Zeer goede accommodatie, op 15 tot 20 minuten afstand van het centrum van de stad. Met een regelmatige gratis shuttle verbinding naar het centrum. The hotel room was very comfortable and luxurious for our party of 4. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast each morning. Staff were polite though not always very helpful. The hotel did not replenish our toiletries each morning. When we requested for it, we were told that the hotel had run out of toiletries and no effort was made to suggest […] an alternative. The Adama Resort is beautifully set in well-maintained gardens, giving it a peaceful and calm atmosphere, and the staff deliver a high level of service in a pleasant manner. Our accommodation was of the smallest type Adama offers, a one-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people (via double/twin in the bedroom and 2 pull-out beds in the living room): it […] was still spacious, well-appointed and mostly well-designed - the 'mostly' due to the lack of a shower curtain, which meant it was a constant struggle not to spray water all over the bathroom while having a shower, making that an awkward and uncomfortable task. Best of all, the apartment was arranged around its own private courtyard - large enough for a sizeable table and chairs - which was festooned with banana trees and other well-tended plants: a lovely place to sit catching the sunshine after brunch, even at the end of December. The only slight downsides of Adama we found were the freezing cold swimming pool (it was advertised as heated but if so, the heaters were insufficient for the time of year), and the distance from the Medina (though only if returning after 11:30pm at night by taxi, as otherwise the hotel's free shuttle service was excellent, including the driver). We didn't worry too much about the relatively high prices at the restaurant or shop on the Adama complex, as we rarely used them and expected those price levels at a 4-star hotel. The buffet breakfast included in our tariff was fine, but nothing special. The cooking facilities in the apartment were of a good standard, sufficient to make a proper meal. I was impressed by the quality and reliability of the Internet connection, provided via a wired link in the apartment and by wifi in the pool and bar area. We found the staff at Adama charming without exception: those with whom we interacted were always full of smiles and eager to help, and all seemed highly customer-aware. Hotel Adama is an extremely lovely hotel, that is very accomadating with beutiful scenery. However, I want to make a few comments; one the bathroom was nice, spacious and extremely modern however there wasn't a shower curtain/door for the tub so the floors got wet inadvertently. There is w-ifi available but poolside was the only spot where u could get […] a good signal. There is no central computer work area either. Breakfast buffet was great esp. for the price, dinner menu was great however had a limited selection to choose from. Other than that I absolutely loved my stay and the hospitality that I received from the staff. Short drive from main city and the airport were also convenient!! Lees meer

Beautiful hotel with wonderful heated pool and children activities. Nice to be a bit away from the noisy, crowded city. The shuttle bus to the city worked really well. The restaurant had good food but need to expand its menu, and check the sum you get charged. We recommend the camelride that the hotel can help provide. If you cook your own food we found […] a supermarket in Gueliz its worth the money to take a taxi to shop for food. i stayed here with my two 20 year old daughters, it was a fantastic place to stay. it was out of town (which we knew before we booked) but needed to be out of town to enjoy a fab pool and gardens. the hotel lays on a shuttle bus various times of the day, we used it once and got taxi back at the cost of approx £12.00 which was reasonable. if you want […] to go out and don't use the shuttle, the hotel will arrange a taxi at the cost of any taxi in marrakech. food was lovely, not over expensive but dearer than an average high st restaurant, we had breakfast included and it was very enjoyable. the staff are helpful and friendly. the rooms are clean and very spacious, the tv doesnt have english channels which wasn't a problem to us as we were out most of the time. i found everything as i'd expected, i was absolutly delighted with this hotel and i would fully recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be in the centre of marrakech all the time. they also supply pool towels which is a great help when travelling budget airlines! I found my stay here to be wonderful--beautiful room and surroundings. While it's a bit off the main strip and far from the medina, souk, and new part of town, the free shuttle and other benefits outweigh this inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and, especially families. A few things to note: wifi and Internet access is only […] available around the pool. Since there is no business centre, you must bring your own surfing device. I found the lack of access in my suite to be a nuisance for an international hotel catering to tourists. The rooms only come with one key and the lock are all deadbolts. This is inconvenient if you and your party are not keeping the same schedule. And lastly, while are suite was modern and gorgeous, the lighting in the washroom was poor and not well lit--romantic and intimate but not ideal for applying makeup or shaving. We found this hotel to be a great location for a family break in Marrakech. The rooms are very spacious and the design of the grounds means that each has almost total privacy. The gardens are very pleasant and well maintained. The breakfast is fine. The 'navette' transfer to Jamma el Fna is first-class: very punctual and reliable. The only 'negatives' […] I could find were: No shower pool-side. Its absence meant that hot, sweating bodies covered in sun-cream were in and out of the pool all day leaving a unpleasant film on the water surface. Our kids both got face rashes from the water. No shower is unusual in such circumstances and something which could be easily remedied. The food at the hotel is limited and expensive: 50 Dhs (£4.25) for an ice cream and the same for a 33cl bottle of beer. Similarly, the shop has very little stock and is expensive. Best to do a big shop somewhere in town. However, none of this spoilt our stay in an excellent hotel with friendly, v. helpful staff Lees meer

Marrakeche é um lugar muito especial e uma ótima oportunidade para quem quer conhecer uma cultura diferente; árabe e berbere. O resort está distante do centro da cidade mas disponibiliza um transfer várias vezes ao dia. Muito confortável e ainda para quem quer preparar alimentação ele possui o conzinha completa.

A nice hotel. We had some difficulties finding the hotel as we tried to walk from the airport following the map printed from hotels.com - which turned out to be wrong. But after taking a taxi it was no problem. The last day we had only 15 min to eat the included breakfast. This was a bit tricky as it was not ready on time and one of the waiters got […] angry with us for asking for coffee and got a bit saucy when we where leaving. Great hotel that is still very new. Very nice employees that provide good service. Good restaurant with very affordable, good quality. Great place also for children. Only downside is that the hotel is approx 7 km outside of the city, which makes one dependent on transportation. Also provides, however, refuge from the buzz in the city....
