Een verrassend mooi apartement, waarin alles was wat we nodig hadden en dat op loopafstand ligt van de stad - of, als je dat prefereert, met tram en bushaltes voor de deur. Heerlijk om in thuis te komen na 'n dag in de stad.

Een heel nette prijs voor Oslo. Voordeel van dit hotel is dat je je eigen maaltijden kunt klaar maken zodat het niet zo duur wordt. Ook de supermarkt dichtbij is prettig. Verder is het hotel goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Eén minpuntje, de gordijnen hadden wat meer het licht mogen afschermen, zeker in de zomer als het zeer lang licht blijft […] buiten. Very elegant, well laid out and large room for 4. Kitchen was well appointed with high end appliances. Bathroom was very clean with full glass surround in shower. We had a great stay at this very well located hotel. It has everything you need. A kitchen with plenty of plates pans etc. Fantastic staff who are very very helpful. The rooms are very nice with great beds and lovely linen and the location is ideal. Can walk to the waterfront with lovely cafes and shops. Also walking distance to train station which […] runs right to the airport. Our only gripe was we were on the fifth floor and the lift was being replaced so it was a long hike up especially with luggage. The staff helped and were very appolgetic but it was still quite a few steps. Hopefully it won't be long before the lift is finished. The street views from our 5th floor were very good. I was surprised by the quality of this hotel. It was very relaxing and quiet even though I was told they were full. The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to city centre and very pleasant area. Very useful to have small kitchen available to make breakfast and coffee. Close to several small supermarkets. Extremely useful to have free wi-fi in the room.

Really enjoyed our stay. High quality accommodation at a good price. Within a 20 minute walk of the city centre and handy for the metro (via the National Theatre station). Very helpful staff and great neighbourhood that we felt safe to walk around in at night. Recommended.

The hotel was great. Very clean, and nicely decorated. THe staff were really friendly. A bit far from must-see areas, but close to bus and taxi stations.

From the moment we walked in, it was great~chic, helpful staff, comfortable room/apartment~fantastic decor! I was thrilled to be able to do laundry and relax in the room with a cup of coffee. There were several restaurants in the immediate area and the town center within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

After 5 days I ran out of towels and toilet paper, no vacuuming was performed, no bed was made and nobody was at the front desk. After one week this was not acceptable....

My brother and I had an excellent time visiting Oslo for 4 days and staying at the Frogner Apartments. Our studio apartment was small but cozy, and we loved the kitchen facilities that allowed us to eat in and save travel money. Great location... the tram was right down the corner from Frogner. There's two 7-11s (although 7-11s in Nordic countries are NOT 24 hour establishments), a minimart, coffeeshops and other convenient places to start off. Hotel was slightly pricey but we made up for it by buying groceries since the place has it's own kitchenette. The tram takes you straight […] to the main train station and I suggest using the trains to come into the city from the airport as the taxi service from the airport is EXPENSIVE. Fabulous hotel!!! Top notch room with well stocked, top of the line kitchen. Plenty of room. Very clean. Had a little trouble with the free washer and dryer, but otherwise it was terrific.

The hotel is in a fantastic part of Oslo, close to the vigeland park as well as akker brygge (about 10-15mins walk). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean and bright. My only dissappointment was that when I got a 'bed' and a 'sofa bed' I was under the impression that there will be separate living area to bedroom which as we […] were travelling as a group of three would have been preferable from a privacy aspect, instead we got a slightly bigger room with an extra little bed which detracted from the room and we ended up tripping over each other. The Frogner House Apartments was a perfect fit for our family of four. I was looking for a room larger than a standard hotel room for myself and 3 teenage boys and it was perfect. Modern and clean. Hotel elevator was at times a long wait but the stairways were beautiful and we got some exercise walking up and down from the 4th floor. Not a problem, […] though. We received messages and information from the helpful and accommodating staff and help booking a taxi to airport. Nice neighborhood and close enough to sights. I would definitely recommend-hard for the taxi driver to find when checking in. Great apartments with everything that you need for staying in oslo. The location is great and you can take the tram from across the road to anywhere worth seeing. It's only a 5 minute walk from the station which means transport from the airport is easy. We had a great 5th floor apartment overlooking Skovveien. This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for, and it met our expectations. We would definitley stay there again, even with a couple of minor inconveniences such as no electrical outlet in the beautiful bathroom (I'm not sure why), and the fact that the elevator wasn't working two out […] of three days there. The staff was VERY friendly and responsive, the location was EXCELLENT, and the many grocery stores, neighborhood restaurants, and proximity to public transit made us feel very "local", which is how we like to travel. If we travel here again, we'll ask for the same apartment we liked it so much (#505). The price through Expedia.com was very reasonable, as well. Lees meer

