"Not a 3 Star..."
We gave the cleanliness of room question a 1 out of 5. This was mainly due to the smell of cigarettes in the room. Upon entering the room, there was the odor of a perfume smell - then, once the perfume dissipated the cigarette smoke was there. :( While we could get the wireless internet to connect, the signal strength was so poor it wouldn't hold the […] connection. :( The bed was very hard and not of a 3 Star quality. The soap used for showering were unlike anything we had ever experienced. The were 1/2 the size of normal hotels and paper thin. :( No coffee maker in the room :( Too many things wrong with this hotel with a 3-star rating. :( We won't recommend or stay at again. Lees meer
cigarettes left in a NON smoking room from previous customers. place was kind of dirty. staff was nice, but the maid made it know she was racist against Mexicans.
"Recommend with reservations. . ."
Good value; staff very accommodating; a little rundown. Wasn't crazy about the note in the bathroom that they counted the linens and would charge you for anything missing. . . just a little insulting. Popcorn in the lobby was great!!
"Motel in downtown Cle Elum"
Just what you might expect in downtown Cle Elum. and be willing to pay for when you only need only a late arrival, good night sleep and early get away. Specificlly it is comfortable, clean, basic, with friendly staff, who are awake 24/7, and is reasonably priced
"Trains and free wireless?"
this is an "okay" hotel, really should be a $55.00 to $60.00 fee, not what we paid. Continental breakfast, not a breakfast bar-juice,bagels and coffee. The train tracks run right behind the hotel and run during the night. There was suppose to be free wireless but the signal was to week to conect unless you went to the lobby. You had to make sure the […] door was closed tightly as the latch was not lined up correctly. Room was clean and the bed was decent. I would stay here again at a lower price if I was just looking for a place to flop. There are much nicer hotels in the area. Lees meer
