Great hotel. Everything is new. Excellent Service. Dinner Buffet was amazing!!!!! Will Stay again.

I booked this hotel online through hotels.com where i included payment for breakfast. When I arrived the lady at the front desk denied that I had paid for it and wanted to charge be again for the breakfast, also she didnt have any information about the requirement I had put down in my confirmed bookings. This was very disappointing and I had to forward […] her the email confirmation where it was all confirmed. I didnt get even get an apology. The room was not properly cleaned. The minibar was half empty and no coffee or tea or water had been put into the room. The only reason for me staying there was that I had an early flight the next morning at that this hotel was the closest to the airport. Great hotel. Close to airport.

This hotel is close to the airport which saves a lot of time because the streets of Manila can be very congested and you need to leave plenty of time from the other hotels to get to the airport. The other plus point is that it is attached to a very nice shopping mall! The hotel itself was average.

i had my wedding preparations done in marriott hotel. it was a really breath taking experience staying cause i didnt find anything negative during our stay. every staff is courteous and polite and even the executive lounge gave me a sweet treat congratulating me on my wedding day. i cannot expect anything more cause i was more satisfied with their services. […] i will definitely be back in this hotel. The hotel has a good security system in place; the first that I have seen with an xray machine before the main door. It has access to the mall and casino. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Very cute lobby - like a boutique hotel. The buffet is a little overpriced, pool is small, and many construction around the hotel are going on.

Generally, everything is excellent

Enjoy staying at the hotel. Room was comfortable, my daughter enjoyed herself staying at this hotel. Near to the airport so was very convenient. My mother enjoyed herself playing at the casino.

Room is very spacious Considerng we only got the standard room. Sheets are very clean. One small note: since we were on the 8/F, wifi didnt reach us. They suggested tho that since we had Marriott rewards to plug in their LAN usb connectn and jst deduct it upon checkout (internet shd be free). Anyway, overall xperience is very nice! Security was excellent. Staff was very courtious and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Easy access to airport via hotel shuttle bus, every 20 minutes or less. Validated parking for guest relatives. We will say here again.

This is a 5 star hotel in every way. I love everything about our stay, the room, the staff, the location, and the lunch buffet experience was fabulous. The price was worth the stay.

Manila hotels are just lacking as a group when compared to most hotels in the US. Marriott comes closer than most at an affordable price. However as a hotel chain that normally caters to the business traveller, their Internet and WiFi are in serious need of an upgrade. Despite knowing there could be a smell issue in the room, we booked here based on the location, and Marriott quality we have grown accustomed to. This hotel did not deliver. The room had a moldy smell to it, which was noticable from when we walked it. We arrived very late/early in the morning, so simply went to bed and accepted it for what it was. […] The rates charges were not good enough for what was provided. We stayed at Marriott 4-16-11 for one night only. They were able to check us in at approximately 10:30 am even though their usual check-in is at 12:00. The staffs are very nice and courteous. It is located a mile from the international airport and even less from the domestic airport. Even with the proximity to the airport, I can't hear any plane landing […] or taking off. The room are very clean and modern. My kids love the shower/bath area. It is next to a casino and upscale store and restaurant. At the time of my stay, the pool was being service so we have to go to the neighboring hotel Maxim. The pool there was fabulous and surrounding cabana makes it very cozy. Manila Marriott Hotel is one of the best I've stayed so far, service is outstanding, with very courteous and professional staff....I feel very safe and even the surrounding areas seems safe. Location is convenient to restaurants and especially the airport. Highly recommend to others...5 *****

I was very impressed with the Hotel in all respects. I was particularly pleased with the curtesy shown by all, and I do mean all, the staff I came into contact with during my stay. Being the General Manager of a Hotel/Nightclub myself I can recognize a well run establishment. Excellent stay here - shuttle bus takes you from the airport to the hotel in a few minutes - check in was a breeze the hotel is quite new so in great condition. Very Nice - well appointed room. Awesom bath and shower. Perfcet for our one night layover en route to Palawan from Sydney. Really great breakfast buffet as well. Staff were warm and friendly. close to Airport...no hesitation in recommending.

I had two kids to watch and they wouldn't allow McDonalds to deliver to my room. I asked if concierge could do it and I will tip him. They said it is their policy to make guests pick it up from the front. That is rude and insane. Hotel not recommended.

We were very impressed with the over all accomodations that were provided. We felt that the luxury of the hotel and help from the staff was well worth the money spent. The bathroom is one of a kind....fit for a king. Over all rating we will give it a 5 STAR rating...For sure my fiance and I will recommend it to family and friends...and look forward […] to our next visit to the Phil. PS...We did stay in another hotel known to be a 5 star..more or less the same accomodations but we were more impressed with the Marriott!!!! Lees meer

Very good service level. Good room size and amenities. Generally polite and helpful staff although the knowledge of the concierge service was a little lacking. Good service at the steak house. Food quality was good. The bar and club entertainement was a little lacking. I guess as a business hotel, entertainement is not the major focus here. 日本のマリオットに送迎バスについて尋ねてみたところResorts World Complex　というバスが送迎ターミナルにあるということで行ってみましたが、なかなか見つからず、探してみたところ、僕がつかったターミナル２では、ゲートを出て、人だかりのある右に行き、イエロータクシーの列を越していくと、小さいブースのところに観光バスのような大きい黄色い送迎バスが停まっていました。もうすこし解りやすい場所だといいと思います。空港バスを頼むと２０ドルくらいかかるので、ぜひこのホテルに泊まる方はご利用ください。

