it is very small nice hotel from romantic, but it is way too far away to the tube station. Therefore not connivence to travel around if you are tourist. Room wise, it is pretty acceptable, not too small. Overall, it is a great decent hotel if you want to just chill at paris and enjoy a weekend or something like that.

This hotel was OK. The room was cool - stars on the ceiling and the bed is suspended from the wall, but it would be helpful if you could break the mood and turn on the lights so that you could actually see! The shower was fabulous and the bed comfortable. The staff were entirely unhelpful and not knowledgeable (e.g. could not recommend any restaurant […] that was close by and did not know whether you could you buy a metro day pass). Fantastic experience. Rooms really quirky, maybe a little small, however the room had all you needed and more. Double shower, his and hers sinks, huge LCD TV, amazing lighting. Very clean, modern decor throughout hotel rooms comfortable and unique design. only thing i would say is that the lighting isnt very practical for getting ready or looking for things. Beautiful hotel; quiet, spotless, modern, good price, and in a nice area. It's not in the center of the tourist action (which we actually liked), but a 5min walk and a metro pass will quickly get you everywhere you need to go, and back. It was easy! Nice clean rooms, cool design, very modern. Rooms are on the small size however with the bed design able to push the suitcases under the bed out of the way. Not that close to much....metro and REL lines are quite a distance away.

Exceptional hotel with friendly helpful staff. The levitation room was slightly dark however at night the lighting effect was stunning and brighter individual bed lamps were provided. Fun and charming little hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a little worried after reading previous reviews about location but the area was still busy with a short and pleasing Walk to the nearest train stop and there's a cute little square filled with lovely restaurants, bars and icecream parlours:) we enjoyed siting outside here with […] a bottle of wine in the very layed back atmosphere. The hotel room we stayed in ( a standard levertasion room) was trendy and modem, lighting was a little restricting at night for ladies getting dressed but very romantic. the rooms are small but perfectly formed. size is typical for paris. there is a bus route outside taking you to major sites if you are lazy but its also close enough to walk to notre dame etc. i would stay here again. incidentally theres a boulangerie across the street with the most perfect croissants ever eaten

I have been upgrated from clost to the star room type to 007 suit which is excellent! The space is much bigger with big screen. Overall,I enjoy the stay but still fancy to have floating bed next time.

The Hotel 7 was an experience to say the least! We stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon and enjoyed it. It is a stunning hotel to look at and the amount of thought and flair that has gone into the design is immediately obvious throughout. It certainly had the wow-factor. Very nice room. As usual small (city hotel) but comfortable. The in-room nespresso was highly appreciated. Perfect shower, good beds. Quiet hotel. The room lights are very beautiful. The express breakfast for 10 euro's is a good deal, excellent croissants and chocolate breads as well as other treats.

The hotel was very small, and not as fancy or futuristic as it is depicted in the photographs. The description calls for sound proof room yet you can hear a toilet flushing and the sound of tv from the other adjoining rooms. the levitating bed is just stuck on the wall and not as impressive as seen in the photos. the shower floor planks move and water […] leaks into the sink area causing big puddles of water. the rooms are extremely small. the windows are thin and does not keep the outside air out. the location is not very convenient and the neighborhood itself is very dirty. i knew about the location but thought the experience of staying at this hotel would make up for it. However, i was sadly disappointed and wish i had stayed elsewhere. this hotel is not romantic, if anything, very cramped, inconvenient and overall a bad choice. Lees meer

My boyfriend and I were intrigued by the bells and whistles of this hotel. While the room was very cool, the light switches were so confusing so we spent ten minutes turning lights on and off. It was worth a one night stay but it is not the type of hotel to go home and relax at after a long day of shopping and sightseeing.

It's funky decor is nice for a romantic weekend away, service was good, but the location wasn't the best. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro and isn't terribly close to any of the central parts of town. Would recommend it to couples who are traveling and want something a bit different.

