Prima service. Vriendelijk personeel, een schone en nette kamer en een ontbijt waar superlatieven voor tekort schieten. Voor zijn prijsklasse is dit absoluut de top! Centraal gelegen aan de (nieuwe) US-19 bij de Gulf to Bay Boulevard, dus een goede uitvalsbasis voor 1 of enkele dagen Clearwater. Is een typisch US motel. Het ontbijt viel mee voor de prijs en er was ook wireless internet, microgolf en koelkast op de kamen. Toch zal ik volgende maal een hotel zoeken in een hogere categorie. Maar als je iets zoekt om goedkoop te overnachten is dit wel geen slechte keuzen.

The stay was ok. Hard to find with the construction.

I was in Clearwater for business training and just needed somewhere to sleep. Not at all looking for amenities. The room was clean and had all the requisite items of a hotel room. We had a great restaurant in front of the hotel so breakfast was easy. The pool was very nice even though we did not use it. My only complaint was the noise. Our room was […] right outside the metal gate for the pool and we heard it constantly until the pool closed at 10pm. The next time we stay there we will request a room farther away from the pool. The hotel was very clean, a liitle outdated but overall a nice place to stay. The pool was very nice and staff was very friendly, outgoing and attentive. We needed to stay extra nights and that was not an issue. Overall a nice stay and shall return again on our next visit. Thanks

Awesome location, close to Tampa, Clearwater beach, target and mall close by. Beautiful pool that was empty a lot and the staff was great. I would return to it!

Older facility but pretty well kept up. Very nice pool. "Lenny's" next door a must for breakfast or lunch. Good value for the price.

Great hotel for spring training! Walking distance to park and many restaurant choices. Short drive to Clearwater Beach which is so beautiful!

I was happy with the location and the pool is beautiful. No matter what I did they never gave me enough towels for my family. (so bring your own?) It is sad. One night all they had was bath mats so when we requested more towels (because we only got 1) we had got 4 bath mats because that was they all they had! The hotel wasn't fully used. We booked this hotel from the internet based on location and price, and we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Although the room was small, it was comfortable enough for two people. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower. There was a very nicely landscaped pool area, the pool was open until 10PM, and the staff was extremely helpful […] and friendly. We booked the trip to see some Phillies spring training games and we were able to walk to the field and several restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again. Lees meer

This hotel was okay, The location was good and I felt safe there, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I had a king-size bed that was obviously two seperate box springs and mattresses. One side of the bed was even about an inch lower than the other side. The mattress felt like a spring board. management was accomodating and friendly. room clean and comfortable. price is right!

Not luxurious but not terrible. Bed needed a new matress (lumpy) and location not easy to find/get to. Otherwise I got what I paid for.

This hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was conveniently located. The price was very reasonable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this motel and we could recommend this location. The room had everything that we needed and was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave which we used and appreciated. There are only two pillows per bed and only two large towels are supplied, so if you need more be […] sure to ask. Continental breakfast offered waffles, juice, cereal, and pastries. Located about 10 minutes from the beach. There is a very nice LARGE pool. We did not try the pool but it was definitely bigger than you see at most motels and looked nice. Bathroom was just a little small (but adequate) so may feel a little cramped if you are in a larger group or planning an extended stay. But the value for money, in my opinion, was really very good and that is why we stayed there. I could mention that there are exterior doors and it could be a bit noisy at times compared to some other locations (emergency vehicles on nearby highway, etc.) but not all rooms face the outside of the motel (some facc the inner court) so those might be nicer concerning ambient noise. Ok for a single night , had noisy guests all around during our stay . But for what we paid quite acceptable comfort and accomodation.

Pretty good value here. The rooms have tiled floors, which was a bit weird...but they are clean and comfortable. Heated pool.

I stayed there in jan. at night the room was very cold and there was no extra bed covers in the room. The room heater was very noisy and ineffective. The cold meant little sleep. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but ok. No cooked food. Disposable cups etc. Location very good. Not too far from airport if getting in on late flight (20 mins). The front desk clerk was extremely friendly. My room had a funny, musty smell. The hotel was difficult to find, even with a GPS. Very close to the interstate, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to stay someplace else.

The people who worked there were pleasent and helpful. The pool is very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a place to stay to explore the Clearwater area and yet not spend a fortune after deciding to stay for a little over a week and this was it. The heated pool was clean and open late, it was very convenient to just about any store or great restaurants that you could imagine. It was a short 15-20 min ride to great Ocean beaches of Clearwater […] and about the same to St. Petersburg to the south. Also a short 15min ride to Tampa downtown where there is lots to do. Can't beat this for the price, cleanliness and a free breakfast to top it off! My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised. This is a 3 star hotel with a 2 star rating. Definitely a great place to stay. I would recommend this to other people I know. Lees meer

The room rate was very reasonable. The room was clean a appropriate for the price and our length of stay. The double beds were small and in need of new mattresses. Enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was a surprise for the price. We would stay again.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was very nice. We did have a problem with the keys of the hotel that would not open our door -it happened three times. The staff was nice. The room needed updating. The mattresses had seen better days and so did the pillows. Overall... it was OK.

The stay was great but the front desk assured us that the pool was heated and it wasn't even close. That was the whole reason for us staying there since they supposedly had a heated pool.

I would reccomend this to others. For the price they quoted me. I thought this hotel was going to be bad. But to my surprise it was clean the staff were nice. We also got a good contenintal breakfast. I would go there again.
