My family and I stayed here two nights. The room was fine and the service at the front desk was great. The only problem we had was the whirlpool was not working when we were there. Also, when we reserved the room online, we paid for breakfast but there was some confusion once we got there whether it was actually paid for all of us. This is a great location for business or shopping. Many restaurants are nearby - so there are lots of choices. Easy access to tollway.

Pool was so nasty, the walls were nasty and I am not sure it was properly taken care of. The rooms were fine and it seemed to be taken care of ok, but it was just average.

Excellent hotel. The staff was very attentive and the room was very comfortable.

One of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed in. My children loved it and that's a big plus.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. Checkout was at noon, so we could sleep late if we wanted to. Enjoyed this stay and will stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bathrooms are very small. I can't imagine having more than 1-2people in a room. Service was great. Fast and easy check in/ check out.

This was a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The reason I gave condition a 3 was because the hot tub was not working during our stay and that was a disappointment. The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The bathroom was very clean and decorated nicely. Would visit again.

We really needed a washing machine and dryer. This was the only hotel on our trip that didn't have that one amenity. Really missed it. Bar was great!

The whirlpool was broken. Charged for Contenintal breakfast. Better deals in the same area.

I travel to okc once amonth. Have stayedin quite a few placesin NWOKC. Only wish breakfast was included. Little guy at the front desk was VERY HELPFUL!

I was recently in Oklahoma City for business from the DC area. Being this was my first time in Oklahoma City, I needed recommendations for activities and directions. I was very impressed by the friendliness and the quality of service the employees provided. The hotel is comfortably modern and the rooms are very clean and well designed. I had absolutely […] no problems with the hotel. My only recommendation is to be sure to have spare change if you're taking the toll road to the hotel, haha. I will be relocating to OKC in the near future and I will be sure to recommend this particular hotel to any clients who need accomodations while staying in OKC. Lees meer

Great place to stay. My only complaint would be I mainly stayed there for the use of the hot tub in the pool area but was not working at the time of my stay. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Very new. We had reserved for a king bed and were placed in a double queen room, otherwise all was good.

We stayed here while my dad was having surgery at Mercy Heart Hospital. It was so wonderful to have a comfortable bed, attentive staff, and relaxing environment to come to after spending the day at the hospital. Definitely will stay here again

Every thing was good except the indoor pool and hot tub were not warm/hot.

The entire place was very clean and very modern. I loved my stay there. The bathroom had a walk-in glass shower and was bright white so you knew it was clean. Fast, free internet. I enjoyed the hotel restaurant/bar. It is in walking distance to a handful of restaurants and bars as well as a mall just down the road. I look forward to staying there again. […] Not if, but when! The hotel was clean and new and the folks there were so friendly and ready to help with any issue. The bar/breakfast area was comfortable and easily accessible. We did not eat there, but did have an evening drink; what fun! We will continue to stay there on our trips to north of Oklahoma City.

This was a clean, well run, hospitable hotel. My husband and I stayed on the ground floor and walked past the kitchen. Being germaphobes, we stopped and peeked through the windows in the doors. Dude, you could eat off those floors!! Plus it was close to a very nice shopping area with great restaurants. WILL stay here again!!

Hotel was nice and clean. Free breakfast was surprisingly good compared to free breakfasts at other hotels we've experienced. The big downfall was the fact that we had specifically asked for a room with handicap access when we booked online due to my boyfriend being on a wheelchair. When we arrived at the hotel to register, I asked the young man at […] the front desk if the room was a handicap room and he confirmed that it was. The room was a basic room, the wheelchair did not fit into the bathroom, and it was difficult maneuvering around the room. The only handicap tool was a bar in the shower but everything was very cramped and we struggled to maneuver my boyfriend into the bathroom and shower. I was very disappointed and made the decision that I would never stay at that hotel again. When I complained at checkout, the female attendant told me that they in fact did have a handicap room and I should have called to complain about the room when we got in. She confirmed that the request was on the computer. The reason I specifically selected this hotel, even though it was out of the way from where we wanted to be, was due to the fact that they claimed to have handicap access. I think I did my due diligence in asking at check-in and that they have someone that either doesn't care about their customers or does not know enough about the hotel to assist appropriately. We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants to choose from that were close. The front office staff were very friendly, but I did not see anyone at their breakfast area in the morning.

Very nice, quiet comfortable beds and linens. The staff was polite and friendly.

had just a short stay with them but they made it inviting and comfortable

Great hotel... New and clean. Breakfast was terrible... I wouldn't waste the money when breakfast restaurants are near. Bathroom isn't big enough for 2 people staying in room and shower did not get hot... More like luke warm. Overall it's great. Good location!
