Het is een prima hotel, maar de weg er naar toe is erg moelijk te vinden. Het hotel ligt aan een "soort" dood lopende weg die ook nog gedeeltelijk eenrichtingsverkeer is.

The hotel is pretty basic and has a shared bathroom, but that's also mentioned on this or its site. The showers weren't too good though and one needs the door fixed. But good enough for a short stay. The neighbourhood has all the things you need and it's a 5-10 min busride from downtown and about 10 min from Northgate shopping center. Breakfast was ok. Sheets were clean and helpful personell. I wasn't expecting anything big, so for me it was pretty good. Don't expect a 4-star hotel.

The room was awesome for us wth a one year old. Very well appointed. The only complaint was the freeway noise at night. We are not used to the street noise and it was louder than I expected which interupted my wife's sleep the first night. The pool was too cold to swim in but the hot tub was plenty warm. We used this motel as our family base for our annual "Thanksmas" gathering. The king suite was large enough to accommodate Grandmother in a wheelchair, 4 adults and 4 young adult/teens for pizza and visiting. The management let us use the downstairs meeting room, for free, to play games and visit until midnight. Breakfast was delicious but a bit spendy. […] It would have been nice to have the option of a continental breakfast included with the room. Access was confusing as you can see the motel easily but can't figure out the side streets that lead through a shopping center to the motel entrance! Beds very comfortable. I chose this hotel for a last minute getaway to the Seattle area. I am so glad. It exceeded my expectations. When I got into the elevator from the underground parking a couple women said to me.. Me and my fiance just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean & elegant and in a great location - close to the highway if you want to come and go to various shopping & sightseeing. The breakfast at the hotel is awesome. Well worth the money. We were so happy with this location. We made sure we were in a room away from the freeway. Great beds, chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Staff was very helpful. Make sure to have breakfast at the nearby Crystal Creek Cafe. We went there twice. Wow!!

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights (Aug 27,28,29) in a Standard 2 Queen Beds room. The hotel is conveniently located right off the 405 Freeway for guests to travel to various locations. "New hotel, good location and access to freeway"
Although it was just off the 405, we did not hear the traffic from the room overlooking the freeway. The hotel is brand new and well maintained. The only negative was the room cleaning seemed to have been rushed but it looked clean enough.

Make no mistake: the affordable price of this hotel is merely a reflection of its non-central location and proximity to the insterstate. "Difficult to find"
The hotel staff (desk clerks, resturant servers, cleaning staff) were all great. Helpful, courteous, available and always smileing. BUT, the bed was terrible. Close to the freeway. Very clean with comfortable beds and a nice spa. I would not hesitate to stay here again. After you exit the freeway you have to drive through a small mall parking lot to reach the hotel ... not to difficult just a little confusing.

There are plenty of stores, eateries and even a grocery store within easy walking distance. I look for hotels that offer free parking and if possible, free wifi..this hotel offered both. "Hilton Garden in Bothell, WA"
Excellent, newer property. Liked the location as it is surrounded stores, restaurants and services. Like the under ground parking! Staff was friendly with excellent service. Will stay there again next time in the area. Only complaint are the elevators, which are extremely SLOW! You are best to park in the garage and take the stairs!

I have heard many complaints from friends and family in regards to Hilton Hotels in general. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how well this Hilton Garden Inn kept. The entire room was very clean and the hotel staff were friendly and eager to help. This hotel was close to the freeway (I-405) and has several eating choices close by. This hotel […] is one of few that I have stayed in over the last few years that still has a comforter on the bed, which considering all the things heard about hotel comforter, I for one removed it from the bed. The Breakfast - Dinner facilty was unusable as it had a blanket fee of $10.99 even if you wanted a piece of fruit...really? "Quiet and comfortable"
Even though it is close to major road there was no problem with noise. Room was very nice with all the ergonomic upgrades. I really liked the sleep number bed. Only con was finding out how to get to the hotel off of the main road. You need to go through a mini mall to access the hotel. From off the freeway turn right at the entrance at Jack-in-the-Box, […] turn right at the top of the grade and go straight pass the Outback Steak House to the hotel. Lees meer

I like this hotel, the room has high ceiling, nice beds, and very clean, plus all the facilities, indoor pool, exercise room, too bad they don't have free breakfast. With the price it's worth it.

This is a new hotel, so all about it sparkles. Hopefully they will keep up the maintenance for years to come - it's a very modern interior design and deserves to be kept up... New place with a new car smell. Not badly located. Didn't really hear the highway even though the hotel sits right on it. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Didn't quite like the fact that the shower was the entire bathroom. Flooded too easily. But the room was supposed to be for handicapped.

My only complaint is that we were coming in late at night and there isn't any kind of a sign on where to turn to enter the property. You have to go through a shopping center/restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. After that, it was all good. Very nice and comfortable too.

This hotel seems like it's brand new. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice furnishings. Pretty disappointing no room service for breakfast. You have to go down to the lobby for price fixed all you can eat, made to order. This hotel doesn't have recycle containers anywhere. Grossed out, when I had black hair on 3 clean towels and a pillow case. […] Bed wasn't made very well each a.m. Extra blanket was just tossed over the top of the bed. This is probably in the top 5 of my hotel stays... and I've stayed in several places in the US as well as internationally. The quality of the service, the speed in checking in and checking out... the beds were amazing! The pool was relaxing and wonderful... Great hotel! Will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, a very new hotel which was utterly clean, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and a big shopping mall etc. We did not want to leave. "Great price on a fantastic room"
I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. First of all the room was beautiful and the area had lots of food options and a grocery store across the street. The bathroom was a little small, which made getting ready to go out a bit difficult when we had several people in the room. Other than that everything was perfect.

I was spending the week with my kids. They loved it! They have the indoor pool which was our favorite. The staff is very friendly and passionate about their job. I ordered room service on a couple of occasions. The food was hot, delicious, timely and of very good quality. The fitness center is really clean and inviting. The hotel overall was very nice. There is no shopping withing walking distance although good restaurants nearby. They have the "sleep comfort" beds which we are not a fan of so probably won't stay there again, but some people do like them. We find them uncomfortable no matter what setting. This hotel is beautiful and clean as a whistle. The staff is frendly and helpful. The restaurant has a limited menu but there are many places to eat within walking distance. It may only be a 3-star hotel but I would give the location a higher rating.
