Goed hotel, niets bijzonders. Gratis ontbijt goed. De ontbijtruimte te klein voor de grote van het hotel. Gratis parkeren. Ligging verder van het centrum aan doorgaande weg. Waar je geen last van hebt. Dicht bij de afslag naar de highway.

Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

Was like new condition, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Rooms are small but more than adequate, beds comfortable, microwave and refrigerator included. Only complaint was that third floor (were soda machines were located) appeared to be smoking. Smoke odor noticed on elevator for one trip. "Perfect room for just a place to sleep"
The rooms are small but perfect if you just need a place to stay for the night. My wife and I had a whole night planned and didn't plan on staying in the room much while we were there. So it fit our needs perfectly. The room is small but extremely comfortable and clean. Great for a couple (3 people at the most) for a good night sleep.

This motel is well maintained and has a lot of nice extra features that you might not expect in a lower price range. Very quiet, solid construction. Upgraded linens and very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. For the price, 5 stars from me!

"A great value"
Stayed at the Macon Microtel for the 4th time in the past two years. It still looks and smells new and the staff is as friendly as ever. PLUS..........they got rid of the ratty flags that were flying in front, the only negative aspect of the entire place. A great value.

We stayed one night in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. We needed a crib, and a pack-n-play with a sheet and blanket was immediately brought to our room. There was a nice window seat to add a bit of variety and seating to the room, it was clean, and the breakfast was decent. Third time for this hotel in the past year or so. The place still looks and smells new, the staff outstanding. My ONLY suggestion: replace the tattered US flag flying outside the hotel. Otherwise, no complaints at all and very reasonably priced.

I stayed here for one night in a queen suite and everything was very nice, clean and new. It's a little tough to find - so just look for the Publix, Chick-Fil-A, or Mellow Mushroom nearby and you're practically there. Would stay here again!

I don't generally give reviews, but in this case I feel compelled. I booked a three night stay at Microtel specifically to save money compared to how much I usually spend for a hotel in Macon, so I did not expect much in terms of amenities, style or decor. I expected a small room but clean, conveniently located, and cheap. They met my expectations in […] those ways. However, upon my arrival I discovered the hotel had previously suffered a large water pipe break, apparently between the 2nd floor and the lobby. The entire ground floor was covered with air blowing machines for all three days I was there. Even that would have been tolerable, because sometimes things just happen, though a phone call in advance of my arrival to alert me would have been appropriate. But like I said, I could tolerate that if it were the only issue. After receiving my room key proceeding to my room, I entered my room with the key provided to be completely surprised and caught off guard by two guests who already checked in to the same room. They were terrified by my unexpected intrusion into their room. I returned to the front desk and the poor receptionist was baffled by the incident. Long story short, another employee had checked the other couple into the room earlier but failed to record it in the hotel computer, allowing for the evening receptionist to check me into the same room. Although the night receptionist was polite and apologized, I remained astounded. They checked me into another room, fortunately vacant that time, but the new room had broken door hardware and the hotel manager had to replace the security lock. How ridiculous. Lees meer

Prior to arriving a water line had burst and flooded a good bit of the first floor.Numerous fans were in the hallways and even at the front entrance.I was not happy that no signage was posted about the problem,a very big trip hazard.The room was ok,and we found that the bathroom sink/counter was cracked and seemed that it was poor workmanship.It looked […] like it was going to fall apart.The continental breakfast was not very desirable due to the fact of all the fans,you couldnt hear yourself think.I think next time I"ll pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. Booked here because of all the great reviews. Was not disappointed. Very satisfied with everything. Breakfast menu could be expanded to include a few more items like waffles and hot chocolate. Loved the quiet location and proximity to I-75. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Great stay and great price. Can be hard to locate when you first arrive but well worth it. Stay was wonderful, breakfast was better than more expensive places I have stayed. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, free Wi-Fi. I will be staying here everytime I go home for a visit.

I stayed here two nights. The room was a little small for an extended stay but for 2 or 3 nights, it was great! The staff was extremely friendly. This is a new hotel in a developing area. It is located right off the interstate. If you want to stay in the heart of the action, you may want to look elsewhere. If not, I highly recommend this hotel. I tend […] to be very critical but the only true issue I found was the elevator is a little slow. In the grand scheme of things, that's very minor - especially since the hotel only has ree floors. I took the stairs a couple of times (not because of the elevators - that was my attempt at being healthy) but I was very impressed with the stairwell. Stairwells tend to be afterthoughts and not maintained as well as the main areas. That was not the case here. The stairwell was just as nice as the remainder of the hotel. For a small simple hotel, this is one of the nicest places you will ever stay ! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with granite in the bathroom. There was even a microwave and small refrigerator. The bedding was nice, the lighting was great. There was shopping near by and the surrounding area is not congested.

We stayed at the Microtel Inn (Macon) while traveling from PA to FL. It is a newer facility and was easy to get to from I-75 and was convenient to a great little eatery: The Mellow Mushroom (pizza place). We even got a discount at the "Mushroom" from the hotel staff! We would recommend this hotel as a great stop-over when traveling along I-75!
