Prima hotel, naast metro gesitueerd, dit is handig wanneer je met de auto naar Parijs komt, deze parkeert en zorgt dat je alles met de metro doet! Het is geen luxe hotel, het is vooral heel praktisch!

personeel is niet professioneel. De apartementen zijn klein en niet schoon. Het bed ligt niet lekker. De dekens zijn vies. Voor het parkeren van je auto, bij het appartement moet je betalen als je korter dan een week verblijft. De parkeergarage is niet bewaakt. Enige voordeel = het verblijf is niet duur en je bent op 2 minuten loopafstand van het station. Hou […] er wel rekening mee dat je daarna minimaal 20 minuten in de trein zit om bij het centrum van Parijs te zijn. De metro (RER) en de supermarkt zijn beide te bereiken binnen 10 minuten (100 a 200 meter). Ons doel was om PArijs te verkennen, en dan is City Residence een prima uitvalsbasis. Auto gratis in de parkeergarage. Alleen de metro kostte ons ongeveer € 50,-- per dag (€ 10,-- p.p). Maar ja, wie klaagt daarover, als je dan vrij binnen heel Parijs kunt reizen […] ! Beoordeling studio: ruimte voldeed aan de eisen en verwachtingen, gezien de lage prijs. Echter het sanitair gedeelte (badkamer: wc en douche) was niet in goede staat: niet goed schoongemaakt en onderhouden. Hierdoor hing er een schimmellucht. 2-persoons appartement besteld. 7-persoons appartement gekregen. Prima appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 nachten geboekt. Handdoeken niet verschoond maar ja appartement voor 7 personen dus voldoende voor 2 nachten. Op korte afstand van RER. Voor € 3,05 sta je in centrum Parijs of de andere kant op richting Disneyland Parijs.

Hotel ligt op 3 min. lopen naar station met supersnelle verbinding naar hartje centrum van Parijs. Ruim appartement met keurig opgemaakte bedden, 2 badkamers. Rustige ligging met eigen parkeerplaats binnen de hekken. Minder was de inrichting van de keuken, er was nauwelijks serviesgoed en pannen. In ons appartement waren 2 muren erg smerig. Prima apartementhotelom als basis te gebruiken voor een bezoek aan parijs.Een paar minuten lopen van het Station waar verder alles met de trein,bus en metro te bereiken is. Eigen parkeergelegenheid bij het complex. Appartement is compact maar groot genoeg en schoon. Verder een beetje sfeerloos maar dat is bijzaak als je de hele dag op pad bent. Goede ontvangst in het hotel. Parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel, allemaal goed geregeld. Voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse zou ik het zeker aanraden aan bezoekers van Parijs. De kamer is niet erg groot, maar had wel een eigen balkon, waar het laat in de avond nog erg lekker zit. De trein is op 2 minuten lopen en brengt je in een kwartier naar de binnenstad […] van Parijs en in 20 minuten naar Disneyland. Het enige minpunt is dat de kamer niet elke dag wordt schoongemaakt. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen, hoewel onze kamer in een andere vleugel lag dan de receptioniste vertelde. De aanduidingen van de diverse vleugels is niet aanwezig, waardoor de plattegrond die ze meegaf erg nuttig bleek. Het appartement zelf was ruim opgezet, een gemiddelde woonkamer met open keuken, en een toilet beneden en boven 3 slaapkamers […] en 2 badkamers en nog een tweede toilet. Alles was schoon, de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken lage klaar in de badkamer. In de keuken was wat weinig serviesgoed en slechts twee pannen, waardoor het koken de eerste avond wat improvisatie vergde. Gelukkig hadden we zelf drinkbekers bij ons, waardoor we niet terug naar de receptie hoefden. Er stond niet veel in het appartement, sowieso niets om het wat aan te kleden of op te fleuren en de muren hadden best een verfje mogen hebben, maar dat wat er stond was heel en van redelijke kwaliteit. We hebben een prima verblijf van twee dagen gehad en konden ons wel voorstellen dat een week ook prima te doen zou zijn. Zeker wanneer je het appartement als uitvalsbasis gebruikt. De kwaliteit-prijsverhouding is prima. voor wie dat wil is ontbijt ter plekke bij te bestellen (wel een dag van te voren bij de receptie aanmelden). Lees meer