Loved the hotel and the room, really unique and beautifully done. Only very minor downsides, our room a levitation absolute (the cheapest) was very small - beautifully done, but very small. Didn't really matter as didn't need to do much in the room, but was hard to find space to put suitcase and was no room to sit to work or eat, not that we needed […] to. Ipod connector in the room was good for music, but no english channels on the beautiful flatscreen tv and couldn't connect my laptop to the screen as I didn't have right leads with me. Good esspresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Location wise, we really liked the area around Rue Mouffetard, street food market and lots of cool little bars and restaurants, but it was a bit of a treck from the main sites (about 15-20 mins walk from Notre Dame) and not really near any metro or RER. Saying that though, it was in the middle of three stations that were only 10 mins walk away, and only 5 mins from Pantheon, so lots of choice depending on which line you want. Breakfast was expensive we thought, but there was a good boulangerie/pattisserie just round the corner and loads of food shops/market stalls to get food to eat in your room (on the bed though as room was so small!). Absolutely lovely for a romantic break, we sneaked a peak at the bigger (more expensive) rooms which were great and some of the suites which were incredible! Near the Luxumbourg stop of the RER from Charles de Gaulle, close to the Moufftard market, good bus & metro stops. Hotel has very futuristic decor, wasn't sure I would like it but I love it. The hotel itself was very cool looking! The staff was so helpful and made every thing very easy. We had stayed in Paris a few nights before moving to this hotel and at first were a little worried about it's location (It's a much quieter area) but then after exploring the streets just a few blocks from out hotel it was absolutely wonderful!

The Seven Hotel was definitely worth it!!! We stayed in the Lovoure Suite, which has a jacuzzi on the patio and a hot tub in the room. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever!!! If it wasn't for the fact that we had so many attractions to see in Paris, we could have stayed in the room all day. The location was great for us since we like to walk, but it is about a 30 minute walk from the tourist attractions. My wife and I ended up in this hotel for one night, after unexpectedly having to stay for an additional night in Paris. The hotel we were staying at was booked out (thank you Fashion Week!), so we booked a room in this hotel. Hotel staff at the reception was helpful and had no trouble speaking different languages (English, Spanish, etc.). The rooms […] are visually stunning thanks to a playful light theme used throughout the room and even the bathroom. Black lights behind furniture, small lights on the ceiling, a reading light attached to the toilet(!), etc. Toiletries are ok. There is good coffee machine that makes great coffee. The room was clearly not family oriented, the shower is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall behind the bed's head so anybody taking a shower will be completely visible. There is a large flat screen TV with channels in English, German, Spanish and French.The bed is on the hard side, which we found to be a common theme in several of the hotels we stayed in Europe. I would recommend the hotel if it wouldn't be for cost-benefit ratio. The hotel is off the beaten path, in a more residential neighborhood. Granted, there is a metro (RER) station about 10 minutes walking distance, but you are still at a good distance from major tourist sights. Plus, metro doesn't run 24 hours a day. I would have expected the rooms to be cheapier based on the hotel's location, but they are not. If you are after a fancy room and don't care about location and price, go for it. However, you may want to reconsider if you plan on spending most of the day sightseeing. There are less expensive and far better located hotels right on the Seine, within walking distance of everything. Lees meer

Hotel Seven in Paris lived up to my expectations, and more. Modern, funky, clean and had the comfiest bed. The Levitation room ( standard, more like plush) had beautiful lighting effects, twinkly lights on the ceiling that look like stars in the sky, air conditioning, glass double, powerful shower with lights that change colour and the room was quiet […] and peaceful, despite being at the front of the hotel. The bed is quite high but adds to the effect of 'levitating' and has soft, clean white linen. It also has the benefit of an espresso machine, drinks making facilities are not something you usually find in european hotels, so is a bonus. The hotel isn't yet finished but we were not aware of any builders or maintenance, and I'm sure it will be AMAZING when it is. I wouldn't hesitate in going back there and have no problem recommending it, and in fact we were very sad to leave. The location is good and away from the hustle and bustle, though not particularly close to the main sights, but we didn't find that a problem as it is only about a 10 walk from Port Royal station and 10 mins from 2 metro stations and is in fact very peaceful. You can travel from one side of Paris to the other in about 15 mins on the very rapid metro. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance, though some were closed as we went in August when a lot of Paris businesses close down for their month long holidays. We still found places to eat with little problem. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so we can't comment on that, but believe it is a continental one. We'd booked a trip that was leaving early from the other side of Paris, and the hotel booked a taxi for us so it was waiting the next morning with no problem, and in fact did not cost as much as we expected. The staff were helpful, cheerful and courteous and made us feel like they were pleased we were there, unlike some hotels I've stayed in previously!
