The Westin Austin at The Domain in Austin

Very clean, modern, well decorated - good vibe hotel. Located near an outdoor mall. It's a great stay and moderately priced. It's just not close to must-see sights or downtown area where all the restaurants and fun are located.

Even with everything going on with the Austin 10/20 the staff still took the time to help me out, and I really appreciated it.

We stayed here for a running event and it was wonderful. Our 2 dogs got to stay for free. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for a dog friendly hotel.

We were put on the executive floor of this beautiful, modern hotel which meant we received free breakfast buffet tickets for the morning. It was an awesome layout of great food. The beds were comfy, room was clean and hotel was located perfectly for our 10 mile run we were participating in.

Fantastic hotel with friendly helpful staff. We told them we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to an Executive Suite. They had fantastic shuttle service all over the Domain and we never had to wait longer then 5 minutes to be picked up or dropped off.

Great Hotel, Supeb Service, Excellent neighborhood and Pet Friendly. A very good experience overall!!!

Only staiyed the one night but great experience. Staff were terrific and everything about the hotel was clean and welcoming. Great surrounding shops and restaurants. Will be staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin at the Domain. Though in the northern part of Austin, the Domain is a really cute area with plenty of shops and restaurants, plus easy highway access. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the bed and space in the room. Although I wish there was an indoor pool because last weekend was too chilly […] for swimming! The Westin at the Domain is a great business hotel if you are meeting with IBM or any of the other companies along the 360 corridor. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and very conducive to getting work done while staying at the hotel. I would, however, recommend eating elsewhere. There isn't anything all that wrong with this hotel except that it really does not live up to the expectations set by the price. The one exception may be the staff when I checked in who didn't seem to understand how to use their own systems to find the right room I booked (originally telling me that there wasn't one available) and figuring out payment […] (or not). Thankfully, I was on a business trip so I didn't pay for the room myself and if I were to return I'd find a better value than this. Lees meer

This is a very clean updated property - big but not too big. Nice pool and hot tub and work out room. Very functional business center. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Excellent service by all staff. Good option to stay here if you don't want to be in proper downtown - only a 15 min drive.

I reserved one night at the Westin Hotel to stay while we visited family for Christmas. This was actually the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel, but the first with our 6 month old twins. Needless to say, the Westin once again exceeded our expectations. We arrived a little early Christmas day, but the hotel staff already had our room […] prepared with two cribs as requested. The hotel staff was very friendly. My family enjoyed a wonderful stay and the twins slept just like they were at home. One note, if you do plan to use the hotel's cribs I would suggest bringing your own bedding as the cribs did not have bumpers along the sides. Everything was great from the nice room, nice view, and very helpful staff! The only drawback and for me, a big one, was the lack of control on the AC unit. It was 73.5 degrees and you could not change it! Very frustrating, which then made sleeping uncomfortable. If they could change this one thing, it would be a 5 star stay!

Our stay was excellent, we were received well and the staff was very helpful and attentive. They even gave us an anniversary gift complimentary champagne and fruits. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great stay

Beautiful hotel - could walk to the shops - free parking !! The price was right - I have a daughter at UT, and staying here is so much better than downtown in the horrible traffic and noise! We love it!

It was nice, but there's no free wifi. Also, they don't seem to have a complete room service menu to give you. The food was just ok. The manage was nice, but the front service people seemed too busy to care. It was our honeymoon night, i guess we just expected more for the money.

Hotel was having hot water problems when I arrived, but was told about them when I checked in. They were fixed by the time I got back from the football game I was attending.

What a great hotel stay. Set in a tuscan style shopping area. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They greet you where ever you go! Food and drink is wonderful. Just go and stay and feel pampered!

The Domain has everything that you need...restaurants, shopping, salsa dancing. When we walked into the hotel the design and aesthetic blew us away. We LOVED the comfort of the bed and truly enjoyed our mini-vacation. Wished there was a jacuzzi on sight and not in a separate location, but the live music on Sunday almost made up for it! I highly recommend the Westin Austin Hotel at the Domain. The facilities are first class, the bed was great, the staff was very helpful, and shopping at the Domain is right across the street. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room was nothing special, view of facility buildings brick wall. Was over priced for what we received. The staff was very good at front desk.

Hotel room was great and staff was very helpful and polite. The most disappointing issue was the “Sunday Brunch” or should I say the lack of a “Sunday Brunch”. I called the front desk to ask if there was a Weekend Brunch” and was told yes it starts at 11:00am. What they called Brunch was in reality “al cart menu” with no Buffet. They did have a Breakfast […] buffet that closed at 11:30 am. I’ve eaten at most 5 star hotels around the world and must say I never seen an “al cart menu” called “Brunch”. Had I known what to expect I would have chosen another place for my family and I to eat. All well fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Lees meer

The stay at the Westin was awesome! Very close to outdoor shopping and great food. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The service was great! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Can't wait to go back.

Loved this new hotel! Great upscale shops & restaurants within walking distance. Lobby is contemporary and beautiful! Room was extremely comfortable including bed, shower & individual temperature control. Very clean. Nice & quiet at night (we stayed on the weekend.) Love the groovy "lounge" music piped into the pool area. Only request would be to PLEASE […] plant some trees at the end of the pool area. It would add so much! We truly enjoyed our stay. We were there on busines but It was our anniversary weekend and it was wonderful. The service and the courteous/friendly staff was amazing. We just don't get good customer service anymore but we did at the Westin Austin at the Domain on the 25th and the 26th of June. We searched for a reasonably priced hotel and came across the Westin - Domain. Fantastic, new hotel! We got a great weekend price. Didn't have time to spend in the lobby and bar but they were very inviting....relaxed, upscale feel. I slept on the Heavenly Bed in other Westins but this was has been the most heavenly of all (maybe due to the "new-ness". […] Sleep well! Lees meer
