Relais 6 Via Tolmino in Rome

Hotel is schoon en mooi ingericht. Het ligt niet vlakbij de bezienswaardigheden, maar op 1 minuut loopafstand zijn er verschillende bussen die je binnen 5 - 7 minuten naar Termini station brengen en bus 84 brengt je tot Piazza de Venezia. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Echt een aanrader.

Very nice hotel in quiet smart residential area. A bus trip outside main city but easily accessed. Outstandingly polite an helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. As a single woman travelling alone I felt very comfortable here.

This is a great place to stay. Everything about it was perfect for us. The owner of the hotel actually took us to his bank personally to exchange currency (do not get that service in the states). The entire staff was fantastic! We will stay here everytime we go back to Rome.. Thanks Relias for a wonderful vacation!!!

The hotel was perfect. It’s a very modern, non-smoking, clean hotel in nice, quiet residential neighborhood near many different Embassies. Take Bologna metro station to get into the city and sites. We stayed at Junior Suite which had two twin beds, free wifi and a large terrace. The bathroom was larger than expected and the heated towel rack was a nice […] bonus. It was my first time in European hotel and was nervous that American conveniences would not be present for a hotel of this rate. Nice hotel and great breakfast, little far from downtown, but there is a bus stop a block away.

This hotel is a real gem, the staff made us feel very welcome and the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel is not in the centre of Rome but this was not a real problem as it was only a tube ride away from the centre (Bologna station was a 10 minute walk away). This hotel was great! A little ways to the center of Roma, but a gorgeous and clean hotel. They had a wonderful breakfast, which is generally not the case in hotels in Italy. You can get to the center easily by bus or metro in about 20-30 mins depending on where you are wanting to go/traffic. Our family of four stayed here. It's a 10-12 min. walk to the nearest metro, but we soon discovered the city bus picks us up right around the corner and drops us off at Termini Station (Metro and trains). Beds were a very hard by North American standards, and for all the glowing reviews about the great staff, we found them a little cold and distant […] except for one very cheerful and helpful front desk woman who was new there. Absolutely wonderful hotel ~10 minutes from Piazza Bologna (i.e., the Bologna metro stop) on foot. Room was spacious (for Europe), well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. Hotel staff was extremely helpful getting us to our various tour meet-up points and even finding a nearby laundromat so we drop off a huge pile of dirty clothes (gotta love travelling […] with an infant)! We chose this hotel based on other reviews and the price and were delighted with our choice. The service was just excellent and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They dealt with you as an individual which was refreshing as we often find in larger hotels the service is quite robotic. Although the room itself was small it's character and huge bed […] made up for it plus we had a first floor room with a pretty view facing the street. The breakfast was fine and plenty to eat. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and had a lot of character. It 's not in the centre of Rome but there is a good bus service (the no. 36 & 84 take you to the Termini) which takes around 15 mins. There are some nice restaurants close by but the hotel suggests a few you can try. All are reasonably priced but we recommend Pepe Verde - very good which is borne out by the fact that it's very busy even during mid-week. Would definitely recommend thisnhotel to others as situated in a nice quite street away from the extreme business of central Rome. Lees meer

What a lovely lovely place. I am so glad we find this hotel. The receptionist was very charming an made us feel welcome when we arrived. We had a drink at the rooftop terrace and then checked in. Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and with excellent staff. Great value for money. Quiet location but with several good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to City Centre via Metro, bus or taxi. Parking available.

Very nice 4 star hotel at a good price but very far from main attractions in Rome so be prepared for expensive cab rides or taking the local bus with many stops and 2 bus changes

My husband and I liked the interior of the room and it has clean bed and toilet. Breakfast was wonderful as we have scramble eggs too- which you don't often see it for continental breakfast. However, when I wanted to double confirm with the bus driver, he doesn't seems to know the address. we quickly get off and took the metro insteadto Bologna. When we reach Bolongna metro, the residence was not sure where the place was. We gave up and took a taxi which cost us 10 Euro. Perhaps the hotel should provide more explicit instructions on how to get to hte hotel by bus. E.g which bus no to take and which bus stop to alight. This is a lovely hotel. It is not in the centre of Rome but to be honest I think that's one of the bonus features of the hotel. I've been to Rome several times and it is much nicer staying out of the busy main area. I know some people have complained about the distance but I don't know why. The hotel is really close to the metro stop Bologna (ten minute […] walk and I was eight months pregnant so you could probably get there quicker). Then from Bologna it is only five minutes from the centre by tube. It is so easy to travel by metro in Rome that if you cannot walk around too much (as I couldn't), you can easily travel to the major sites. To be honest normally I just walk around Rome because like most capital cities in Europe once you travel to the capital there is no need to use transport. As for the staff, all the people that work there are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and ther was a huge variety of items. We both really enjoyed our stay here. However we were coming home at about 10pm each night. If you are looking to party hard in Rome then maybe you would prefer to be closer to the centre. Lees meer