Hab das Hotel für eine Nacht zwischen zwei Flügen gebraucht und kann es sehr weiter empfehlen. Liegt nahe an den drei Flughäfen, das Grilllokal mit dem offenen Feuer ist Inspierierend gut, man kann gleich indoor für nen Abendspaziergang in die danebenliegende Shoppingmal gehen und ich hatte noch das Glück das zu Ehren irgendeiner Misswahl eine tolle […] Tanz und Showvorführung war. Das Bad mit Glaswandtrennung war ein Foto wert und der Blick auf den Golfplatz auch Lees meer

다음날 여유있게 공항에 가려고 예약을 해두었던 호텔인데 비용이 아깝지 않을만큼 만족스러웠습니다.

３つのレセプションデスクで６カ所同時に受け付けできるようでした。列をつくって順番を待っているのに、たった３名で対応しており、しかも、遅い。チェックインだけで待ち時間も含めて３０分もかかりました。エグゼクティブフロアだったので、その該当フロアでチェックイン手続きができるはずでしたが、（後から知りました）そのことを受付を行っている方本人が説明しました。そういう事なら何故到着時に他のスタッフが案内をしないのか疑問でした。また、後から来た方が別の受付に先に並んでもどのスタッフも何も言わず、不公平感がありました。チェックイン時の、ホテルの為のDepositシステムはどうかと思います。受付に時間がかかるのはこれも一要因かと思うし、チェックアウト時に戻ってくるにしても、非常に不愉快です。加えて工事中で非常 […] にうるさかったです。 Lees meer

Everything was perfect. Good shuttle service to/from terminals. Big shopping and entertainment sentre nearby. Golf and outdoor pool. Very friendly staff.

The Marriott hotel is not a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for. The bed was very comfortable, aircon quiet and cool, the food is amazing, the staff very helpful and happy to assist you when you need or don't need help..hehe. Room service was great and they say that it takes 45 min to get the food but I think I always got it after 30 min. Maybe […] the 2 things I didn't like about the hotel is the metal detector since I don't like removing my belt and the fact that TAXI is not always available and I sometimes needed to wait 10-15 minutes before a TAXI arrived. So if you have the cash to spend on a hotel then this is the hotel to stay at but since I just wanted to try staying at a nice hotel for a few days I'll don't think i'll be back anytime soon but I loved my stay. 私は通常はハイアットに宿泊しているのですが、部屋の内装に関してはマリオットの方が若干良いかなという印象です。隣接するリゾートワールドに行けばレストランも多くありますし。 今回は２回目のマリオットです。２回共サービスに関しては？がつく内容でした。 １回目の時ですが、夜中部屋に戻った時に隣の部屋からTVの音が聞こえてきました。大音量だったので音を下げて貰うようにフロントに依頼したところ、すぐに隣の部屋の電話が鳴っていました。ところが電話を取る気配がなかったので不在の様でした。確認の為に隣の部屋のベルを鳴らしても誰も出てきません。再度フロントに電話をして部屋のTVを消すように依頼しました。しばらくして、ボーイが来て部屋をノックするのですが応答は無し。それからしばらくすると、放送の時間が終了したので一旦音は消えたのでボーイは帰ったのですが、１分毎に１５秒づつぐらい砂の嵐のザーッという音が聞こえてくるので、再度フロントにTVを消すように依頼し、ボーイが部屋に来るのを確認しましたが、「Excuse […] me sir」と言いながら部屋の扉をノックする事５分、お前の声の方がうるさいと思いながら、ボーイに入ってTVを消せと言っても部屋には入らずマネージャーに状況を説明しているだけで動きはなく、そうこうしているうちに４０分以上経過したのでさすがに頭にきて、「寝るというホテルが提供する最低限の事ができていないので、なぜ宿泊費を払う必要性があるのか」とつめよったところ、やっとこさ部屋に入ってTVを消してくれました。この間約１時間。なぜ５分で済む用件を、夜中に他の客も宿泊している部屋の傍で居ないであろう部屋にノックをし続けるのでしょうか。宿泊客全体の立場から見ても、ホテルの対応はあまりにもまずい内容です。 ２回目ですが、喫煙室に宿泊したのですが、信じられない事に灰皿を持ってくるのに３時間、４回電話してやっとでした。灰皿はバスルームにあるはずだとの事で最初はそうなのかと思って電話を切ったのですが無いので再度電話して持って来るようにお願いしてから３時間・・・。何でそこまでかかる？と思ってしまいました。 サービスに関して、ハイアットより優れていると思うのはチェックインの早さです。ハイアットでは５分、１０分とかかりますがマリオットのは早かったです。それと空港に近いというメリットはあります。また、リゾートワールドでRepubliqというクラブがやっていますので飲みに行くには便利です。 Lees meer

まだ、新しいホテルなので部屋はきれいでした。シーツも気持ち良かったです。カジノ、高級店やレストランが隣接しているので便利。空港の近くですが空港の入り口とは反対の場所にあります。

Just 10 minutes frpm the international airport and very good service and quiet area. Nice and comfortable room. Full attention from the personal, I do recommend this hotel.
