattle of the roller coasters and all of the screaming that accompanies roller coasters. The highway traffic only added to the disruption. With how cheap the room finishes were, seemed like a dressed up Motel 6.

We loved our stay here...friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to all we wanted to do. Needs a bigger parking lot though :)

Pros- Clean- This hotel was very clean inside and out Great Service- Front desk was very helpful finding information about six flags and restaurants. Convenient location - right across the street from six flags (great view of it from our room) and they offer free shuttle service so you don't have to pay $15 at the park. Great stay. Hotel staff remembered me by name later after checking in and even the day after. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotel is two years old and in excellent condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is overpriced unless it is included in your rate. There are many kids in the summer months due to the theme parks nearby. However, we did not have a problem with noise after 10 P.M. Would stay again depending on rate.

Beautiful Inn!! Luxury hotel at Inn prices. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of amenities; pool, hot tub, bar, comfy outdoor patio for smokers, pantry, shuttle to area attractions. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the hotel stay. Everyone was friendly and our service was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We brought an elderly member of our family to stay with us in order to addend a wedding. She was helped by the staff and we were all treated with great respect. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Very nice new propety! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Very busy and popular, so if youre looking for a quiet get away from people, not the place for you but if you're looking for a great hotel in the middle of it all and close to everything else..... this one is it!

I had to wait 45 mins to get checked in, I missed my engagement. The beds were so hard, horrible back is still aching from this weekend.

Not sure what I was thinking when I booked a room across the highway from Six Flags on a Friday night!! There were kids everywhere - including the pool directly under my room window. Loved the pool set up. Felt like a private villa pool. Sound in rooms and hotel was almost non-existent considering it back up to major roads and hwy. Service and friendliness was superb. Felt right at home. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Good price for a good hotel.

centrally located to lots of things to do, resturants and activities. Will stay there again next year.

I must say this hotel was a nice choice.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained to the point of spotless. Breakfast is a bit pricey but very good. The staff was very professional and accomodating. I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. I booked 2 rooms and they couldn't even get them together. They were way on the other ends of the hall. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Don't plan on eating breakfast there...it wasn't very good and it is pretty pricey. Hilton Garden in Arlington is one of the best hotels in town very reasonable, is close to all the major attractions parks,baseball park,cowboys stadium. All less than a mile. Food breakfast,lunch, and dinner was awesome!!! Oh and the bar too!!! I like to drink

There is nothing negative to say about our stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was spotless, and the grounds were well kept. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent service. We stayed in Arlington because we were going to a Rangers game. The hotel provided trolley service to and from the stadium. The room was clean and the service was excellent. I will be going to Arlington for more Rangers games I will definitly be staying at the Hilton Gardens.

The beds were so hard; the dial on the side of the bed for firmer or softer didn't make a bit of difference. There were hardly any chairs (6 chairs and only 2 lounge chairs)out by the pool so if you didn't get there first you wouldn't have a place to sit. We booked this hotel for our anniversary weekend to see the Texas Ranger's game..Upon entering the hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, however, the room was less than expected. It was clean, but the bed was hard (we could not figure out the sleep number bed) and the drapes do not close, therefore, at night, the lights from Six Flags shined in […] our room right in my eyes. The shower, however, nice and spacious soaked the floor when I got out of it. I will not be staying again. I will spend less money for a better quality room where at least the drapes close.
