Hotel Camelot Japan in Yokohama

I just needed a place to stay overnight and this hotel was fine for that. The hotel is accessible via underground shopping tunnel connected to Yokohama station (exactly as a previous reviewer had described), which was very useful since it was pouring rain when I arrived and I only had a very short expanse to cross that wasn't covered once exiting the […] tunnel. The room itself was clean and typical in size for what you would expect of a moderate Japanese hotel, although if I were to stay for more than 1 or 2 nights I would probably opt for a slightly larger space, but proximity to the station of this hotel is definitely a plus. Good location - minutes from railway station and other shopping locations. Here are some instructions to get there to the hotel from the railway station. Take the WEST exit - as soon as you come out of the station, you will find an entrance to a tunnel with a lot of shops inside. Take the tunnel straight and walk till the end and take exit #12 (last […] exit). The total walk is about 3 minutes. When you come out of the tunnel, the hotel is right in front of you. Wish I had this clear instructions in the hotels.com website - it would have saved me a 2 minute cab ride. After a long flight it was an easy place to locate from the Yokohama train station. Use of the pedestrian underground is necessary to cross the street, a pity this is not on the maps. And the staff were most helpful. And the breakfast buffet was varied and cosmopolitan.

The staff were excellent although knowledge of the Japanese language is a benefit as their English was limited. They were happy to help with any issue however, 24 hours a day, and they couldn't help you enough. After 12 days there, I felt I was saying goodbye to old friends when I left. Hotel suitable for a short stay, central location, the covered access to Yokohama train station through underground commercial center is nice on a rainy day. The bathroom is relatively fair sized for this class of hotel.

I like the rooms in this hotel. Mine was a corner room, very quiet, and somehow spacious although it was small. The bed was large and I had a nice view. The room felt like my own little apartment in Yokohama. The hotel is located right next to the train station which is convenient. Conveniently close to Yokohama station - good for day trips to the environs. If seeing sights in Yokohama, stay closer to Minato-mirai. A bit outdated on the inside, but quite ok.

このホテルは、評価点から宿泊を決めました。ただ、横浜駅から少し歩くのです。利便性から考えると今度は、泊まらないと思いました。ただ、インターネットは、無料ですし、部屋も快適です。値段相応な快適さでした。

横浜駅から西口を出て、そのまま地下街を進むと５分程度でホテルのすぐ横にでます。横浜の拠点として使えます。ホテルは多少古い感じはしますが、スタッフの対応は親切で好感が持てました。

次の日の予定が横浜駅近辺で早朝からだったため、駅から近いのと、このエリアでは値段が安かったために宿泊させていただきました。 フロントの対応は良かったです。部屋は喫煙だったためタバコの臭いが若干ありましたので気になる方は気になるかもしれません。

中華街での会食の為　初めて利用させていただきました。横浜は詳しくないですが地下街出て　すぐの立地で大変便利で助かりました。　思っていたよりお部屋も適度な広さ＆清潔で心地よく滞在できました。シングルを２名使用タイプでの利用でしたが　ベッドも広く良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

1歳の娘を連れて、アンパンマンミュージアムへ遊びに来た際に利用しました。まだ寝相が悪い娘にはダブルベットか和室の部屋が良かったのですがなかなかみなとみらい周辺では見つからず、こちらのホテルを口コミで知り利用できて良かったです。ただ、駐車場の係員は何だかいまいちで狭いのに後ろを見てくれないとかただ立っているだけの感じがしました。受付もバックを置いたまま部屋に行こうとしてしまったのですが、誰も気づいてくれませんでした。　ただ、場所や金額、部屋の感じは良かったのでまた利用したいと思います。

土・日曜日は、他の周辺のホテルに比べると、かなり割安です。しかし、ルームサービスなど「休み」です。

出張で一泊しました。 最もよかった点は、ロケーションです。 横浜駅から地下街を歩いたところにあり、天候の悪い日でもアクセスしやすく、近くにコンビニ、24時間営業のレストラン、キンコーズなどあります。 設備の年数は経っていますが、清潔感があるので、あまり気になりませんでした。また、スタッフの皆さんの応対も心地よかったです。

安かったので利用しました。とても狭い部屋を想像していましたが、それほど狭くもなく、設備も整っていて快適でした。近場にコンビニもあり、横浜駅まで歩いていけますし、便利です。

みなとみらいの万葉の湯の帰りにこのホテルに泊まりました。横浜駅前だったのでとても便利でした。改善してほしい点は、高級ホテルっぽいのにシャワートイレでないところです。それと、チェックアウトは12時までにしてほしいです。でも、総合的にはそんなに高くないので評価的には低くはないと思います。

建物自体は真新しいものではありませんが、清掃も行き届いており清潔感がありました。 宿泊者はホテルの駐車場が宿泊日の１４時から１泊１３００円で利用でき、横浜駅も近いので車を停めてからも移動に不便はありません。 以前は仕事で、今回は家族での利用でしたが、不満な部分はありませんでした。 あ、あえて言わせてもらうなら、首都高側のベランダが古びている部分が改善されれば更に良しです。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。
