Dit hotel ligt vlak bij de luchthaven en dus ideaal wanneer je vlucht de volgende ochtend vroeg vertrekt. De kamers zijn comfortabel en proper, de mensen van de receptie zeer behulpzaam. Er is een shuttle van en naar de luchthaven en van daaruit kan je de light rail naar het centrum nemen. Je bent dan wel bijna een uur onderweg...

Het hotel zag er mooi uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Eigenlijk zijn wij niet anders gewend van dit hotelketen. De badkamer met wastafel in één kamer (hadden wij niet in de vorige hotels) beviel goed. Wij hadden een kamer voor niet-rokers, maar er hing een vage rokerslucht in de kamer. Met het schaamrood op de kaken probeerde de receptie dit te herstellen. Opgelost middels citroen verfrisser: wellicht toch ontstaan door de kleding van een zware roker vóór ons. De bedden waren perfect en wifi en de beschikbare parkeerruimte waren goed. We hebben door een technische storing een dag zonder wifi gezeten: erg vervelend maar éénmalig. Het raam kon open voor frisse lucht en geluiden uit de natuur: prettig. Het ontbijt was basic (continental breakfast), maar goed genoeg om de dag te beginnen. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Wij zijn hier 6 nachten gebleven. Al met al was het een plezierig verblijf in een rustige omgeving: ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Het hotel zag er netjes uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. De kamer en de badkamer waren klein, maar OK. De overige zaken, zoals wifi en parkeerruimte waren goed. De airco was echter luidruchtig en met het raam open was er veel overlast van het verkeer. Het ontbijt was basic, maar goed verzorgd met dagelijks vers fruit. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de Alderwood mall. Wij zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven. Ondanks de kleine kamer en kleine minpunten zou ik hier zeker terugkomen.

Exactly what you'd expect of the hotel. Basic, but clean. Free basic breakfast and a shuttle to the airport every half hour. If you want to watch TV, there are enough channels. In a nuttshell: a good place to stay a few days or just overnight if you have a flight the next day.

"Completely Exceeded Expectations!"
We usually stay in the heart of downtown Seattle but since we were attending an event at Key Arena we chose a hotel within walking distance. We were expecting a hotel experience far below downtown properties like the Grand Hyatt, W, Westin, etc. but that was not the case. Certainly the hotel does not have all the 4-5 star amenities of larger properties, […] but we were extremely impressed with the excellent welcome by front desk staff, knowledge of our reservation, convenience of the small lobby cocktail/espresso bar, and quality and comfort of the room itself. The rooms are large and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The only complaint, and it's minor, is that the curtains do not sufficiently block out early morning light. If you're looking for a mid price point and a wonderful stay in this neighborhood, this is the place. We may stay again even if it means a short cab ride to our favorite downtown restaurants and shopping! Lees meer
"VERY CLOSE TO SPACE NEEDLE-AWESOME HOTEL"
My first time in Seattle and I hit Jack Pot!! I'm all about a bargain and CLEAN place to stay. I will definitely stay here again! Our room was clean and spacious. What I really like was the 24hr shuttle van! Over all this trip was Fun! The employees at this Hotel were Amazing! Polite and Helpful! Thank You!!

This hotel is fantastic if you want to be downtown and walk to the space needle and pikes place market and other fun things. If you are not looking for such thing I would suggest a different hotel because this one is pricey (I'm a college student). Overall, I was very happy with my choice to stay at the Hyatt Place. We were in Seattle for Sakuracon 2012 at the Washington Convention center. The free shuttle ran us back and forth to the convention center several times a day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the standard pull-out sofa made it perfect for my husband and I and the 3 kids […] we were traveling with. 24 hour food service available at the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that when I was researching the hotel in the morning, the rates were different (lower) than when I purchased the room that evening (by $30 a night) and then went back down again the next morning. We could not be more please with our stay at Hyatt Place in Seattle. Having a family of 6, it was difficult to even find a place that would accommodate a large family, but we are so glad we were directed to Hyatt Place. our room was not at all dusted, the small soap was not replenish ,there is only one sink in the room .the breakfast was very good there was a lot of choice for both young and older crowds.the pool could have been a little warmer

It was a one night get away but we did have a great time. It was worth the money if you are looking for a good hotel in downtown that already provides breakfast, with a pool for kids to swim, and parking fee that is not sky high.

"Great Stay"
We stayed at the Hyatt Place for 3 nights. Great shuttle service within one mile of the motel. Nice breakfast in the morning and our car was in a secured garage. We will stay there again for sure.

This hotel is on the outer edge of downtown, only a five minute walk to the Space needle. It was very clean and new, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable!
"Watch came up missing"
We had the the maid knock on the door to clean our room as we were getting ready leave for lunch.We told her no thank you we did not want service.We left and when we came back my husbands watch was missing and our room was cleaned .Cleaned out anyways ..He didn't want to blame anyone so he thought maybe he left it at the pool but no..I clearly remember […] it being on the couch in the room!!! we were violated ..He went to the desk to see if anyone had found it but what a joke..it was stolen....Never will stay here again.We were scared to leave our stuff after that and checked out the next morning Lees meer

We were very pleased with the quality of the free breakfast ,the rooms and the reasonably priced parking at this hotel.Our kids loved the swimming pool and the staff were very polite and helpful.I am recommending this hotel to my sister for her stay in Seattle. For a 3 star hotel of this size they have done great :)

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff. They have an indoor pool and gym, which we took advantage off. They offered a free continental breakfast with our stay. The rooms were modern well decorated. Comfortable bed with equally comfortable pillows. The view wasn't the greatest, we faced an apartment complex. I stayed here last month while playing with my family and was very happy with the location, cleanliness, and service of the hotel. I frequently visit Seattle and liked that I could walk to lots of fun things downtown and plenty of sites were within minutes driving distance. For the money you just cant beat the location or the value of price paid. Continental breakfast was okay and for the Pacific Northwest to have coffee that weak (and no cream ) is a sin! Great hotel, great staff. The night manager Ken went out of his way to make sure I got the room I was looking for. I have stayed here several times and will again in the future. Although I had a short stay in Seattle I was very pleased with the hotel. The hotel has a free continental breakfast which was ok. It was clean, the staff was awesome, and the shuttle service provided by the hotel was great to have. It was never more than a 15 minute wait at any given time. They took the information, made the calls for us around town, and contacted us upon finding it. Also, the last day of our trip we decided to rent a car and they also called to find the best rate for us and took us to the rental place. Fantastic staff they were very helpful! Courtesy shuttle saved us a fortune in cab fares. Location is great if visting the space needle and EMP you can walk there in minutes. Shopping downtown was great too, very close to monorail. Will def be re-booking here on our next trip!

"Excellent hotel"
Hyatt Place has been our go to hotel for sometime and this location was no different. From the comfortable beds, the warm cookies in the afternoon, and the baked pretzels in the evening. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle service within a 1 mile radius of the hotel that saved a lot of cab fare.

A hard to beat location just a few blocks from the Seattle center combined with large, comfortable rooms make for a worthwhile stay. The staff is courteous and helpful, no qualms there. The hotel room was very nice and the hotel staff was very accommodating! They provided free shuttle service within the downtown area, along with shopping and tourist attraction suggestions. I would stay here again if going to Seattle.
