Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites PHOENIX AIRPORT in Phoenix

Went here on business for 2 nights, it was a great stay. Hotel was newer/updated. Staff was great, depending on how you book the breakfast is not free. 12 bucks for what should be continental was disappointing. Hotel does have decent dinner food and a bar. I reserved a room with two queens for two nights. I knew we would be checking in really late on the first night since we were driving in from Callifornia during rush hour traffic. I called early that afternoon, at about 11:30am, and spoke to a front desk respresentative to make sure that our room would not be given away. There were three of us so we […] needed the two beds. I was assured that the room with two queens as I orginally booked would be available for us upon arrival. I knew how busy it was going to be that weekend so I called again on my way to reconfirm at 4:30pm. I was once again guaranteed that the room would be there for us as reserved. My sister called one last time at 9:30pm since we were ultra paranoid and we were again confirmed for two queen beds. We finally get to the hotel at 11:30pm and guess what happens next. The front desk attendent says they have over booked the rooms and only had a room with one king size bed in it. So you can only imagine how happy that made me and my tired guests. We asked for a roll away bed...THEY DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE ONE!!! I'm getting frustrated even writing this review right now. So three of us shared a King size bed...I ended up making myself a bed on the floor to let the other two sleep. I spent way too much to have slept on the floor. It was ridiculous!!! Lees meer

I am completely satisfied with my stay at Holiday Inn & Suites. The staff were totally friendly, especially Justin. The room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfy with lots of pillows. The bathroom is big. The pool area is great, the water temperature perfect! I loved my stay!

Great friendly staff! Awesome that we didn't have to rent a car cus we used the free shuttle. Got to Mills with ease! Very above average breakfast buffet for $10. At least you'll eat good once during the day :)

Good place to stay. Restaurant mediocre. Very clean and comfy rooms. Staff pleasant but not as forthcoming about alternative eating locations the first night. The second night much more helpful. we stayed at this hotel the night before an early flight and i am glad that i did several car park entrances were blocked in teh airport before 5 in the morning as they were changing road signs. But anyway the hotel was fine , the dinner was ok the only concern was that the room was far too hot for me

I've stayed at several Holiday inn locations and this was by far the worst I've ever seen. Room was dirty, food on the floor, bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower. Very disappointing considering the price. Hotel was also not easy to find and in an industrial neighborhood. Would not recommend this hotel.

The nicest holiday inn I have stayed at. I needed a room for the night bc the hotel my conference was at was booked until the next night. I figured why not stay by the airport. I moved from this hotel to one of the top 5 star resorts in the world the next night and to be honest- minus the difference of things like fancy pools and spas, I really didn't […] notice a difference between the two. our needs. Used to be expensive and difficult to get a room for a night while waiting for flights. This property has filled that need. Very friendly and helpful staff and surprisingly decent restaurant/bar so did not have to leave property.

We were very pleased with the service we received at this hotel. We arrived at the Phoenix Airport at 1:00 am. We called the hotel for a shuttle and only had to wait a short time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Stayed at this hotel twice this year and was pleased with staff, location and cleanliness. Super value for the $$. Nice breakfast, not your typical AM breakfast, but prepared in the restaurant kitchen. In addition I discovered at the airport that I left my Phone in the room! 1 hour before departure the MOD Dan retrieved phone and sent it on a shuttle […] to airport. DAN SAVED THE DAY! As the title suggests, this hotel is brand new and in great condition. The hotels were nicely put together and the beds were comfy. The hotel bar was perfect and the food was decent. Very nice hotel. it is new and the facility comfortable. Excellent wine bar restaurant. I come to Phoenix often and will stay here again. Pleasantly surprised.

This property is new so still in very good condition. Was actually not afraid to walk around barefoot in this HI. If only all the other HI's were this nice. Restaurant ok and convienient but not great.

Accomodations were excellent with clean, spacious rooms. Tub and shower areas were somewhat dated but in excellent condition. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to several points of interest and the Phoenix airport. Dining facility was very good with modest menu prices. Our first room smelled strongly of raw sewage. We were immediately changed to a full king suite and provided two complimentary breakfasts. Very effective and courteous reaction to our situation. Well done. Very convenient to the airport. Courteous, responsive staff.

Very clean hotel with good service. Just a little loud with the airport/road so close and the beds were just a bit too hard making getting a good night sleep very hard. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

The provided service met my needs and expectation. This hotel is quite recommendable. However, you should remember Holiday inn is not 6 star hotel.
