City Travellers Auckland in Auckland

close to all local attractions but failing in maintenance and cleanliness standards. overall not too bad for somewhere that is cheap and cheerful. friendly staff who like to help.

We were moved to Chiffley suites because City Traveller had blockage problems. They paid taxi and the rooms at Chiffley were an upgrade which we were satisfied with and it was near the Sky Tower so very convenient for eating out. We have no knowledge of City Travellers except we could not gain access at first and the door did not open on the buzzer. […] The first member of staff was very poor at giving a welcome or explanation. The senior person explained and put us in the taxi. At Chiffley we had to ask for bed to be remade into 2 singles which is what we had booked. The photo's on their website are very misleading and the standard of contents (dishes, untensils etc ) was very poor and it was almost impossible to use them. The room itself was just adequate but we spent most of the days/ evenings out and about and only used the rooms for sleeping in. While I have stayed in accommadation that was poorer than this […] this one was right down there and I will definitely neither stay there again or recommend it to anyone Lees meer

This is a backpacker hostel not a hotel. No service was provided between checkin (don't expect to do this after 5pm) and checkout(10am). The room furnishings were clean but sparse and the cutlery/plates/cups were all grotty on arrival

I was so amazed by City Travellers as it definitely exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I stayed in a private studio and it was very clean and comfortable, much better than what one would expect in a hotel for half the price. The kitchenette has everything one needs to cook a decent meal.Countdown supermart is just down the road. Cutlery […] and plates are provided. Staying there feels like home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome as it is walking distance to Queen st. It's a great accomodation at an unbelievably low price. I would highly recommend this place for anyone planning to stay in Auckland. Lees meer

Very moldy hotel. Dirty shared kitchen. Glad we got an en suite room, but it was musty and the shower door couldn't close. Wifi never worked the entire time we were there. Staff obviously gets free rent and is very unmotivated. Waited 30 minutes at the front door (buzzing) before someone came to help us. Stay away.

Convenient for city. Lots of noise from traffic. So if you are a light sleeper like me, you will not sleep much. Difficult parking unless willing to pay for public parking. We had double with ensuite. Room was just about OK. Double bed was comfortable. En suite was tiny, not even enough room for full size sink. The room did have some cooking facilities […] which we used. Everything was very basic and not up to scratch. The curtains did not cover the windows and were so thin that you could say there were no curtains. Would not recommend. I think there is better around. Keith Lees meer

This hotel was great. The room was exactly like the photo. the rooms were clean and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed in order to cook. The room was huge. We spent 4 nights there and would have stayed more but we left auckland. I would recommend this to anyone staying here. I have stayed at cheap hostels and 5 star resorts. La chambre est en très mauvais état : fenêtre ne ferme pas, fuite au wc. Le signaler ne sert à rien, aucune rèaction. Bien placé, voilà l'atout de cet établissement .

Hotel bien placé, bon aspect des communs, mais la chambre, la cuisine ainsi que la salle de bains auraient vraiment besoin de rénovations et d'un peu plus de fraicheur au niveau déco. Bon accueil à conseiller pour sa proximité du centre, mais à prévenir pour l'esthétique des chambres ou malheureusement il ne faudrait pas faire grand chose pour arriver […] à l'acceptable. すぐ隣にはコンビニ。5分歩けば大きなスーパーもあり、クイーンズストリートまで徒歩10分と非常に立地がよかったです。私のルームメイトがベトナム人で半年滞在していたこともあり、部屋は彼女の占拠率が高かったのですが、共有スペースは国際色豊かな感じで、いろいろな人たちと友達になれて楽しかったです。今回は勉強が目的だったのと、勉強するスペースがなかったので、途中で、移ることにしましたが、観光だったら、とてもいいと思います。

creo que puede ser una buena opcion para hospedarse en auckland en precio y servicio es coherente.

他のバッパーより断然綺麗。 ９年間働いているクリーナーの方はCITY　TRAVELLERSに本当に愛着を持って、一生懸命にお掃除していました。 その反面、その方のいない時の掃除は汚い部分があり担当者が違うことがすぐに分かりました。
