Bali Garden Beach Resort in Bali

Very near to kuta beach (go to the hotel's private beach and turn right. 5 min walk in the woods). Hotel is comfortable and has a little garden. Full of trees/bushes. Good view. Staff are nice. Worth the price. Recommend!

As the title says, its a great value and a great location right near the nightlife of Legian/Kuta. Although I had a bad experience with the airport pickup (there was some confusion as to where/when I was supposed to be picked up), otherwise I had a great time. This hotel has very good location, close to everywhere. Go to its private beach then turn right and walk 5 min you can reach kuta public beach! It is located just on the kuta central street, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and convenient stores. The big shopping mall is on the right side of the hotel. The hotel has a little infinite pool beside the […] beach and a nice adult/children pool. It also has a spa pool. The rooms are surrounded with trees/bamboos and a nice pond. The room was noisy at night time as it faced the street. After 12.00pm it was ok and comfortable. TV worked well. If you want a kettle, iron, hairdryer etc you have to calll them and ask for it. Hot water was fine, toilet was dirty, floors of the room were sticky. Toiletries are very basic. Gardens of the hotel are nice and nice pool area and backs […] on to the beach where you can go for walks. Restaurant is nice. breakfast is good enough, nice omlettes. Not up to 4star hotel standards, definitely not worth the price I paid. Next time, I would rather pay a bit more for a better stay at nearby hotels. Breakfast was a small spread, minus the eggs and pancake station that was nice (except when it got too crowded and the 2 ladies manning the station couldn't cope - could taste the difference!) The pool […] was small (much smaller than what it looks like in the pictures) and looked uninviting. Rooms were old looking but still acceptable, the gardens were excellent breeding grounds for the many mosquitoes I encountered. So, can't stay out in the balcony for too long. Not much view to speak of anyway. I stayed at their garden facing deluxe room, 2nd floor. Upon check in, at about 2pm I was told that the room wasn't ready until 3pm. That was fine, until I was also told that check out was at 10am(!!) - when I requested for late check out. So was given a 'late' check out at 12pm. Ridiculous. The only saving grace was their departure lounge which gave us a place to shower before our evening flight at 7pm. Location was ok, a walk from the hustle and bustle of commercialised Kuta. Also, situated just next to Discovery shopping centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating. But management should have a re-look at their policies and maintenance if they want returning guests. Very nice pool area directly on the beach. Centrally located in south Kuta. Some noise from the street, try to get room from garden side.

This resort has beautiful, peaceful gardens,swimming pool and easy access to the beach. I was only here overnight but would of been happy to stay longer.

Lovely grounds and a great breakfast buffet! The location couldn't be better, ten minutes from the airport and lots to do within walking distance, though you'd never know it from your room. Right on the beach. Great value for the price.

Had a lovely stay, right on the beach, 3 pools one for adults only, alot of families staying here, the main pool is generally full of children which became a bit irritating when you wanted to relax and swim, but not the hotels fault, breakfast was lovely, service second to none, very enjoyable stay- hotel is balinese style rather than western style […] which i prefer. Location was great, but can't say the same about the rooms. They were old, shower was not consistent (hot one minute, cold the other). Breakfast was too simple a spread. For the price we pay, i expect more!

If we'd booked into a bad hotel, the holiday would have been a disaster given we were far from taken by what we saw of Bali. We were pretty taken aback by all the rubbish, how crappy the beaches were, the gridlocked traffic, the number of construction sites, the number of people trying to sell you stuff in the street and the size of the rats. Plus, […] on our first day there (late May), it was humid and bucketed down like Darwin in the middle of the build-up. Fortunately our last-minute choice on hotels.com turned out to be an oasis from the chaos and state of decay outside. The grounds featured a couple of lovely ponds stocked with huge goldfish and covered in water lilies. The main pool and swim-up pool bar were great. The restaurant had a big menu that was resonably priced. The beer was usually pretty cold (far colder than you'd get a stubbie at most bars in Australia). The hotel guests were a real mix of ages. The room was clean and had all you could need (including a TV with plenty of English-language channels). The buffet breakfast was great. There's lounges right on the beach (a nice spot at night when you can't see the dirty beach properly). The hotel's virtually next to the big Discovery Shopping Mall and is literally next to a great bar (again, nice at night) that looks out on to the water. There's several little supermarkets nearby and a series of ATMs directly across the street. The hotel's also close to the airport. The staff, for the most part, were all extremely friendly. There were few negatives. It was pretty loud when someone in a nearby room shut their door but luckily there wasn't much of that happening late at night. And the times for cleaning rooms were all over the shop (the earliest in our week's stay being 9am, the latest 4pm). All in all, it proved a great spot the week we were there. Lees meer

Bali Garden has the best location right on the beach and next door to the Discovery Shopping Mall. Great restaurants right outside the front of hotel. Ifiori, italian restaurant opposite hotel on right was fantastic.

Hotel en pleine rénovation. Les chambres sont refaites et très confortables. Mobilier neuf autour des piscines : transat, fauteuils. Prix très raisonnables du restaurant en bord de mer. Très bien situé à Kuta. A 10 mn de l' aéroport (sans aucune nuisance)
