Clean room. They were a bit small, but o.k. Near the sights. They offered tours, that were good priced.

Decent place for the price. You can easily walk to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, and HCMC Museum in about 15 minutes. Front desk staff was very helpful arranging tours and taxis.

Last time at the Sophia. Put my one travel bag in storage while I went with a couple to an island 45 minutes from Saigon. When I got back home I discovered my Go Phone ($29) was missing. There morning breakfast is awful !! THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR PUBLICATION !!

Reason price for the 3* hotel, front desk staff were helpful and friendly, shame about the restaurant staff, they spend most their time on the surfing on computer or phone!!! very unprofessional and not cooperative.

We stayed here four days in a row and were very happy. The breakfast buffet we did not get once as we ate outside and I am not a big fan of these types of breakfasts. The location is right next to some good eateries such as Pho 2000 (great cheap Beef pho 55dongs), Pizza Hut (much better than the sheat they sell in UK) and Le Jardin, which is highly […] rated restaurant both in Tripadvisor and Lonely Planet. The beds springs were a bit of the hard side, but the staff were nice to change rooms. The wifi worked fine. The lobby staff were great and even helped me to get a football match that had worked the night before, working again. The staff speak good english. It is a 3 star hotel but easily feels like 4-5 with the great location. Vincom center is 3 blocks away, Diamond Plaza 4 blocks away. Ben Thanm market is around 10-12 mins walk away. I booked my stay thru Expedia and when we arrived in the hotel, no hassle in checking-in as everything was ready. Hotel personnel were friendly. very small hotel, small rooms but clean. breakfast is very limited and bit too asian..better off going to a local cafe and grab beef pho noodles for 2 bucks.... Close to some great restaurants...french next door is superb, nice nite club called lush ( doof doof music ), lovely flamenco bar up the road called carmen, beware a seedy joint opposite lush […] nite club..gross ! body massage two doors down for $15 to 20 for 90 minutes took a return taxi to Chu Chi tunnels for 1.4 million dong ...gotta negotiate ! fascinating although from their point of view... very small tunnels and not for those claustrophobic. Room clean but small, receptionists were less friendly, the good rooms available but tried to sell the bad room highest floor but without lift while we had heavy stuffs. Good location; rate from expedia is fair.

I was really happy with this hotel overall. It is clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff are very professional. I had no problems checking in, booking a tour to the Mekong Delta, and asking for information. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was served buffet style, and the quality was nice enough. The TV is CRT, but on the bright side, there are many English language channels to choose from. The minibar and room service prices were surprisingly low, although that seems to be the case in most Vietnamese hotels. Wifi and air-conditioning are good. It is located in the same area as a lot of other hotels in the tourist district. You are within walking distance of Vincom Center, The Cathedral, Ben Thanh Market, and the War Memorial Museum. This is in a good area of HCMC, namely District 1. I had a nice stay here, esp. after I got my room changed from a prison-looking one to one with a view. The hotel is in fairly good condition and the staff there are generally very helpful. two in particular. i have a bit of trouble getting up and down stairs with an injury and they were always happy to unlock the elevator to the basement for me. ( most hotels I saw have quite steep stairs). The adfvertisement here qutes free bathrobes, LCD TV, in room […] safe and complimentary bottled water. We didn't get the robes or the LCD TV (analog), or safe, (when we went out out we just left our valuables with reception) and had to pay for the bottled water we used. I was told it didn't apply to the cheap priced rooms. I was not in the mood to argue so I paid. It was only $10.00 AUS but the add stated otherwise. We did get some cable channels and the internet speed was very good. The hotel was fairly quiet although not very busy when we were there. The breakfast was pretty good. Even with some of the detractions,, it is in a good position, close to the city with plenty of restaurants close by and the room was adequate. I would be happy to stay again Lees meer

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found it to be a good hotel in a very good lacation and great value. I would deffinately stay there again. BUT!!!!!! I had a very unpleasant thing happen there!!! I had a late check out and on my return to Australia on my flight I realised that I left my wallet in my room. I contacted the hotel on my arrival […] home and asked them to check the room for me. They told me that the room had not had any other guests in it after I checked out. When I called them back to see if they had the wallet they said they could not find it, and I should try and think where else I left it. I told them that it was deffinately in the room and if only there staff had access to the room since my check out that it must be there. There response was that it was not there and that was that. I sent a email to the manager and they told me the same thing, I asked the manager to explain how it could not be there when I know that is where I left it and only the hotel staff had access to the room,he has not replied to this question!!! This has left me very unsatisfied with the response from the hotel management on this matter. I am disappionted with this as I was looking forward to staying there again on future visits, but if they staff cannot be trusted, It will make me think twice about it!!! Which is a real shame!! The reception staff wasn't really that eager to assist but we didn't need much help. Don't miss the yoghurt for breakfast which was a nice compliment to the otherwise Vietnamese oriented offering. All in all a nice hotel, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Whiel the hotel is modest, it offered a clean room, good breakfast, and excellent service, all for a very good price. The only downside is the beds are a bit stiff, and one night our air conditioner leaked, however they were very quick to move us to another room and correct the problem. Do not expect a fancy modern hotel, but instead a small, friendly hotel in a great neighbourhood. You are close to the center. The walk downtown is no more than a nice little walk, and although the entire city is full of vehicles, you can barely hear any sound from the room. I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel primarily for the location and price and wasn't disappointed in either respect. Staff are friendly and will attempt to assist all be it in limited English in most cases. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and if you got there late was just, well, nothing.

Nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed two nights and were upgraded to a premium deluxe room which was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a jacuzzi but no shower cubicle which was a bit inconvenient. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel has reasonable rates, staff who are always ready to hail you a taxi, refer a restaurant to dine at, or help with a smile. The hotel room was clean, quiet and well presented. The shower was large, plenty of room. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay at. AAA+

시설은 그럭저럭이지만, 서비스와 청결도는 아주 좋은 편이었다~ 시설면에서 아쉬웠던건 욕조와 목욕 가운이 없었던 점이다!!!! 동코이 쇼핑몰 거리에 근접해 있고, 벤탄시장까지는 걸어서 10~15분정도 걸리기 때문에 시내 접근성은 좋았습니다.... 부담없이 편하게 지낼수 있는 호텔로 기어되네요~~~ ^^

今回で２度目の利用ですが、リーズナブルな金額設定に対し立地条件も悪くありません。 少し歩くとショッピング、日本食、ベトナム料理があり不自由はしません。 その分、他の国の観光客だらけですけど。 ホテルの受付に関して、チェックイン、チェックアウトの時間がエアーチケットと合わず時間が空いてしまいましたが、すんなりと荷物を預けさせてくれて助かりました。 また、本サイトで予約を実施した関係か、数十秒でチェックイン、チェックアウトできました。 部屋は、ＤＥＬＵＸＥを選択しましたが、風景はどの部屋も殺風景だというのが分かりました。部屋の質だけで選択するほうがいいです。 また、ＤＥＬＵＸＥ以上？だとバスタブがついています。 ＴＶが小さいのが少し残念でした。また、聞いたことのないメーカーでチャンネルを変え […] るのにすごい時間と手間がかかり操作性が悪かったです。 Lees meer

普通のビジネスホテルといった感じ。ちょっとベッドのスプリングが硬いのと、窓がかなり小さい（無いと思ってもらったほうがよい）部屋だったので、景色は見えなかったです。タクシーの運転手に言っても大体わからなかったです。但し、日本料理やビジネスマンが沢山いるので安心。
