Aloft Phoenix Airport in Phoenix

Perfect location for the early morning flyer(although, if you're returning a rental car, give yourself an extra 15 mins to get there and another 20-30 for the shuttle). It was also right next door to one of my clients. Sophisticated = trying, Pretentious = yes, Over-priced = definetly, slightly larger Euro designed cubicle with prices to match with less amenities. No microwave, breakfast or working TV channels other than sports. Definetly not for a vacation hotel. Next time we'll go across the street for less cost & more services. Close to PHX is all it has. I had a late arrival to PHX, tired, so went to bed, I heard a noise in the middle of the night, but was so tired to wake and figure what cause, wake up early to attend at the PHX OPEN at Scottsdale, AZ. Next night came to hotel late, take a shower and go to bed, and in the middle of the night...Again the noise, something vibrating, so wake up and start […] looking around to locate the noise...And It came from the small refrigerator under the bathroom,s cabinet, well, I had a good sleep after that, so good that I missed my flight next morning. Stylish, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Overall, the hotel is fine. You get the idea that its a 'hip' place, but the bar doesn't open until 5 and closes at 10 or 11...so that is a bit of a bummer. Rooms are nicely appointed and fun. Service was great. I think they are trying to be cool or different by taking a normal sized pillow and forcing it into a square. The first night I didn't figure […] out that, indeed, it WAS actually a normal pillow beaten into square form shape, so the first night consisted of me rolling off the pillow every time I turned my head. Major bummer. Second night I figured out the cool kid pillow was just a normal pillow in hip shape, so it was better. Honestly. Just let the pillows be normal. When I went to ask the front desk if they had normal pillows, she said that they'd had so many complaints that they were replacing all the pillows in the entire Aloft chain. Um. Stop forcing them into squares and people won't hate them so much! Also, it would have been nice if she'd told me it was a normal pillow in disguise! I loved the rooms,staff,bar!! This place was really modernized and wicked cool! I would definetly go back! =^]

Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a little loud. Aloft is like the "poor-man's" W

Really trendy hotel, close to Circle K and Ruby Tuesday for convenience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for a late check out too.

We've now stayed at a Aloft hotel twice and it's our favorite hotel to stay in. The modern feel is totally like us. We love the friendly staff and clean rooms. Thanks for a great nights stay!

This hotel was perfect for our needs--a convenient locations in close proximity to Skyharbor Airport. Better yet, the hotel must be relatively new because it is very clean. I liked the modern design of the hotel and its proximity to Mill Avenue in Tempe as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to say in the greater […] Phoenix metropolitan area, especially if you are looking for easy access to an early flight at Skyharbor. We had a great time. The Aloft is a hip, modern hotel with nicely designed rooms that are distinctive and different from the average "cave." We enjoyed the clean spaces and color accents. The beds were very comfortable. Two minor quibbles: there was only one chair in our room, two would have been nice; and the little sandwich/breakfast shop in the lobby […] was overpriced. The Aloft was as expected clean and modern, staff was great. The staff was very helpful and understanding. We chose this Alfoft location because of its closeness to the Phoenix light rail. It was very close, so close that the noise of the rail was herd easily within the room all running hours. There were homeless persons sleeping by the benches in front […] of the hotel during the walk from the light rail to the hotel. The hotel was located well. It was stylish but only cosmetic. The room was very small and the bed was not comfortable. The TV has a great picture. The staff were very nice and helpful. It is right next to a light rail station which was very convenient.

I stayed here for business, as it was the best looking hotel for a reasonable rate that night. Close enough to throw a rock at the airport (wouldn't recommend that). The hotel was fine. It works for a safe, clean, newer place to stay. Very trendy looking (felt like it was trying to be a cool LA hotel, but is just a commuter spot in Phoenix by the airport. […] The GYM was small but had all new equipment. Prepackaged food but could get delivery from next door restaurant. Had a nice bar. Rooms are VERY SMALL and were cramped, but they felt clean. Overall good hotel, clean, very funky and great access to airport. The surrounding neighborhood is dismal with only one restaurant within walking distance, but for short trips it is great. They do have a weird situation with their airport shuttle. They have a van with their logo out front, but if you need to get to the airport they use a sedan service […] which you have to make a reservation for rather than just grab the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was weird.. the driver looked like he was wearing his pajamas and had the worst social skills ever. He played heavy metal music at high volume and made many political statements about conspiracy theories. So strange. He acted annoyed when I didn't tip him. I am usually a big tipper, but the front desk told me that the full fee and tip had been handled. Lees meer

We were disappointed in the food service at the hotel. All selections were ala carte. It was ridiculous to spend three times the money for a Lean Cuisine that anyone can get in a grocery store. We have traveled around the country and in every hotel we have ever stayed in, the coffee was complimentary, yet a cup of coffee at this hotel was $2.50. Ou […] trageous! Lees meer

This hotel is a great little boutique feel. It is like a hip Fairfield or Springhill Suites with more amenities and a much more comfortable bed. Location is great. About 10 minutes from PHX airport. The main issue is in the construction. I have stayed here a few times. You can hear the TV in the neighboring room if the volume is high and you can also […] hear the ventilation system constantly whether your air conditioner is on or off. If you are a very light sleeper I would avoid this hotel. I am pretty good at sleeping through noise once asleep, but sometimes falling asleep in this hotel is a little challenging. 隣りにコンビニ、裏にファミレスがあり、ライトレール、バスにも直ぐに乗ることができます。空港からも近く、ホテルによる送迎の他、ライトレール用のシャトルバスを使用しても問題ありません。ただし、田舎なので移動には基本的に車が必要です。部屋は綺麗でWi-Fiも使用可能ですが、バスタブはなく、大通り沿いなので、夜中に走る車のクラクションの音が気になる可能性があります。
