Een prima hotel, centrale locatie op HK Island, inventief ruimtegebruik in de futuristische, trendy kamers (bij sommige onderdelen iets te goedkope materiaalkeuze, zodat sommige onderdelen snel stuk zullen gaan). Je moet wel van wit houden; wie een kamer met gezellige aardkleuren wil, kan beter een ander hotel kiezen. Minpunt: een deel van het hotel […] werd verbouwd, waardoor er 's ochtends veel dreunend boorlawaai te horen was, dat soms door merg en been ging. Het management had de gasten daarvoor wel tegemoet mogen komen (prijskorting, een attentie, gratis lunch of diner, whatever). The 28 mins walk to the Stadium, the charm of old HK and living like the locals attracted me to this converted office building hotel. My third consecutive stays during the past 3 HK Sevens. Rates are getting more expensive over the years during HK 7s by 25%+ for this basic 3 star hotel - modern, clean and safe with very simple breakfast. this room is so so so stinky!!! the design is very modern and fashion, but there are lots of nasty smell comes from the sink and toilet. Its not something u just smell from your washroom, it's literally everywhere, you pretty much feel like sleep in a public washroom, and we even found half eaten can meat in the closet. don't even mention, take them […] 1 hour to send u a adapter, and I've been told that someone want to fix my safer, so I decide to stay in the room for them, but in the end, no one come up, and I waste the whole hour sitting in the room waiting for them. and they don't accept asia mile, even though they belong to Regal hotel. very convenience location. less than 5 mins walk to subway. but the room condition is not up to standard. broken draw, out of Kleenex for 2 days. but with this rate, no complains. the reception girls are very friendly and helpful. nice place to stay.

Nice and clean, seems recently renovated room. One little downside that I see is marvel floor which gives very chilly feeling with bare foot.

Such a nice hotel! Clean and spacy. Staff speaks fluent English and are very nice and helpful. The location is very good, close to the subway.

Front office is friendly and helpful. Room was not too clean, there is a piece of french fries on the floor near the bed. After the room service, they didnt refill the tissue box, left empty. The hotel need to improve their stocks, 1. I ask for a 2nd keycard, but their running low on keycard so they could not provide me with an extra one. 2. Very Good.

It's located at a very conveient area and close to the MTR station about like 5 mins walk. I stayed at the ibusiness room and it's quite big comparing with other hotels in HK, very impressive! They got free wifi in the room so it's convenient for business trips. Overall a nice hotel to stay in HK.

We will upgraded to a Suite Room for 3 nights without any additional charge. The room was spacious for the 4 of us and breakfast was also included. The staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended. Location was witin the MTR. Will definately be back agai .

I was quite surprised when I get into the room. It was nicely done and clean, but it was a bit on the small side. Nevertheless, I did enjoy my stay there.

I will definitely choose this hotel again! The room was very comfortable, clean, the receptionists were nice, helpful and spoke perfect English... specially Samantha... very nice and helpful girl! The hotel is in a very convenient location. Very close to the china visa office and to the wan chai underground station.

This hotel's room is d best till now i have seen.. only problem is searching hotel. though its right in city and best location , but they have theirname written on glass in blue colour which is less visible in sunny days....

I really enjoyed my stay at "Regal iclub Hotel". When I arrived I was friendly introduced in the Hotel rules and the check-in went by really fast. I was upgraded to ibusiness - very nice room: good air-condition, big TV with many channels. extraordinary clean and beautiful bathroom. pros: A couple blocks from subway station, one minute walk. Vivid neighborhood, where eateries are open right across the street, 24/7. Room is very clean, with brand new modern style interior decoration. Room is relatively spacious. Free Ethernet. cons: There is no pencil/paper in the room, a bit inconvenient for someone who never carries one:)