Terrific value. Only problem was that the elevator didn't work and we were on the 5th floor. Great neighborhood. Oslo is easy to get around and this area had lots of terrific restaurants.

It is in a quite location but is very near to everywhere because Oslo is rather small anyway. Only problem was the lift was not working. Good for family as the room is quite spacious.

I was very pleased with my stay of 9 nights at this establishment. The studio apartment that I had was very quiet, spacious and well appointed. The floors vibrated very slightly; to be expected in a renovated building. The building is nicely located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood, close to a grocery, convenience stores, restaurants/pubs, and transit […] (buses and trams). The staff had little to do, but were very pleasant and willing to assist. The only complaint of note is that the WiFi signal strength in my room was very low and frequently cycled off-on; a minor irritant, demanding some patience. Lees meer

This was a great apt handy for all amenities in a good area and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Kitchen area although small was more than adequate for our needs, they also supplied washing up liquid tiolet roll etc. My one small concern was the fold out bed which my daughter[16] did not find comfortable,but she slept well enough.All […] in all great apts probably best suited for 2 adults and maybe small child.Avoid taxi from station if poss expensive, tram19 or12 stop near apts. Our studio apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Oslo. The decor was lovely and new, and the receptionists were very helpful and answered all questions. We were able to leave our luggage for part of a day after we had checked out. A market and the tram stop were just around the corner. We did not do much cooking, but enjoyed being able to heat/refrigerate […] our food and make coffee. All "kitchen" utensils and cookware were new. There was even a dishwasher, although we didn't use it. There were free laundry machines on our floor. All in all, we were delighted to end our trip to Norway staying in Frogner House on Skovveien. It was better than staying in a hotel. I needed to have a kitchen because I traveled with a young child. The neighborhood is extremely expensive. But there are several small shops with fresh vegetables and fruits. It is also very close to the children park. I was disappointed that the hotel wouldn't change the linen unless you pay extra.

Vi var en venninnegjeng på tur og vi er alle enige om at hvis vi skal til Oslo igjen skal vi uten tvil bo her igjen! God service, nydelig rom og ingen problemer. Eneste er at depositum på 1500kr burde vært opplyst mye bedre.

Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til Aker brygge og i et rolig og bra strøk av Oslo. Nye komfertable og moderne innredet rom. Her kommer vi absolutt tilbake.

Das Internet funktionierte während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht. Es hiess immer, dass daran gearbeitet würde, aber es passierte einfach nichts. Damit war auch das Fernsehprogramm und alle anderen medialen Angebote lahmgelegt. In der Regel wäre das bei einem reinen Urlaub auch kein Problem, aber da wir beruflich unterwegs waren, war es eine Katastrophe. […] Und der Service auch ... Ausserdem war der Aufzug defekt. Insgesamt fanden wir die Ausstattung mehr gewollt als gekonnt. Sieht chic aus, ist aber auf den zweiten Blick eher Ikea als Design ... Die Lage ist zumindest wirklich sehr toll und die Umgebung auch! Oppholdet var flott. Flott rom med muligheter for matlaging. Stille nabolag. Eneste minus med oppholdet var at det fantes litt støv på noen områder samt at det ikke ble opplyst om depositum på 1500,-. Ellers storfornøyd med oppholdet.