Zeer goed gelegen bij RER waar er een gratis parking is (als men er een plaatsje vindt). Wel goed opletten bij een aankomst buiten de gewone daguren: niemand aanwezig, niemand te bereiken, zelfs bij het noodnummer neemt niemand op. We booked this hotel for its location to train station to allow us to travel into Paris before moving on to Disney. We were only using the hotel for one night and had booked a family room to accomodate 2 adults and three children. When we arrived we were advised that they were fully booked and had given us two separate two double bed rooms, one for […] the adults and another for the children but that they were opposite each other. When we went to our rooms we found that they were actually 50 metres apart. We decided to place one parent in each room with the children as werent comfortable leaving them in a room alone but couldnt use one of the rooms as it stunk of cigarette smoke and didnt want to subject ourselves or our children to this. Although polite the hotel staff had no solution to our concerns and so we felt forced to all cram into one room which was uncomfortable to say the least . Lees meer

This was our 2nd stay at City Residence. We had a 2 bdrm apt complete with kitchen. The staff were friendly. It is conveniently located. 5 min walk to RER. 8 stops to disney in one direction and 8 stops to Paris in the other direction. Fabulous little bakery in train station where we got our morning pastries and sandwiches for the day. Grocery store […] right around the corner. The apt could use a really good scrubbing but the toilets, showers and sheets were clean. That's what mattered the most to me. For the price, it can't be beat. Lees meer

When we first arrived to our room, we walked in and there were 2 pigeons inside. The window was left wide open and the whole entire apartment was covered in bird poo. The kitchen area, the beds, tables, absolutely everything. We went to the reception area and told the receptionist.We asked if we would be able to be moved to another room and she said […] that everything was full. After waiting for over 30 minutes, she went to clean our room and came down stairs afterwards to tell us it was ready. We went in and she had just wiped off the bird poo off the bed sheets and thoroughly mopped the floor. With no other choice, tired and hungry, we had to turn the bed sheets and pillow cases inside out. Our group included my 2 year- old son, my sister and her 8 years-old twin boys. 5 of us really enjoyed staying at City Residence Bry sur Marne. It was difficult to find a hotel for 5 people together. Finaly I found it wonderful because of enough facility, space,cost and a distance from Paris and Disneyland. We chose T2 type which had one bed room and […] one living room with a sofa bed. Both beds were enough size for us. The rooms were not fancy at all but simple and clean. I didn't expect modern style bathroom but I needed a shower curtain at least. Bry sur Marne station (RER A line) was only 5 minutes walk. At the entrance of the station there was a bakely. We enjoyed fresh-baked bread every morning. To the center of Paris it took 20 minutes. To Disneyland it took 20 minutes.It was really convenient. We were with small children and thought safety was important. The residence was in a residencial area so peaceful and safe. There was a big supermarket called Inter Marche which was only 5 minutes walk. We couldn't dine at a nice restaurant but enjoyed very nice ready made food and champagne. At the residence there were fridge, microwave and dining table. It was nice to dine there. When I return Paris, I will choose it again. Lees meer

1/ Opening hours - from 8am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm only. Make sure arrive after 4pm for check-in and told them if after 8pm otherwise expect a nightmare dealing with hotel staff. 2/ Parking - told by staff side street parking is free but got a ticket returned in the evening. Good base for both Paris and Disneyland set in a nice area. This is an apartment that is comfortable and clean with facilities for basic cooking. Very pleased with the room and would certainly go again. My only reason I did not give it top marks was that the reception staff could have made a bit more effort as you got the feeling you were disrupting […] their day and some advice both with maps and a helpful recptionist may have helped our first trip to that region both in our first attempts to get around and saving money on the train. We stayed in a studio apartment and were glad that a king-sized bed was given. The room and toilet are clean. The hotel is also close to the train station and it is convenient to travel to city.

I must say, "what you pay is really what you get". This hotel or supposed to be hotel is one of the worst I have seen in my life time experience of hotel bookings. The customer service is appalling ( the lady that handed me the key had so much attitude it was unbelievable was in a rush that she didn't explain how to use eveything), the area is about […] 40 minutes by taxi to Paris it's self and surrounding store?, what surrounding stores there are none! Lets just say I would rather lose the money that I paid then stay in the hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights and in that time our room was not cleaned once - the bins were overflowing, we were given 2 bathtowels to last the whole week & one roll of toilet paper! Comfortable bed and bathroom, enough space for a family vacation to Paris. Could have been cleaner, kitchen could be better stocked, it is not the Ritz, but not a bad place to stay. Parking is €5 per night though.

