I was very pleased with my stay at Knights Inn & Suites. The only small gliche was that the water in the shower kept going from one extreme to the other, e.g. 'hot' to 'cold' to 'hot' again throughout my shower. It was a pleasant trip and good size rooms in a good location close to where we were wanting to visit. The price was also good compared to other places we checked. The continental breakfast was ok with limited options but still was nice to have so we didn't have to leave the hotel. Would recommend this place with a four out of five rating.

The layout of this hotel is very unique. Amenities are limited (no elevator, older TVs, limited staff, etc) and the breakfast is very small. I booked this motel for the price ( midrange) not expecting a lot but was pleasantly surprised by the nice appearance once I walked through the door. My first indication of how my stay was goinhg to be was the lack of cars in the parking lot. Although there was a large event happening at Harding University and most hotels were full this one had few people staying. The desk clerk took 20 minutes to find my reservation even though I gave him my ID and confirmation print out. An interesting thing was […] that his name badge said he was the manager. When I finally made it to my room it was TINY. There was nowhere to put my suitcase to get my clothes out. There was nowhere to hang my hanging clothes. The bathroom was so small that I had trouble squeezing into the shower around the toilet. I will say however, that the room as well as the hotel was clean. The bed was fairly comfortable too. Older hotel. Ok for a one night last minute stay, but wouldn't stay there again. Seemed to cater more to truckers than families. Room was clean, but old. Bathroom was really small.

The was way too small. You could not back out the desk chair, you would hit the bed and have to squeeze in and out of the desk and chair. Also to accessable AC outlet for PC. Shower was very good.

The room was very spacieous . Bathroom very clean and the atmosphere was quiet . The only things I was dissatisfied with was the dust on the head boards and they need to clean in between the wall and the mattresses . The desk clerks were very friendly both times I stayed there!

During my 2 night stay. the TV did not work and i reported it to the lady on duty 4 seperate times.

When we arrived at the Knights Inn the first thing I noticed was the run down look of the establishment. I should have known that it would be downhill from there. The hotel had a sour stale cigarette smell throughout. Our room obviously had not been cleaned. The toilet water was brown and there was brown stain marks all over the toilet (lid and seat). […] There was hair on the pillowcases so obviously they were not changed. When we called the front desk for a maid to come up we were informed that they did not have one on duty. They also informed us that they did not have a room we could move too. The front desk girl came up and cleaned the toilet for us but that was the extent of their hospitality. I called down Saturday and Sunday Mornings to get an extra towel and an iron and board but no one ever answered our phone calls. I was horrified to have to stay in this hotel. It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. The closest hotel with a vacancy was an hour away due to an event going on at my son’s college. I would like to say that I will never ever stay at this hotel again but if there is another event and all other options are taken then I sure am going to make sure I take my own cleaning supplies, bedding and towels.
