Hotel is ok but I paid $10 to park in the lot across from the hotel then checked in and was told Luna parking 300meters west is available for 20 euro and was given a small piece of paper...when I went to park I was given a green coin. When I went to pay the parking the charge was 50 euro. I complained to the desk clerk who did nothing. Turns out when […] u get ur green coin u must prepay right there. So I paid 60euro to park for 24hrs. Bottom line..the hotel should provide directions on how to do that or get rid of the prepay nonsense. Beware of this rip off Lees meer

This is a fantastic hotel, we had a weeks stay here, the room was great, with views over the sea, the room was cleaned everyday, and towels changed everyday, we had a bath with power jets in it, fantastic, we were on the second floor, which was very quite, especially with the shutters shut, the breakfast balcony over looking the sea, was lovely, a nice […] and relaxing start to the day, the hotel is right in the middle of everything Resturants, Shops, Buses, etc, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Francesco, who helped with a problem we had with our transport from Naples airport to the hotel, which had nothing to do with the hotel, this is a great hotel to explore the coast of Amalfi from. We search for weeks looking for hotels and reading loads of reviews and based on the reviews we booked this hotel, i must say that the moment we arrived we knew it was the right choice. My 13 year old daughter and I have just returned from a weeks stay- we had a wonderful time in Amalfi and have no complaints at all with the hotel. It is a beautiful old hotel but has been modernised to high standards, all the staff we met were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Stayed in July 2012. Very Clean, nice bathrooms. Great location! Across the street from the beach. Great access into town also. Parking is at a location about 500m at a local garage 20 Euros daily, prepaid. There is a short-cut pedestrian tunnel to get to it. Cannot say enough about the quality of service from the staff. One of the most amazing things about this hotel is the location. Right at the bottom of the hill 50 m at most from the Sita stops and the main Piazza. The hotel was very niceand extreamly conveinient. The area is rather noisey but the hotel has shutters that can keep most of the noise out and we were able to sleep very well. Great second floof patio area over looking the Sea where we enjoyed breakfast every morning and cocktails before going to dinner . Would recommend the hotel. Staff very nice.

A lovely hotel in a terrific location. It was beautifully restored a few years ago and is still very smart and tastefully furnished. Our rooms were cool and quiet and the beds large and comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and the massage showers quite invigorating! Breakfast's not bad - yoghurts, cereal, meat and cheese, tinned fruit, croissants […] and pastries, toast etc - but the sunny terrace overlooking the sea makes it delightful. There's free wifi throughout the hotel. Being right on the sea front it's just opposite the bus stop for Ravello and not much further from where the other buses and coaches park and from the harbour with boat services to Positano, Capri etc. There are plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes walk and Amalfi's splendid Duomo is just round the corner. Unless you need a swimming pool I reckon it's the ideal place from which to explore the Amalfi coast. Lees meer

Excellent location and quiet inside despite the hussle and bussle outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was really clean and well maintained. 2 issues - 1 was the size of the bathroom (small!) and breakfast was really limited. Otherwise it was very good.

GREAT LOCATION VERY NEAR THE MAIN PIAZZA, BUS STOPS AND FERRY TERMINALS. FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL STAFF - NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE. IMMACULATELY CLEAN. AND THAT TERRACE!!! This hotel is on the beach front and very conveniently located to local attractions. I was pleasantly surprised that I had a balcony (even though it was small) which I could view the sea. We spent a great week at this hotel. As it is opposite the bus terminus and ferry stops, it makes a good base for exploring Ravello, Positano and other Amalfi Coast towns. I stayed in this hotel for four nights with a friend, to attend another friend's wedding. To say this hotel is perfectly located is an understatement. It is directly across from the main beach area in Amalfi, along with the SITA bus stop, and around the corner from the main piazza and Duomo. It is a 3 minute walk to the main ferry pier. The hotel itself […] is lovely. When you enter, it doesn't look like much, but then you go up to the 'first' floor, and the elevator opens into a lovely foyer, complete with art & antiques. The dining room and terrace where breakfast is served also has ornate details & chandeliers. The breakfast isn't amazing, except for the fresh pastries and the ability to order a cappuccino! Our room wasn't big, but it was very comfortable, extremely clean and had a little balcony with a view of the mediterranean - ahhh. I can't review the hotel, though, without mentioning the service. Absolutely everybody we dealt with here, from the front desk and concierge attendants, to the dining room staff, to the cleaning staff, were unbelievably helpful and friendly. One night, we asked a question to the overnight front desk attendant that he didn't know, so he had the main front desk attendant in the morning come find us while we were eating breakfast in the dining room, to make sure we had the information we needed. 港からすぐでバス乗り場も目の前、観光の中心地という素晴らしい立地のホテルです。フロントの方も皆さんとても親切で感じよかったです。朝食会場は海を眺めながらのリッチな食事でとても満足できました。お部屋も素敵でバルコニーから海とドームが眺められて満足でした。ただジャグジーがうまく機能しなかったのが残念でした。次回もぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。ホテルの方はどなたもとても感じよかったので心地よく滞在できました。

とても便利な場所に在り中は地中海を思わせる雰囲気が良く、フロントの方たちがとても親切でした。ただシーズンオフだったのか部屋が寒くてなかなか暖まらないのには辛くてコートが脱げませんでした。何度もホテルの方に見てもらっても暖かくならなかったので最後は部屋をかえて頂いて助かりました。次回は春から夏のシーズンに来たいと思います。目の前がビーチなのでホテルの部屋やレストランから素敵なアマルフィの景色が味わえると思います。

オーシャンビューの最高のお部屋でした。ホテルは古いようで、家具やエアコンは新しいものではありませんでしたが、掃除が行き届いていて清潔で気持ちがよかったです。スタッフは、みんな優しく、フロントの対応、電話の応対もとても親切でした。スタッフ全員、少人数ながらみんなでよく協力し合いながらホテルサービスを行っていることがよく感じられました。アマルフィにまた行くチャンスがあれば、もう一度泊まりたいホテルです。
