Wij hebben met ons gezin(2 kinderen) zes nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Het is netjes en nieuw ,de service is goed en ligt erg centraal voor alle bezienswaardigheden. De kamers zijn voor New York begrippen ruim hebben heerlijke bedden en eeen mooie ruime badkamer met fijne douche.Dagelijks is er op het terras van de 5e verdieping een kosteloos wijnuurtje […] wat gezellig is.Het ontbijt is goed maar duur. Het personeel is behulpzaam en altijd bereid even een leuk restaurantje te boeken of een musical op beschikbaarheid te controleren of gewoon te zorgen dat je taxi klaar staat . Time Square,EmpireState,5th Avenue, Macys, Rockefeller center alles op loopafstand.Wij zijn vaker in New York geweest echter nu met onze kinderen de highlights nog eens gedaan. I used to live in this neighborhood so I of course love it. But I had now idea this hotel would be this comfortable, well designed, friendly, and perfect for our stay.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area from a convenience stand point. For tourists--very close to major attractions and super convenient to many subway lines. Very friendly staff, and clean impressive rooms. We got upgraded to a higher floor with fantastic view of the Empire State Building. Will definitely be my go to hotel for future stays.

The hotel was certainly not the typical neighborhood I would consider when booking for a business stay. I decided to give this hotel a try given the amazing intro rate and the associated Kimpton name. To my surprise it was 4 short blocks to the 34th St Herald Square subway which allowed me to go anywhere -- upper East Side and Soho in 15-min. It's also […] a 10 minutes to the HighLine. Hotel is new so everything feels clean and well maintain. Staff extended dinner service for me as I walked in at 9:58 pm. Much appreciated. Will definitely re-book on my next trip to NYC. Lees meer

I am a consummate New Yorker, who alas moved from New York a few years ago. Periodically I drop in for family or work. On this trip, I escaped with my wife to the Eventi, for an evening without kids. What a lovely New York Experience. Close to the the High Line Park, the lower Hudson River Park, Chelsea and some of the best restaurants in the City, […] its location was superb. We selected the Eventi in Chelsea because of the neighborhood and the 2 room suite with the pull out sofa. It worked out great. It was a quiet room, nice staff, nice amenities, and close enough to walk to various restaurants and attractions (you could see the Empire State Bldg. from our floor). The bed was very comforatable and the bathroom had a nice […] shower. My only tiny complaint was the lighting could be improved. Stay one night in this hotel and will recommend, clean no sign of bed bug, security will check room card after dark, cause the surrounding is not good. Parking is free, also has free coffee in the morning, gym is open for 24 hours but I don't have time to try of it, will going next time.

This is an elegant hotel that is close to most NY attractions. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful

staff was nice, hotel was well-maintained, hotel room was perfectly clean. only negative is the room is the SMALLEST room i've ever stayed in. i knew the room description said ~200 sqft, but you really dono how cramped that is until you have to stay in a room that small. also there are no ice machines, you have to call concierge for them to bring you […] a bucket, just a note. but the price was reasonable and the location was good, so will most likely stay here again in the future. Everybody who works there is incredibly helpful. I love having beverages throughout the day. It was convenient when I left an dame back to the hotel. My room was perfect and beautiful view. Great experience

Great hotel, great location right by Empire State Building. Walking distance of Times Square and Grand Central - very convenient. Good modern room with great view. Service good as well.

Great location; close to Madison Square Gardens, Times Square and Penn Station. Very helpful staff, great breakfast and complimentary tea/coffee and wine reception.

The Eventi is a very lovely hotel with great staff and a great location in NY. The bathroom is beautiful except for the water situation. It took forever to get the right temperature and I either froze or burnt myself in the shower. It really was troublesome and I am not sure if it was just my room! We had a great stay at the Eventi. We had adjoining King and Double Queen rooms. They were fairly large for NYC and the bathrooms were a good size as well (rainfall shower head was a nice touch). The room was clean and quiet; we were on the 19th floor so the view wasn't spectacular but you knew you were in NYC. Omar the concierge was quite helpful. […] The Bar Basque restaurant in the hotel was very good too (detailed review on OpenTable). Overall we'll be staying there again when next in town. The only down side is that there is no 'on premises' breakfast spot on the weekends. Lees meer

My wife and daughter stayed for 4 nights in December. She insisted I posted a review. She has an eye for detail that I would never see. She can be critical of things that would not bother me. She was delighted with this hotel - including the service and the staff. Believe me this is a recommendation indeed. Well done Eventi.

We loved our stay at the Eventi. From the first moment you could tell that their employees are happy, because they were so genuinely welcoming. The wine reception was wonderful and we were so close to the metro, Penn station and Times Square. Soft beds, quiet rooms, luxurious accommodations at a good price.

