Fragrance Hotel - Imperial in Singapore

No service whatsoever. Pidgeon size room. Unhelpful front desk with a take it attitude since stay has been paid for

The hotel well located with access to MRT for moving around. There are foodcourts and several restaurants near by. Shopping malls are within walking distance. Front desk service and breakfast is good! The only short comings are: * The "floor mat" looked dirty! Seemed never been changed??? * There is no disposal slipper

very poor value. bedding soiled and cigarette burns.no hot water for shower.very small room,swinging the cat out of the question.No going back.

Steps from the Lavender MRT sstation and not far from Changi Airport, this modest hotel provides a place to sleep and a passable breakfast. The staff were helpful 24/7. Just a hotel-not a destination.

This is a hotel that gives you nothing but the barest of service. NO free internet or WiFi, and they charge for use of the workstations in the lobby. Cons: Very tiny, spartan room with no windows makes this a place to sleep, but not to stay in while awake. Walls are very thin, making a quiet night difficult. Pros: Location is two blocks from MRT station and staff is very courteous and friendly.

Rooms are cramped (probably 120/150 sq ft) 3. This hotel should have carpet on the hallway floors. I couldn't sleep because every person's step and voice echoed so loudly, as though there were a stampede and shouting match right outside my door. (The rooms are tiny, so the bed is just 5 steps away from the door). I could not sleep and I'm not a light sleeper-type.

The overall hotel was OK, the convenient location and closeness to the MRT were the key. A bit overpriced for this type of accommodation, but you're in Singapore -what do you expect ? hotel is very much accessible to mrt - just about 2 blocks away/around 3 - 5mins. walk.. the hotel also has a 7/11 mart at the ground floor -- this was very useful to us since we usually arrive late in the hotel in the evening - around 11pm and we still haven't had dinner. the 7/11 staff was also very accommodating and allowed us to use the microwave […] oven so we can reheat our brought food. 3 computer workstations are also set up in the lobby for internet use at a price, and also has a printer for use by guests.. the free breakfast was also nice, though us Filipinos would have preferred that there be a choice for rice meals. The staff in the cafe were very accommodating also. all in all, i never regret my booking in the hotel. what i liked most was that it was very convenient to come and go since the hotel was very near the lavender mrt station. , if we come back to singapore, would definitely stay in the hotel again.. ^_^ Lees meer

First I found very unfriendly staff. They said there was no booking. Then even that wi-fi was included in reservation and printed in receipt I was told no! and that it was my problem. Lied to me several times. Was told they needed authorization via fax from central office, but the fax was not working. Impersonated a manager from the corporate office. […] I ens up paying S$18. 客房比较干净,但实在太小.离地铁近,很方便.较经济.

많은 출장을 다녀봤지만 이런곳은 처음이네요. 우리나라 모텔수준도 안되는 여인숙 느낌. 창문도 없으니 답이 없네요.

本当に、普通のジビネスホテルです。 ルームシューズがなくて困りました。 ベッドに髪の毛がついていて、ちょっといやだった。 質にしては、この値段は高いと思います。

深夜空港に到着しタクシーで向かったが、運転手にホテルの住所を見せてもわからない様子だった。（しかも到着したのはよく似た名前の隣のホテル）予約が入っていなかったのか、チェックインに非常に時間がかかった。部屋にいたっては必要最低限といったふう。デスクがあるというのが救い。毛布には穴が開いていた。部屋の外（廊下）が非常にさわがしく、夜中何度も目が覚めた。悪い面ばかり述べたが早朝バスで移動するためバスターミナル近くのホテルを探していたので、立地は満足している。深夜到着して寝るだけであれば、女性一人旅でも良いだろう。朝食レストランで働いていた若い女性は、日本語が堪能でフレンドリー。ほっとした。

Wifi is good offer. Close to Lavender metro station and convenint to eat out. Balanced value with the price.