The reception area was rather small, but given that the hotel area is quite small as well, it was acceptable. The warm service by the reception made up for the lack of space. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the iBusiness room, and after a prompt check-in, we went to our rooms, but only to be greeted by a strong smell of glue, presumably […] leftover from the construction work to the room. Thankfully the smell dissipated soon enough, after the air-conditioning unit was switched on full blast (in about an hour or so). The room is brightly lit, as there is a huge row of windows overlooking the city. The room also comes complete with rain shower heads, microwave oven (not sure why), and a kettle. The rooms were also fairly clean, although it looked rather monotonous (as the decor was mainly white) There is also free wireless connection in the room, which was definitely a bonus, as well as an iPod/iPhone docking station - another bonus. There were numerous restaurants around the restaurant serving good (and cheap!) local food, and was a short walk to a local market (if you need to soak in the atmosphere). There's also free breakfast served in the lounge area, which is quite small in area, and the selection was just some pastries, cereals, and coffee/tea. If you're not desperate for breakfast, I'd suggest heading out for some good dim sum/toast. On the whole, we had a lovely experience at the Regal iClub hotel, and would definitely visit again. Everything was perfect with the hotel. The reception lady- was amazing. She knows english very well and that made my communication easier. However they cleanliness is a problem. once you checked in they do not clean the romm. they only make your bed and that's it. you ahve to wash your basin and tea cups. Conveniently located near the subway (MTR) and food. Clean and comfortable, and it would have been excellent if the pin on the table corner had been removed to prevent a cut my wife sustaned on her leg when she walked past the table. On the whole a conveniently located, clean and comfortable hotel to stay in Hong Kong.

Stayed at Regal iclub hotel while at a function at the convention centre. Overall was extremely satisfied however a couple of small issues meant that I could not give the hotel a 5/5. Firstly my wife tried to call me from Australia at the hotel. Several times the phone was not answered by the front desk so she had to call again later. Other times it […] was answered by someone on a cell phone and she was told to call again later. That type of service is not good enough!. good location - new modern rooms with plenty of interesting design elements. not a full service hotel - no lobby, conceriege or restaurant. overall good value for the $$ if you're not expecting to spend much time in the hotel

Very nice hotel less than a 5 minute walk to the Wan Chai MTR stop. Checkout the 24 hour restaurant directly across the street for some authentic Hong Kong food.

We had quite a good experience with iClub. The counter staffs were very friendly especially the lady called Samantha she was one of the most professional customer service officer that we have came across so far in HK. Must book the executive room upwards - the little extra you pay is worth it for a room double the standard size! Upon check-in we were upgraded to an executive room! Receptionist were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Executive room was of a generous size with a see through glass bathroom - might not suit if you're not a couple. Room was […] a tad dirty but otherwise most things were new and in good condition. The building itself is quite nice however adjacent buildings are somewhat rundown, it also shares the first 2 floors with some welfare depts so you'll see a lot of elderly ppl use the lifts in addition to hotel guests. Location wise, it could be a little closer to the MTR but it's still only ~7mins away from the nearest MTR exit. All in all, very happy with the choice of this hotel, highly recommend it if you're looking for a HK side hotel. Lees meer

If you're looking for a nice place to crash in Hong Kong, this hotel is a nice choice. It's quite easy to find from the Wan Chai train stop. The room was small, but comfortable. *Free wireless internet....priceless in my opinion!

Simple hotel that was a good home base, the pastries and coffee provided were simple and welcome on the first day, but opted for food from the surrounding areas for the remainder 6 days.

Location: If you want to stay at Hong Kong Island then this place is as good as any. Easy to get to and from at any time during the day. Noise: We stayed at the 8th floor in a room facing the street for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday) - and we were not bothered by the noise. Comfort of room: Bed was as always in most parts of Asia a little hard compared […] to Danish standards. Not a problem though - we slept really well after all the walking around exploring during the day. The room had a sink, a fridge, a lot of space for clothes/bags, an office chair as well as a very long working table. Room cleanliness: A few hairs around the toilet when we arrived - gone the next day. Other that that - spotless! Internet: Worked extremely well - both wired and wireless. We used it simultaneously with one iPhone, one iPod and one laptop. And it was included in the room rate. Toilet/bath room: Glass wall between bed and toilet - with a curtain to be used as a "wall". Continental breakfast: We went there once - it has croissants, danish pastry, cheap bottled juice and bad machine coffee. If you are on a really tight budget, then it will keep you alive until lunch - otherwise there is always McD across the street or the supermarket in the basement also across the street. Surroundings: Very easy access to Wan Chai metro station (4-5 minutes walking) + tram stop right outside the door. Always taxis in line next to the hotel - and buses pass by in large numbers as well. Arriving/getting around: When you arrive in the airport we bought an octopus card in the kiosk just after we picked up our bagage. It cost us 300 HK dollar each (of which 50 is a deposit that you get back when you fly out). For that money we got a return ticket with the Airport Express to Central station (also stops in Kowloon) as well as 3 days of free travel with the Metro. Good deal I think - and extremely efficient. The hotel was very close to all the ammenities, tram, train & Taxis. We arrived late and the receptionist was very nice, and booked us in as quickly as possible. We didn't stay long enough to do Hong Kong justice. We went to Macau for the day on the boat which was a very good trip except the rain spoilt being able to do much over there.
