prima ligging. Aan de rand van echte centrum in zakendistrict. 5 min lopen van metro station, 1 a 2 haltes tot in stads centrum. Zeer ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamer, 2 badkamers en 1 woonkamer/keuken.

De kamer was netjes, wij sliepen met 4 personen in de familiekamer. 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (13 en 16 jaar). De kamer was niet groot, maar voor ons geen probleem omdat we vroeg weg waren en laat thuis. De knop van de wc was kapot, we hebben dit gemeld en toen we s'avonds terug kwamen was deze al gemaakt. Ontbijt was prima. Naar het centrum is +/- 10 min met de bus (opstap vlakbij hotel), daarna met de metro +/- 10 min. Echt goed te doen. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Kortom een prima hotel voor een weekendje Londen.

Het was een nette hotel met heel hulpzaam personeel. De ligging is dichtbij St. Pancras en 3 verschillende metro stations. Het is dus handig als "home base" om Londen te ontdekken. Kamers zijn klein, maar prima om gewoon over te nachten en je kan thee/koffie maken. De kamers hebben bovendien een haardroger.

service was prima, eten bij de bar was goed. Vriendelijk en klantgericht. We vonden het enkel in de kamers nogal donker. Daarnaast is het een gemis dat er geen raam open kan.

Vooraf heb ik lang getwijfeld of ik Westminster Plaza zou reserveren. De foto's toonden een mooie kamer, maar het uitzicht op een luchtschacht waar iedereen over schrijft is niet mijn idee van een weekendje weg. Uiteindelijk ben ik daarom gegaan voor een duurdere kamer met uitzicht, op de Big Ben. Je betaalt wat meer, maar dan zit je perfect. Verder […] is Westminster Plaza een uitstekend en mooi hotel; de foto's van de kamers spreken voor zich. "Ideal base for a trip to London"
* Hotel and room looks brand new, nice large rooms and very quiet, * Close to westminster tube station and hence the city is within walking distance. * Breakfast and Bar are quite expensive but 24/7 store just across the street and plenty of pret-a-manger like stores around to have a good breakfast. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

Het hotel licht erg dicht gelegen bij het westminster metro station (5 min lopen) waardoor je overal naar toe kan. Je hebt vanuit het hotel een prachtig uitzicht op de Big Ben en daarnaast zit je op loopafstand naar allerlei eetgelegenheden (starbucks, 24 uurs winkel, sub-way etc.). Ook 's avonds kun je nog gemakkelijk de metro pakken om ergens naar […] toe te gaan, want je bent er in een zucht. Het hotel is verder uitstekend! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en elke dag wordt je kamer gedaan (ook al hang je niks op de deur). Je kunt gebruik maken van de roomservice en dit smaakte ons heerlijk! 's Avonds is er altijd iets te doen in de lounge en het is dan erg gezellig om daar iets te drinken. De badkamer ziet er erg schoon uit net als de kamer. We went to one of the Theaters and got back kind of late at night and they had a late night room service. The staff was very professional and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! This hotel was excellent value, considering location and that it had a swimming pool. Employees were super-friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price for breakfast, it was unjustifiably high, had to go out every morning to get something and missed the buzz of sitting with other guests preparing for an exciting day.

My son and I stayed in a studio suite for 6 days and had a great time. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The room was plenty big enough for a small family, if the kids don't mind sharing a pull out sofa bed. Free wifi was fast and worked great in the room and in the lobby. Beautiful and modern hotel, so close to local amenities. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and have excellent facilities. We didn't dine at the hotel at all though as prices were unreasonably high, however there are plenty of local shops and cafes, and a short tube ride to an array of wonderful restaurants. Very nice hotel.Big clean room and hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. You can't ask for a better or more classic view. The hotel looks out towards Parliment. This is the view you have seen in every movie ever set in London. I will definetly try to stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in London.

Given the location, one would have thought it would be noisy but, alas, it was the most peaceful hotels I've ever stayed in! It's the perfect place for unwinding and for conducting business! The staff were extremely polite and professional, the entire place was sparkling clean - one could eat from the floors of the bathrooms - and the restaurant & bar […] were excellent. "Great Hotel, great location breakfast a scramble"
This was a very comfortable modern hotel with good sized rooms. All the staff were very helpful, especially at reception. It was only let down a little with the queues at breakfast. The dining area was not big enough to accommodate the volume of guests. However staff worked hard to keep the flow going. However I would definitely stay here again.

One of the comfiest beds I've stayed in, with both a foam mattress and foam pillows. Very pleasant stay with an inviting pool (though can get quite overrun with children during the day at the weekends), steam room and sauna. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The only (minor) gripe is that breakfast was not included in the price. Recommended.

Beautiful, ideally situated hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to either Waterloo or Westminster tube station ( I would suggest Westminster due to construction around Waterloo). Our room had a wonderful view of Big Ben. Be aware though that there is no parking. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We ordered room service and the food was perfect. […] Excellent quality and brought precisely when we asked. We did have a problem with a faulty safe. They eventually had to drill it but they were apologetic and offered to move us to a different room. If you stay, do try the Mandarin Spa. I had an express massage there. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely and peaceful. Over all, the location is excellent, the staff exceptional, and the hotel itself beautiful and comfortable. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL TO CELEBRATE MY SISTER'S 40th BIRTHDAY. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. VERY FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE STAFF AND THE UPGRADE TO USE THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WAS A TRUELY DECADENT TREAT.

It was our first visit to London and the acomodations at the Park Plaza were much better than we anticipated. We upgraded our room to a top floor with a view of the Thames River and the Parliament / Big Ben, and had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and not noisy, even though it was completely booked.
