Great quality hotel. The rooms looked good and location is very convenient. Nearby there is a supermarket. Breakfast is divers and fun if you make your own wafel. I would stay here again.

La Quinta is about 15-20 minutes away from Long Beach (my destination) which was not a big deal. Location of the hotel is on a busy street and came back to the hotel every night to loud Mexican music (coming from a place across the street) BUT didn't hear it once I was in my room. Breakfast selections were minimal but decent. Room was clean and comfortable. […] Gym had like four machines only, but were in working order and clean. Overall, I got what I paid for. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Super professional staff. Rooms were so cozy. Beds were comfy. LOVED the great breakfast provided that included make your own waffles, home style potatoes and sausage. Wish it had a pool but that's ok. Spa and workout room were great.Only problem I had were loud barking dogs across the hall and their friend […] that kept banging on the door yelling "FIRE" to be funny. Not the hotels fault though. We have stayed at this hotel twice and have been pleased with it both times. It isn't the best location for walking around (which is why I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars), but was fabulous as our base point for getting around by car in the Long Beach area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Although we stayed here for only the night, it was very pleasurable. The staff was friendly, complimentary breakfest which was just OK. (can't expect a great breakfest if it's "complimentary"). The room was nice. Lots of movie channels that actually showed the movie. Very clean and kinda felt like home because it was such a small and suttle hotel. Due […] to the fact that the hotel has only one elevator, it took along time for one elevator to come up and down for just 4 stories. I'd suggest to take the stairs. Much faster. If I did had to say one real negative thing, it would the neighborhood. Seemed just a little unsafe walking outside. My friends and I stayed there on our way home from a cruise. We got there around 8:30pm, checked in, and headed up to our room...only to discover that the front desk clerk had misprogrammed the cards, and we walked in on other hotel guests in their room! It was very embarrassing, but we got the situation figured out quickly and moved on with the evening. Overall, […] this was a very clean, very spacious room. I was visiting family in Long Beach and was shocked by price to stay in the city itself. There were a few motels, but I'm aware of what kind of neighborhoods those places were in. Hawaiian Gardens wasn't really a stone throw away, but it only took me one bus to get back to Long Beach. The hotel was kept very clean and the neighborhood was actually […] quiet. Being one who doesn't like to eat out much, I appreciated that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Overall I feel I got a great bang for my buck. My one issue is that I really didn't care for whatever brand of breakfast syrup they use. It was quite salty and had I been staying longer I might have just bought my own bottle. Lees meer

We were planning a trip to Knott's Berry Farm and the KBF hotel was full, so we found this one on Hotels.com and ended up booking here instead. I'm glad we did. Every employee I spoke with was very polite and attentive and the room was clean and very comfortable. The mattresses were nice and supportive, there's nothing worse than staying somewhere with […] a terrible bed. The room had 2 queen beds, a nice TV with a regular DirecTV receiver (instead of the minimal choice of stations you are sometimes stuck with at some hotels), a microwave and fridge, ironing board and iron, and a big clean bathroom with a nice shower. We went in the jacuzzi, and while small (capacity 4 people), it was nice and hot with strong jets. The continental breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from, even actual sausage and eggs in addition to the standard continental fare of bagels, cereal, toast, waffles, etc. The hotel had a decent little fitness room with several different pieces of equipment (though I didn't use it on our stay). The whole place was kept up very nicely and didn't have that run-down hotel feeling at all. I plan on staying at this hotel again the next time I stay in the area, it ended being a very nice stay at an affordable price. Lees meer

We were pleasantly surprised by the genuine attentiveness and friendliness of reception staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as it could be! We recently booked two rooms at this location and were very pleased with the service and rooms. The location was perfect for us to get around the Long Beach area.

This hotel was recommended to me because it was near my niece's home and accepted dogs. It was such a great hotel, from the room to the breakfast buffet. It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was super nice and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Was staying in a different place in the area every week until I found this gem.

We had a great experience! The hotel was easy to get to and very comfortable. There was a nice spa outside that was very relaxing. We were coming from another La Quinta in Las Vegas and were participating in a basketball tournament in both Las vegas and Anahiem on the second part of tournament we were eliminated early so we left a day early and was not refunded that day we had reserved three days but only used two.

Good value except for horrible breakfast ;(. Unhealthy ding dongs, donuts etc ...not the usual types either! sure looked like stuff you find in allsups or 7 - 11s. Coffee was the worst I ever had.

