We loved the room, it was a huge suite and very comfortable. The spa is great. I had two spa treatments, a facial and a massage. The consultants were very good I would go back there again if I was in the area.

My wife and I agree, this is the nicest room we've ever stayed in. Has a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a bedroom separate from the rest of the rooms, a kitchen stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need, and a fireplace. The room has no view as far as mountains, but the room is so nice I didn't miss it. Will definitely stay again!!
"Wish we could have stayed longer..."
I booked this suite for a quick weekend getaway for my wife and I. The suite was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. I'm glad we stayed here and not a regular hotel room because this felt more like a getaway condo or a 2nd home. My wife really enjoyed the spa services and said the staff was very nice and attentive. Having a […] full kitchen made it very easy to cook meals and just sit back, relax and enjoy the down time. The suite was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback is that it is off of the highway and does not offer any scenic view.

Loved, loved, loved the room; very cozy and extremely clean! The jacuzzi was wonderful and the bathroom was huge! My one and only dislike was the location of the property, but from reading previous reviews before booking, I knew this beforehand. Not in a location for scenery, but was convenient to things as far as grocery stores, food, etc. By having […] a furnished kitchen in the room we bought groceries at Ingles just down the road and cooked almost all of our meals while we were there, saved us money that way; plus we signed up for Ingles' store card so we could get their card specials (bonus-more savings). The suite was amazing! The furnishings and decor were so unique. Because of reviews I had read prior to going, I knew what to expect. We were not disappointed.

The pictures and price of this hotel are not too good to be true! The rooms are absolutely AMAZING! The bathroom is extremely relaxing with the jacuzzi tub and Huge Walk in Shower. The sleigh bed was fantastic and so comfortable with the suede comforters. The woodwork in this room is Beautiful and the stone fireplace is very romantic. The name gets you hooked, but if you are looking to relax and get away from the hustle of a busy hometown, this place is right along the major highway and you hear the traffic all day long. The other thing we didnt like about it is that all of the rooms are located below the day spa, which is constantly busy and loud. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. SO clean and beautiful. It had the feel of being inside of a luxury log cabin. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. If I am ever in the area again, I will stay here!

Very nice hotel, great bathrooms, bed very comfy. Location was not great over looks gas station and main road however, once inside the room it was very mush a retreat.. Did not try the spa but would in the future.

This is a great find for a great price if you want to shop Blue Ridge and spend the night. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the hydrotherapy tub is a special luxury! Treat yourself to something in the spa upstairs. The facility is beautiful and the massage was just what I needed after […] a long day of shopping. The staff were friendly and attentive. There are only two negative things about this place- 1. There is no view. It is located by and overlooks a busy highway. 2. The noise from the spa upstairs started at 7:30 a.m. even though they didn't open until 9 a.m. You hear every step made upstairs. "True Serenity"
WOW ! We loved this place and want to come back again. This suite has everything. A full kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, sink, mircowave. Its similar to a time share where all you have to bring is you, your clothes, and your own groceries. It had all the cooking utinsels, plates, glasses, wine glasses, etc. A HD flat panel TV with cable, wireless […] Internet, jacuzzi tub/shower, and a washer and dryer ! The main area was like a studio apartment with a living area, dining area, and the kitchen. There was also a cozy fireplace but the gas was turned off for the summer. The jucuzzi was wonderful. After a long day of sightseeing we were able to have a very romantic after dinner bath. Only if there were candles : ) We each had our own bath robes and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The bedroom was setup like a master bedroom with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The entire suite was done in a wilderness/country decor. This place is perfect for a weekend romantic getaway. We highly recommend. I here the spa is also wonderful but we did not make it to the spa during our stay. Lees meer

This was a wonderful place! The suite was exceptional with the most amazing bathroom. We won't stay anywhere else while in Blue Ridge, GA and recommend it to everyone. We will definitely use the spa services on our next trip. Booking through Hotel.com, it was stated that they did not have internet access--they do have!

