The only advantage this hotel has got its the location. Fantastic location MRT nearby, restaurants,shops,Mustafa Shopping Centre,City mall. Some of the staffs were also helpfull.

This hotel is relatively cheap in Singapore, but they can do better for the guests. This hotel is located in the center of Indian town, Singapore. The hotel is not clean in room and restaurant, not in good service. The women working in the front desk are not friendly and don't have the mind to help the customers.

Have ants on the bed and mosquitos in the room Have arranged morning call. But no morning call from receiption the next morning

Really disappointed with The Claremont Hotel : 1. Air Condition very noise 2. Television broken and can not switch on 3. Carpet out side room is really dirty

it's not friendly and towels are not clean

As with most Singapore hotels at the lower end of the scale, the price is too high for what you get. Generally a run down hotel that while not terrible, generally feels a little grimy. However, I've struggled to find any hotel in Singapore for this price that is noticeably better than this one.

i am so this appointed abount the hotel. we have 3 days booking but we never stay when we see that disgusting hotel. i am not recommending to anny one. please dont stay in that hotel if you dont wnt to stress your self dont stay in this hotel.,

Only Hotel location is good and all other things(Room condition, Toilets Reception , lobby ) are very Bad. There is use to Stay here. Its like DHARMSHALA .

Location-wise, this is a great spot. Rooms are not exactly as shown in the pictures. Service not very good. Trash bag wasn't changed everyday, room wasn't cleaned everyday. Great locatoin for value, if you don't care about service. Good for less than a week, but not more than a week.

i have stayed at many hotels but this happens to be the worst hotel i ever came across. the bathroom was in a terrible state where i had to buy dettol to sanitize the room. the t.v reception was bad and it took them an hour for them to come bythe room to fix it. i was impressed by the photos on the internet but it was far from reality.i would never […] recomend this hotel to any human being. Agree with most reviewers place is convenient but definitely not for families with children. Front desk doesn't care about customer and the place did have roaches!!

The condition of the room was horrible have tv but no remote , bathroom was very dirty and bed sheet and the quil cover they never changed in my entire 3 nights stay , so guys think carefully when u book this hotel , I won't stay again at this hotel

The cleanliness was lax. We literally had to wash our faces and live among spiders. The cleaner came to do the daily cleaning with only a broom; she just "showered": the toilet bowl with the shower head; she just made a wide swipe of the floor with her broom not even bothering with the areas under the beds or behind the door.Whenever we used or went […] into the toilet it had a urine smell . The washing bowl was smirked with oily dirt and there was a layer of greases formed aeons ago. The view from the windows was spoilt by a layer of unwashed algae and layer of grease and dirt. The furniture was an eyesore. The door of the tv cabinet could not be closed and the other door was missing leaving an agape hideous hole. The bathroom was without any sort of hangers or hooks for the clothes. We felt a slimy feeling whenever we were in the shower area and we feared that we might slip and fall. we will very disappointed to see water dripping in the toilet, attitudes of staffs was bad, the lobby area is just too claim and no wifi or internet connection as stated in the net, its just a Hotel

Receptionists looks extremely unhappy to serve the guests. Rooms are dirty, bed stinks, breakfast is unhygienic, shower area too small and water spills all over the toilet, sink has 1 inch thick scum on it. My experericne with this hotel is very bad. Staff is indifferent and unfriendly. Facilities are way behind in maintenance. Corridor on 3rd floor has even fungus growing. Incredible. The hotel was not clean, and there were no any proper room to leave my bags. the front desk was not well organized .

In the beginning we had a problem regarding our room types and it took a day until they fixed this problem. And in the new room they gave us one of the beds didn't have blanket, and they remarked there wasn't any blanket! Thus my friend slept with a bed sheet! Hotel wasn't clean that much compare to what you see in Singapore, I saw different bugs in […] breakfast hall and it was very disgusting! There was a bad smell always in corridors! ... The room as well as the hotel was dirty and not satisfying what so ever. The only plus with this stay was the short was of going to a new central hotel the day after first checking in. Hôtel n'est pas propre. Personne sensible au cafard s'abstenir car il y en a partout, dans la salle de bain, dans la chambre, dans la salle petit déjeuner et voir même sur le lit.