Recently spent 5 nights at this hotel which we booked because of all the positive feedback on tripadvisor. Overall we weren't disappointed. The staff were courteous, helpful and all spoke good English. They were forthcoming with answers to whatever questions we had. Our room (104) was quite small but nicely furnished. It was on the 1st floor but the […] window was not very high off the ground so we weren't happy to leave it open at night without lowering the shutter. The a/c did not work properly and blew out hot air instead of cold. I called a staff member who could not work out what the problem was either. But this wasn't a big problem as the weather was pleasant but not baking hot so it was ok to just have the window open. The walls, floor and ceiling were quite thin. We could hearing people banging around in other rooms and talking in the bar below. One night I was woken by the noise from somebody's tv. I also found the pillow to be too soft but maybe that's just me as my girlfriend said hers was fine. The wi fi signal was 'ok'. The buffet breakfast was very good and varied - coffee made to order, cereal, breads, meat, cheese, yogurt etc. Although there was never much scrambled eggs left when we came down between 9 and 9.30 (breakfast served from 7 - 10) and they didn't refill it. Downstairs next to the breakfast hall was a bar area with sofas and books and newspapers. Free finger food was provided - nuts, crisps etc (we particularly liked the crispy chicken sandwiches!) Out the back were seating areas and a small museum of WWII memorabilia collected by the hotel owner. On the top floor was a small gym with running machine, cross trainer and weight machine and bench. This must be quite new as I didn't notice it mentioned in previous reviews. The hotel is located a little bit out of the centre. This wasn't a big problem as there were a number of restaurants in the area and the bus stop was just around the corner, from where it was a short journey to the central Lees meer

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns von Rom in einer sehr gepflegten Wohngegend. Mit dem Bus ist die Innenstadt in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Perfekter Service, geschmackvolles Design und liebevolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gefplegt!!

Wir haben das Hotel auf unserer Familien - Städtereise (vier Personen) mehrere Nächte gebucht. Mit dem PKW ist es sehr gut zu erreichen, den kann man dann gegen Gebühr in der Tiefgarage des Nachbarhotels parken. Für die Stadtbesuche benötigt man ihn nicht, da unweit des Hotels die Buslinie 84 bis mitten in die Stadt führt. Das Personal (englischsprachig) […] war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Falls man nicht in der Stadt isst, gibt es in der Nähe eine gute Pizzeria. Wir haben uns im Relais 6 sehr wohlgefühlt, die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber, der Service des Personals ist ganz hervorragend, besonders an der Rezeption hat man immer einen guten Rat oder Tip bekommen. El hotel esta muy bien, lo recomiendo aunque está alejado de centro turístico y hay que depender de autobuses.

Realmente es muy recomendable; queda un poco lejos del centro turístico pero muy cerca de la parada de colectivos y nos manejamos perfectamente y sin ningún problema 100% recomendable.

Ett jättetrevligt hotell! Fint bemötande, bra service hela vägen.. Eftersom det är ett lite mindre hotell, får men en hemtrevlig känsla. Sköna sängar, rent och fint genomgående. Vi hade lite otur med att dubbelrummet var lite litet, så man får önska sig superior om man vill vara säker på att man får större rum. Kvarteret är väldigt lugnt, så det blir […] lättare att finna puls o fler restauranger om man åker till centrum. 7-10 min buss och man är framme. Kommer välja detta nästa gång igen! Lees meer

L' albergo e molto bello, nuovo, acogliente e pulito. Lê camere sono confortevole e la colazione era veramente buona. Senza parlare del personale, tutti sono stati molto gentili e educati. Consiglio a tutti.

It's a little far from the Metro station as I've heard. It took approximate 20 minutes on foot from the Bolonya station. But if it is the first visit, it a better idea to go by subway even though it's far, becuase you have no idea where to get off the bus. The bus numbers are 90, 36 from Termini. The hotel is near the Nomentana street. The neiborhood […] is good and quiet. The reason I chose this hotel is I expected that it's not noisy. I think it's residential area. The room is a little small, but it's not bad. The minibar in the room has free drinks and water. The breakfast is good but it doen's have bacon and sausage something like that. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. Only drawback is the distance to the tourist attractions like the Colloseum and others. All in all very pleased . Best regards from Norway :)

Lugnt beläget hotell med mycket bra frukost och lugnt läge. Familjerummet visade sig bestå av två separata! Tillmötesgående och hjälpsam personal. Nära till buss direkt till centrala rom. Shoppingmöjligheter i närheten men dessvärre inga restauranger!

Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Es liegt leicht ausserhalb von der Innenstadt in Rom, man ist jedoch mit dem Bus innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Termini und innerhalb von 20 Minuten am Palazzo Venezia. Ein Bus fährt tagsüber fast jede 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich […] und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für südländische Verhältnisse wirklich gut. Es gibt Brot, Toast, Croissant, Rührei, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade usw. Lees meer