Great service! Nice clean, comfortable room. Breakfast is always delicious. I try to find a LaQuinta whever I am traveling.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't anything special - but if you like Korean food there are lots of quality places to eat nearby. The only complaint that I had was that the fridge in the room was a little noisy, but other than that it was very clean and comfortable.

I travel A LOT for work and normally try to stay a class above La Quinta but everything else around was very expensive this night. The pictures and reviews looked good, and they did not disappoint. This worked great for a overnight business hotel. Clean Hotel, Clean room, decent bed, nice TV, desk to work, continental breakfast (cereal, toast, waffles, […] etc...). No frills here but if you just need a place to crash for a night and don't plan on spending much time in the hotel, do it. There is absolutely nothing good around and the surrounding neighborhood wasn't nice, so buy dinner on the way in or plan on getting back in your car and driving. Lees meer

Our room was nice the funiture was old did not look like the picture in the virtal review. Our sheets had hair all over the sheet we ask front desk to change the linen and they brought up sheets and left them on the floor out side our door, my husband ask front desk to service out room and they claim they don't have staff for it. we had to change our […] own sheets. I always look for a LaQuinta no matter where I am traveling; that way I know exactly what I am getting for my money. This is one of the nicest LQ stays I have experienced. I would stay here again, over and over.

the room was very clean, updated, and there continetial breakfast was one of the best we ever had. this hotel is on it!

So the Room was so nice, the fridge and microwave was great. The Bed was so nice and the Hot Tub was secluded and nice. Great Privacy and excellent for a young couple to go and relax with no kids.

We had to wait about 20 minutes (at 3 PM) for a room to be cleaned for us before we could check in. The receptionist was apologetic and checked on the maids' progress pretty frequently. Room was new (and very clean), bed comfortable, had Directv. Breakfast was standard, they were running low on/out of some items when we got down there at 9:00. Location […] was good, 30 min from west LA, about 25 minutes from Anaheim (with weekend traffic). Hawaiian Gardens area is nice. Overall, a good value for LA. Lees meer

The neighborhood isnt exactly quality but the hotel itself was! Very clean, new and modern. Comfortable and quiet. They had a great breakfast spread in the morning and late check outs! Exactly what I needed after a long day of racing in the Boston Marathon and then flying all day with layover. I had the Accessible room and the bathroom was roomy and […] perfect. I recently took my family to California & was looking for a nice hotel . This hotel was in a perfect spot! It was also CLEAN, had a GREAT STAFF, GREAT BREAKFAST & was a GREAT PRICE!!! Pet friendly. New, clean, comfortable, quiet. Good shopping center (not a mall) and fast food a few blocks down the street. Not much around the hotel, not a particularly attractive location, but it served my needs well. I felt safe walking my dog in the several blocks around the hote.

I stay here pretty often. It's not the nicest hotel, but it's good when I'm travelling on business to Long Beach. I usually don't have complaints, but I did get to the room to find a half used bottle of shampoo this time.

This hotel was a good value for your money, the rooms are very new and clean and the building itself is in great condition. The people at the front desk were pretty helpful. We had a problem with the toilet in our room and they were kind of slow fixing it but I think that is partly because it was on the weekend. My only real complaint was the surrounding […] neighborhood. It is definitely not in one of the best areas and the building itself looks out of place because it is so nice and new. Clean and staff was very friendly

The place was clean and the service was excellent. It's the nicest hotel for the price that I've been in so far. I guess it also helps that this location is relatively new. Was there for only one night and I was barely there, to be honest, but it had a comfortable feeling which is something needed when not sleeping on your personal bed at home.

my stay there was pleasant until the people in the room across from me and my 4 kids were smoking weed i told the front desk they said it was late nothing they can do the nxt day i went to speak to the manager he didnt seem consered either. I read and took pictures of the sign that CLEARLY states it was 100% smoke free and anyone that violates that […] will be fined $250 that was not done my room was fiiled with the smell and i had to have my children stay with my uncle that was in room 103 they had to sleep on the floor as did my uncle. This was a really nice place to stay. we were give a 1st floor room and asked for a top floor and they did it wit no hassle at all. the room looked just like the pictures clean no smell. the bed was comfortable and the bath room was nice. The area around is fairly industrial but nothing disgusting, and very little outside noise. The only complaint I […] have is the door slamming from next door. The walls are not that thick.