The hotel was charming and immaculate. It was so clean i thought it was brand new but in fact it is 8 years old. The staff was wonderful and the spa is a MUST! We stayed 3 nights and i wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay there again. Truly one of the nicest places i have ever stay in an amazing part of the country.

Serenity in the mountains. Literally. It was perfect for the last three days of our honeymoon. The room was exceptionally clean, carpets and bedding were perfect. The bathroom by far was AMAZING! The whirlpool tub and the shower.. I didn't want to leave! We will definetly stay there again!

Beautiful hotel. Huge suites. Hotel still has a new feel to it. Check in was easy and the staff is a wealth of knowledge on the surrounding area. My wife and I just stayed overnight so we had very little contact with the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The bathroom was bigger than most of the rooms I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Blue Ridge, Ga.

We had a 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen. Each bedroom had a large private bath. Decor was all wood (walls, ceiling, cabinets, etc.) with a single window in the living room. As a result, the unit was dark, although it did have adequate electric lighting. We did not have occupied units on either side, so it was quiet until 7:30 AM when the workers […] in the spa, which was on the floor above us, began to start work. If you are an early riser, that would not be a problem, but we tend to sleep later than 7:30, so it was an annoyance. The location is convenient, but there is no view, and there is a service station next door. Downtown Blue Ridge is a short drive. "Serenity Spa - hard to find via GPS"
I have a 2011 automobile with the latest GPS - alas the GPS took me to a deli in downtown Blue Ridge, GA. Not fun. The phone showed I had messages, but no instructions on how to retrieve them. "Great Rooms"
Come here for the rooms...giant bed, giant tub! Working fireplace, full laundry unit, full kitchen. We had some spa services that were nice, as well. We went up to La Pizzeria for lunch - great pizza. Dinner was a little trickier! Tried to go to a few restaurants downtown but the wait was too long - next time we'll make reservations!

My children (23, 25, 27 and 28) were very pleased with the 3 bedroom 3 bath suite we stayed in. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay there again when we go back to Georgia.

"Nicest rooms and bathrooms ever!!!"
I can't day enough about this place. The well appointed rooms were awesome. The bathrooms would rival bathrooms in peoples residences. Beautiful wood and tile work. Each of the three bedrooms had its own Bathroom that was so nice. The master had a Jacuzzi tub and a wonderful separate shower. The other two bedrooms had wonderful ajoining bathrooms that […] made getting out in the morning a breeze. The kitchen and laundry were fully stocked with everything you could think of, including Detergent. We rented movies at the Ingels across the street and used the DVD player with the Plasma TV. The one negative is that the facility didn't have a pool. That would have made this one of the best places I have ever stayed. I can't recommend this place enough. Lees meer
Strange but the office was closed on Sunday when we checked it. We had a note on the office door informing us the room #. The rooms were beautiful however and were very satisfied The view was at a four lane highway. Overall we were pleased with the room and the cost.

This was our first experience at this hotel and I can tell you with 100% assurity that we WILL BE going back. Beautiful room, great rates and friendly employees.

Stayed in a single king and the suite was huge. bathroom space was around 15x20, bedroom 9x20, and living/kitchen 20x20. Looking for a quite night? - dead silence at night, you'll sleep well on a most comfortable bed. Close to everything. Room only had one window by the entrance door so it's like a modern cave and just as quiet, the further back in […] the suite the quieter. Some reviews mention hearing footsteps from the spa above, we never heard them because we spent our days enjoying all the offerings in the area. Spa is open from somewhere around 8am to 5pm. Room is well equipped, kitchen, Samsung 46" LCD (not in bedroom) with HDMI in for games systems or notebooks, DVD, WiFi, Washer & Dryer, fireplace for winter stays, cold A/C, ceiling fans in LR & BR, thick carpet. Kitchen has frig, range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, and well stocked utensils, dishes and glassware for up to 4. Very good. But location on Mapquest as well as Google-maps is completely wrong !
Lovely quiet place. Perfect for getting away from it all. Would definitely return. As a couple, we appreciated this hotel an think that a family would really enjoy the experience. The price was extremely reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here; Staff most pleasant.
