The staff went out of their way to help us and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Many of the rooms have no internet connection, neither wireless or wired. This was a huge pain as I needed to work. Some rooms have a wired connection though, if it is important, call to make sure yours has internet.

An older motel, but friendly staff, more than adequate breakfast provided, fab pool. Loved that I could sleep with a window open for the fresh air. Wish the pool was open longer - would have been nice to relax in the hottub later in the evenings. I also enjoy an early morning swim, but the pool didn't open until 10 am...way too late

This hotel had great friendly staff, a nice pool / hot tub area and a decent continental breakfast. Nice hotel for a short stay but would recommend for longer periods of time.

This is one of the very best motels I have stayed at. The staff were absolutly excellent, friendly and very helpful. The motel itself was very clean and my room was just great.

This is a hotel with a motel quality. Some rooms are not connected to pool area via an indoor route. One should not compare this hotel to the holiday inn express. The rooms are quite small but that should not matter as this is only where one plans to sleep. Two people to a room would have lots of space but four to a room would be crowded. Hot tub and […] sauna were great as well as the pool. The continental breakfast, which is included in the price, is not spectacular but sufficient(bagels, toast, cereal,coffee, tea, juice, oranges and apples). This could be improved with a pancake or waffle maker, yogurt and a third fruit choice. Also milk or hot chocolate for the children. Overall a great place for the price. Lees meer

Great value and the ajoining estaurant is a winner for dinner.

Stayed at this hotel, my room had lots of heat....so much that I had the window open wide all night and the heat just got below 30C. when the front desk was contacted they told me to 'jiggle' the thermostat. The staff was wonderful, the pool and spa seemed very clean and the room was clean. The location is excellent and very easy to travel around from there. The continental breakfast was just ok, but enough to get a start going on the day.

Our stay at the hotel in Medicine Hat was reasonably good. There was a lot of construction going on, which wasn't too bad with the exception of the vaccuum truck. It was extremely noisy. Luckily , had some place to go on the Monday, so excaped a lot of it. Overall, it was a good stay. the outside of the building does not look like much, however inside the rooms are very clean and smells clean, the dpool area was also clean & the steam sauna was also clean, the continental breakfast was not the best but satifying. would stay there again.

We were cautiously optimistic because the price was so reasonable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room was great and the staff there looked up allergy information for me. Overall we were quite pleased and would stay again.

Happy with the price. Everything was very comfortable. A bonus was inside and outside entrances to the room. Enjoyed the adults hot tub open till 2 am.

room smelled musty we reserved for 5 people would not upgrade us to a family room would not give us a cot my son slept on the floor carpets were filthy not even close to a 41/2 star rating

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, good restaurants in the area.

I was very satisfied with the friendlyness of the staff. The only complaint I would have is the quality of the breakfast, it was only cold eggs, cereal or toast.

It is an older hotel, but the service all around was great. Great staff! The workout room isn't the best; lower end quality and no proper cooling ventilation. Still very usable. Kids had a blast in the pool and the breakfast was good and well stocked. Close to ammenities (walking distance).

The desk clerk and security guard were very nice and helpful but unfortunately the pool was taken over by a baseball team so there was very little to enjoy there, also the air conditioning in our room could not keep it cool so we had to open the window which did not make me feel very secure because of the outside stairs. It was a good hotel. My room was a bit confusing to find, but a clean and liveable room. Breakfast was good the next morning. Didn't use the hot tub because there were too many other people, but it was clean and well serviced.

2nd stay at this hotel. 1st one was good. This one was less than adequate. Although the room was clean, the beds were hard, numerous lights were out, and the A/C unit didnt work. Good side, staff was friendly and curtious, the breakfrest bar was good. Pool and sauna were good. Maybe it was just this particular room?
