The Setai Fifth Avenue, A Capella Managed Hotel ligt in Midtown East - Grand Central in New York, dicht bij Bibliotheek en museum Morgan, Empire State Building en Station Grand Central Terminal. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Chrysler Building en Times Square.

The Setai Fifth Avenue, A Capella Managed Hotel jheeft een volledig uitgeruste spa, een healthclub en een stoomcabine. In openbare ruimtes wordt een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) aangeboden. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze accommodatie met 5 sterren zijn onder andere een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, een vergader-/conferentieruimte en een limousine- of autoservice. Dit hotel in luxe stijl biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant, een koffietentje/café en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, hulp bij excursies/tickets en evenementencatering regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een spa, een fitnessvoorziening die altijd open is en een sauna. Parkeerruimte is tegen betaling beschikbaar, maar beperkt. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie. De algehele renovatie van deze accommodatie is in november 2010 voltooid.

The Setai Fifth Avenue, A Capella Managed Hotel heeft 214 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van iPod-dockingstations en een minibar. Elke 42-inch lcd-televisie wordt geleverd met premiumkanalen via satelliet. Elke accommodatie beschikt over een bureau, ergonomische stoelen en een luidsprekertelefoon met voicemail. Een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) is beschikbaar. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met designer beddengoed, driedubbele lakens en een donzen dekbed. Elke badkamer heeft een extra diep bad, een dubbele wastafel, een tv en kamerjassen.Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een kluisje op de kamer en een gratis krant. Daarnaast wordt 's avonds een turndownservice geboden en is een huishoudservice dagelijks beschikbaar. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen als massagebehandelingen op de kamer beschikbaar. In The Setai Fifth Avenue, A Capella Managed Hotel mag niet op de kamers worden gerookt.

Vlakbij Times Square, beter kan niet. Ideaal hotel ook met kinderen. Kamers zijn prima, geen geluidsoverlast van straatverkeer. Behulpzaam personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Dit hotel is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dichtbij de PATH trein naar NYC. Ontbijt en kamer waren prima!

Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan.

The fresh pastas in particular have been earning rave reviews. For dessert, try the decadent Baba Au Rhum. Ai Fioiri is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations are advised.
Bar on Fifth - Order tapas and a retro-cool Moscow Mule, created with the bar’s house-made ginger beer. The intimate setting includes comfy couches and a central fireplace.
In-room dining is available 24 hours a day.
Across from Auriga Spa, the 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness facility features Technogym equipment. You can take part in a group class or schedule a private session with a personal trainer. Cool down with some post-workout juice or water from the gym’s stocked refrigerator.

"Very elegant and sofisticated hotel"
This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at and I've been to a lot in and out of the country always staying at the best hotels. Staff always greeted us and so helpful. Complimentary Maserati shuttle service was awesome. The room was big and spacious and complimentary drinks. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in new York city.

This hotel beats all hotels that I have ever stayed at. It is a true five star and beyond. Being that it is five star and pricey, you get the rob, slippers, over the top bathroom (extra large soaking tub and shower, phone, TV in mirror, marble everywhere), turn down service, and all of the five star amenities - restaurant, spa, gym, etc. But, what makes […] it top of the line is that all of the fully stocked mini-bar items in the room are comp; the maserati made available to you for transport anywhere in the city is comp; an afternoon treat left after room pick up and the evening snack left after turn down are comp; the personal assistant assigned to you is comp; the extremely responsive staff on all fronts is comp. i love this hotel. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is very fully equipped. (we had a studio room for two adults & 2 teenager). The location is also good and close to starbucks & some coffee shop. Walking distance like 3 min to the Empire building & 34th Street for shopping. "Being Treated like royalty"
Abosolutely satisfied with this place. Worth every penny of my stay and more. Staff was so friendly and the most willing to help. Very warm, and personable. The room was fabolous, I had a great view, and the cleaning ladies were so thorough, they even organized my change that I had laying around on the counter!!! Definately going back next year.

Large room with minimalist design, lots of wood, a little sterile but some flowers fixed that up. Great bar and Al Fiori restaurant downstairs.

"Perfect stay at NYC"
Great location and fantastic hotel from check in over personal assistant over 24 hours gym until check out it is just perfect. highly recommend this hotel to stay for business as pleassure. We are coming back for sure.

Although our room was much smaller than I'd been led to believe from the online description, and its design was awkward (we had to leap over a very wide lip to get into the bath and take a shower!), the overall experience was very good. The hotel is elegant and the staff are outstanding. I highly recommend their restaurant, Ai Fiori. Ask for the squid […] ink pasta--quite possibly one of the best dishes I've eaten. The lounge is also a great place to entertain guests. They have jazz at night. The Setai is situated on 5th near 37th, so it's not quite as central as we normally like, but it's stilll a good location. The management at the Setai really seems to know what it's doing and is determined to make customers feel welcome. We'll certainly stay again if we can get a more comfortable room. We had such a wonderful time at the Setai. Everything was top notch, including the staff, food, drinks, hotel, and cleaning staff! Everytime we left our room, when we returned, there was a little chocolate surprise awaiting us (chocolates, cookies with a cup of melted chocolate, Saratoga water bottles, cushion slippers!) the list goes on! and everything […] was free! Aivan loistava hotelli! Mikäli haluaa asua hotellissa, jossa palvelu pelaa kellon ympäri ja asiakasta huomioidaan joka päivä niin tämä on oikea hotelli siihen. Pienillä asioilla ja yksityiskohdilla jää helposti mieleen: joka päivä huoneeseen tuotiin pieni suolainen/makea purtava, minibaarin kaikki virvoitusjuomat kuuluivat hintaan (täydennettiin joka […] päivä) sekä ennen kaikkea hotellila ei ole mitään uloskirjaantumisaikaa vaan se hoituu kun haluat lähteä. Sijainti on lähellä kaikkea, matkaa Times Squarelle n. 10 min kävely, Empire State Building melkein vieressä ja 5th Avenue kaupat hotellilta ylöspäin. Hotellihenkilökunta ystävällistä ja ravintola on hyvä. Vielä jos osuu kampanjahinnoittelun aikaan niin hintataso on samaa kuin Times Squaren paremmat 4 tähden hotellit, taso reippaasti yli. 立地も部屋も最高ですが、何よりサービスが素晴らしかったです。パーソナルアシスタントという方がいて、レストランの予約から、行きたい場所、見たいもの全部丁寧に調べてくれました。NYでほかに２つ違うホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番です。このホテルを泊まった後に、違うホテルに行ったら、親切度が違いすぎて泣きそうになったくらいです。なので、ホテルを変える場合は一番最後にここを選ぶことをおススメします。

if you are looking for a real five star hotel with great location and service then check out the Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental most of the rooms at the Setai do not have a view, we had to upgrade ourselves to the best room they have for a partially good view. they do try hard to please the customer but are not exactly five star efficient service very […] average hotel, nothing spectacular Lees meer
