Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. We only stayed for the night as it was on our way to Myrtle Beach but its nice to stay at a nice hotel even if its just for the night. Highly recommend it. The extra things were nice even though we only got to enjoy the free breakfast as we arrived fairly late and didn't get to enjoy everything else.

The free hot breakfast in the morning had everything you could wish for plus the free dinner from 5:30 to 7pm for all hotel guests was just fantastic. Our whole family loves this hotel.

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading plenty if reviews. I did enjoy my stay. Rooms were clean. Everything was readily available and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is located near a decent mall and there are more in the surrounding areas and fairly easy to navigate to. This was the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and my kids loved the free popcorn in the afternoons. The pool was clean and inviting, and overall the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect as well.

I always stay at a Drury Inn when there is one available in whatever city I happen to be in. This Drury was like all the others I have had the pleasure to visit. They are always consistently clean, have hospitable employees, and offer food that is top notch.

This hotel was great. I truly enjoyed my stay there, the room was nice and clean, guest services was great and very knowledgeable and helpful, the food was good and the staff handling the food was wonderful, helpful and every staff member was very professional. Didn't want to leave when it was time to check-out. Would visit this hotel again.

The hotel was close to a family member's home and had many perks. We especially enjoyed the treadmills in the clean workout room!

We enjoyed the benefits of the hot breakfast and the evening snacks. Even though the hotel was packed, it was not noisy and did not feel overcrowded.

We vacation quite a bit and I can honestly say this is one of the top 5 hotels we have stayed in the US. Everything from our greeting to the room to all the "extras" we could not have been more impressed. Really hoping the open up more locations closer to us.

This was my first stay at the Drury. I've always been put off with the name, "Drury" as in "dreary." Trip Adviser suggested this hotel as the top pick for Charlotte, so I decided to book there for one night. One problem was that they front desk had me down for a different night. Fortunately, I had the message from Hotel.com on my iPhone and still the […] receptionist told me I would have to pay and get my money back from Hotel.com. I don't need that aggravation after a long drive. A phone call sorted out the problem and I got my room key. The other complaint is that the refrigerator was noisy and we had to unplug it. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. Very clean, quiet, free drinks during happy hour and a great breakfast. I recommend this play highly. Oh, did I forget to say free popcorn! Lees meer

We were relocating to Charlotte Stayed here the night before the movers arrived. The location is close to our new home, local restaurants. We hsve a liitle dog, many hotels don't allow, or if they do, charge unreasonable pet fee. Did not like the breakfast food, but was typical for free breakfast in similar hotels.

The hotel is typical of many hotels offering accommodation for those in transit. The free breakfast is a convenience as is the evening buffet but I only had the buffet because I was too tired to go out for dinner.. The free cocktails were just window dressing. You really should not insist on guests writing more than they want to.

It was very nice and comfortable. It was located in a good location and felt very safe. Would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only that was wrong with the room was the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Other than that it was great!

This is an outstanding hotel to spend your time at. They offer great service and everyone is so pleasant. It was a joy to stay here and we will definitely be staying with this chain whenever they are available.

I stayed for 4 nights and the room was very comfy. Would deff recommend for families and business. Fast Broadband and free drinks / breakfast and evening snacks make it tremendous value.

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff made you feel so welcome and they were so nice and courteous. The breakfast was good....even the popcorn and the evening social reception was great. The pool was great wasn't too cold like some hotels that say the pool was heated. We would definitely be coming back again. We loved this place!!!

There were four families and every room was great! We all had a great stay and the breakfast and the 5:30 kickbacks were good too! This was my 10th night at a Drury Inn with Hotels.com. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We were very satisfied overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Afternoon snacks and evening reception were nice treats. Breakfast was by far superior to most complimentary offerings. Having a recliner in the room was also a nice touch. Only negative was the bedding - worn, not at all updated.

It was awesome, my first stay in this hotel branch. I fully enjoyed it Tue pool and jacuzzi. Not to mention the amazing breakfast! I will definitely look for more Drury locations to stay in, in the near future.

We enjoyed the amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, hot breakfast and evening drinks and light fare include in the price. We attended our family reunion and found the facility to be outstanding for the banquet hall , the shopping mall across the street. and the price. .