I only stayed for one night. I found my room to be clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen, fridge and stove (no microwave). this hotel is a nice comfy stay, around the corner from the metro station-super convenient. a market place around another corner. you feel like as if you are really living in Paris. its safe with 2 doors that you need passcodes to enter. there is a slight hassle with the reception opening times, or else youll be stuck outside waiting for them to open […] up. altogether, it s nice :) Lees meer

Very convenient for train station into Paris

Good size room.Good facilities e.g TV, kitchen, microwave. Only 3 minute walk away from train station. In walking distance to the local shops and takeaway. Friendly staff. Safe car park available. Not as clean as I expected it to be but overall good value for money and I would recommend it to others! Enjoy your stay!

The hotel is in a quiet town just outside Paris. Our room STUNK of cigarette smoke, but after a couple of nights of airing it out and using air freshener it was fine. The room had many useful things like a washer, kitchenette, sofa, microwave, fridge/freezer, and TV. There was a really gross coffee pot that we did not feel comfortable using, a very […] old and used skillet, and a pot for boiling pasta. One plate, 3 bowls, 4 mugs, and several juice glasses, and utensils. No dishwashing liquid, washing powder, or coffee filters provided. The continental breakfast was NOT included and was expensive (found that out the hard way). Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English but I don't know about the rest of the staff because I spoke to them in French only. Internet is extra and not available in all rooms - we had to go to the lobby each time we wanted to use it. Maids do not come take trash or refill toilet paper unless asked. Hotel is within walking distance of an RER station - you can buy a weekly/monthly pass which you can use for Metro and RER trains and therefore get from this hotel to anywhere in Paris. Lees meer

great location for the train station which goes right into paris and straight to disneyland too. the hotel was comfortable although our appartment had a stuffy smell to it, once we opened up the doors etc it was ok. the carpets were stained throughout the place. i actually booked 2 appartments but they took it upon themselves to book us in to a 2 bedroom […] appartment that sleeps 6 people so we didnt get much privacy this was slightly annoying as nothing could be done because the place was full! it is a good base to do the sight seeing experience of paris though and overall it was clean and comfortable. only french tv aswell. This hotel could have been charming. Small apartments with patios or small gardens attached, and parking in the basement. But something has gone terribly wrong. Our apartment looked like it had recently been robbed. The only furniture was a large number of beds. There were a total of 5 double beds, almost randomly placed. There was a bed and a fold-out […] couch (dressed for the night) in the livingroom, and upstairs there was one bedroom with 2 double beds jammed in (and a headboard attached to the opposite wall) and another room with just a headboard--no bed or other furniture. There was a bathroom on each floor, but both were dirty. The bed and bath linens were clean, but not much else. While this hotel is conveniently located to RER station, the amenities available in Bry-Sur Marne are pathetic. The only grocery store in the town closes by 7pm, there are no decent restaurants to eat out and there is only 1 ATM machine in walking distance ot the hotel. Everything went as expected. I have arrived in a Saturday evening, around 8pm and had to phone the hotel to get the security code to get access to the apartment. Good room size! Family friendly (2 adults - 2 children). We have enjoyed our stay. Recommended. Very good if you are looking to a place to sleep and take showers when in Paris for vacation. Small but very clean, 2 minutes walk to train station, kitchen in the room and a grocery store a block away.

It is near to the metro/RER station. The appartment is not properly clean,ants is everywhere. We get pillow without pillow case, asking for the pillow case and didnt get it until our last day. The sofa bed is unsafe where there are broken leg. Too noisy until late night around 2pm.

These apartments have a convenient location if you want to visit both Disneyland and Paris city centre. They are quite clean and comfortable and secure. IMPORTANT - make sure you phone or email the reception in advance if you will be arriving after 8pm, otherwise you will not be able to access your room, as reception closes at 8pm sharp and there is […] nobody on the site to help you. We chose this hotel as we are a family of 5 and could book an apartment. First impressions were that it was very basic and a bit old fashioned but as we were only using it as a base this did not worry us. It was in an ideal position for the train station, it took about 20 mins to get to Paris and the same to Eurodisney. We only stayed four nights and were out most of the day so didn't really use kitchen facilities other than for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel as a base it had all that we needed with free parking underneath. Mis à part les toilettes qui sentaient vraiment mauvais et le pommeau de douche qui mériterait d'être changé, la chambre était tout à fait convenable. Une lampe de chevet serait sympa. Le lit par contre était très confortable.