We stay for one night with my husband to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary and they make our stay fantastic, the personnel was so friendly when we were checking in we mentioned the reason of our stay and when we got in our room a little later the front desk and manager send us a personalized congratulations on our anniversary card, a bottle […] of champagne, a bottle of sparkling water, a bottle of flat water and a box of wonderful chocolates, the ambience was very romantic the spa massages was a great experience and the breakfast on the terrace (even that is winter time) was so nice. I will come back any time to Eventi Hotel. Happy couple Lees meer

great service, rooms, location... loved the early morn, sunlight filling the room... so rare to have in nyc! loved my stay! bathrooms are sweet!

Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel. I've stayed at many NY hotels, and this one has become a favorite for me. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are small, but effective. The bathroom was beautiful. The shower was outstanding. Rates are a tad high.

I never write reviews and I had to write a review for this one. Such a beautiful hotel, great bathroom, great lobby, great staff, ..I rented for a romantic interlude and it was perfect mix of modern sleekness and hospitality with warmth. Yes and yes. and again for sure.

okay hotel but not for the price room was a bit small but nice and clean parking outrageously expensive. staff was nice and accommodating. i say yes to recommending this hotel but it depends on the circumstances and what u need the hotel for.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is in excellent condition. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The room was spacious (we had 2 dble beds). Bedding and pillows extremely comfortable. Location is superb and easy to access main tourist areas as well as get doen to Union Square, Greenwich etc. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful week at Eventi! The staff was super friendly to both us and our dog. We loved our room, super modern spacious and very comfortable beds! We would definitely recommend this hotel to to anyone visiting NYC. Its in a great central location and surrounded by tons of shopping and great restaurants.

Room was great but spent hours waiting for staff to deliver ice!

We stayed here for just one night which was NYE. We were in town for the show at MSG and I can't say enough about this hotel. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was superior to all hotels I've ever stayed and that includes a lot of high end Casino comps.... We had one minor problem which was the betteries in our door […] lock mech. were dead, they immediately fixed it. Our front desk clerk (Omar) hooked us up for the rest of our stay with anything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone staying near MSG or anywhere in Manhattan, AMAZING!! Lees meer

We loved this place! Awesome view, comfortable bed, nicely supplied bathroom, best hotel shower we've seen, just sumptuous. Enjoyed free wine in the afternoon, visiting with other guests around the fireplace. Looking forward to our next stay.

We arrived at 10:00am and was able to check-in due to availability of a room. Additionally, luggage storage was available and easy our check-out day. Staff were pleasant. Great location if you like Korean food (32nd st) and shopping (Macy's, Gap, etc) within two blocks. One mile walking distance to Rockefeller center/Times square.

The Eventi is a clean and comfortable hotel. I did not use the restaurant, so I cannot review that. The staff is friendly but could use some more advice about restaurant recommendations. The hotel is located near Hearld Square if shopping is a concern. There are connections to the subway and the Path very near the hotel as well. Nice hotel. Small rooms. Bed just OK re comfort. Great location to walk to shopping and theatre district. Wine reception from 5-6 PM very nice touch. Would not recommend hotel restaurant. Food and service just OK. Very pricey. Would recommend staying at any of the Kimpton Hotels throughout the Country.

A wonderful experience by our family in this excellent boutique hotel - the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Decided to use some of my Hotel.com points and take my Girl Friend into NYC for the weekend. This hotel is clean and trendy with a very accommodating and helpful Staff. Our visit to NYC was for 1 night for a show at Madison Sq Garden. We wanted a hotel that was upscale and within walking distance. Eventi was perfect. We were offered an early checkin which was a bonus and service at the hotel was superb at every level. Room was clean and well appointed. booked through expedia and the woman and front desk didn't give me the room I thought I booked (king) and instead gave me a double queen right next to elevator. The other desk clerk overheard this and quickly remedied the situation by giving me a King bed away from the elevator! Thanks for the fix Eventi, you saved it.

Recently, our family took a trip to NYC and stayed at Eventi Hotel for a night. It was one of the few hotels that offered 2 queen size beds in a room. With 2 daughters and my husband, the 2 queens accommodated us just fine! The beds were comfortable and the shower bath room was luxurious! Front Desk service was phenomenal. We arrived around 10 am and didn't think we'd be able to check-in but wanted to drop our bags off so we could walk around. As soon as we walked in, the front desk staff warmly greeted us and said they could check us in before we even asked. the room was very nice, modern and clean. Service at the restaurants was not […] as attentive, but nothing to complain about. The food at the restaurants could've been better. Normally, we try to find something local but didn't have time so we can't complain too much about that either. We'd stay there again. Lees meer