インド人街の近くではありますが、場所的にはかなり便利です。 ただ、部屋は最悪です。料金を考えればやむを得ません。 ほとんど掃除していないように思われます。 テレビはブラウン管で、リモコンはありません。チャンネルは中国とインドのものばかり。 ゴキブリが出ました。計４匹退治しました。 唯一良かったのは冷蔵庫があったということ。この安い料金で部屋に冷蔵庫がついているというのは、シンガポールでは珍しいです（ありがたい）。 廊下は狭く、掃除機など全くかけていないようでした。 テレビの音や話し声が丸聞こえです。 朝食がついていたのはありがたいが、8時～10時なので、早朝にチェックアウトする場合はとうてい間に合わないです。 日本のホテルで朝食開始が8時などありえませんが・・・

Vi valde medvetet ett enklare hotell, eftersom vi bara skulle vara i Singapore ett par dagar och hellre ville lägga pengarna på annat än boende. Dock anser vi alla i familjen att ett enklare hotell ändå ska vara rent, vilket Claremont definitivt inte är! Till att börja med kan jag berätta om själva rummet: taket var svart på stora områden pga mögel, […] bakom dörren hängde stora smutsiga spindelväv, vi kikade under sängen...det skulle vi inte gjort, där låg stora dammråttor. Bakom de täckande gardinerna, som hängde på trekvart, låg gamla godispapper. På golvet längs med väggarna städades det inte alls, bara precis ytan runt sängen torkades av och detta med en torr golvmopp. Hade vi inte klagat hade vi inte fått städat alls... Det fanns två plastmuggar att dricka ur. De var så gamla och skitiga att vi valde att dricka vårt vatten direkt ur flaskan. Man fick välja om man ville titta på tv eller ha kylskåpet igång, för det fanns bara ett uttag. Nu var detta inget problem för vår del, eftersom vi inte var på hotellet för att titta på tv, men ändå... Badrummet sen...jodå, golvet var väl hysat...mitt på, för även här var det skitigt längs med kanterna och inte lite heller: hårrester, toapapper, gamla plastkorkar, dammråttor. I taket i duschen samsades möglet med spindelväven. Hyllan hängde på sniskan och gick inte att använda, då hade flaskorna trillat ner. Vasken, en modern grej med en skål ovanpå, vet jag inte sist den hade blivit rengjord och den blev inte avtorkad under våra dagar där. Handdukarna var håliga och luktade illa. Hela rummet kändes ofräscht och smutsigt, dörrarna var inte avtorkade på jag vet inte hur lång tid. När man hade duschat gick man på tå tills man fått på sig ett par skor, så man slapp att smutsa ner fötterna igen. När vi påtalade allt ovanstående rycktes det bara på axlarna och man låtsades inte förstå. Vi fick alltså städat vårt rum en av dagarna efter påtryckning, våra barn fick inte städat sitt rum alls. 部屋によって違うのだろうけど、掃除が行き届いているとはいえない。床に値札シールが貼り付いたままだし、ゴキのおちびさんはひっきりなしにご挨拶に来てくれていた。熱帯だし、コドモのすることだからいちいち目くじらは立てないが、大人のゴキさんが複数おいでになるようだったらクレームつけてたかも。 フロント係も無愛想。 安宿と割り切って、単に寝るだけの宿と考えれば、なんとか許せる、といったところ。

1、预定时，说了要2张床的房间，但酒店没有，只好要了一张大床的房间 2、晚上11点入住的，没有热水，而且发现，此后的几天都没有热水，只好每天凉水洗澡 3、8楼的房间，连续换了5个房间，都是淋浴喷头坏了，想找一个淋浴可以用的房间很难呀。 4、服务还可以，服务员是随叫随到。
