Santiago Suite Apartment in Santiago

I got a neat one bedroom condo in a condo bldg. so I felt like I moved to Santiago for 3 nights. The bed was great and the place was very quiet. It is only 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, an easy walk to Bella Vista and I even walked back from Barrio Brasil. One note, from the US the flight gets in about 8:00am, take the Centrobus to Pajaritas Metro […] (total cost $4.00) and you get to the hotel by 10:00am. The Hotel charges $30 for an early check-in. THIS HOTEL IS PERFECT LOCATION, CENTRAL AND ACCESSIBLE. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND LET US USE THE INTERNET WHEN THE INTERNET IN THE ROOM WAS DOWN. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES NEED IMPROVEMENT, BUT WE KEPT OUR PLACE CLEAN ON OUR OWN. VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL AND WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Very central to main sites to see. Located close to metro that gives you access to all the city.The apartment was well-equiped (supermarket next door to get essentials) and reception were very helpful (they also spoke English). If you don't like city noise ask for an internal apartment. The apartments are easy to get to from the airport (no need for […] a taxi). As you exit customs follow the signs for the buses (or ask - good English Spoken). Buy a ticket for a bus that takes. This takes you into the Universidad de Santiago Station from where you can get the metro. You buy tickets for a single journey get on Lina 1 and take the San Pablo direction. (there are usually helpers on the station - they can be identified by the plackards they hold aloft). You can get a map and a route planner for the metro online by searching for Santiago Metro . Get off at Santa Lucia and take the exit for Miraflores. Walk up Miraflores for about 5mins and it Joins Merced. Turn right and the hotel is a few hundred yards. Lees meer

Excellent location in a world class city. All facilities were within walking distance as were many of the tourist destinations. The Metro was within 100m making it easy to visit attractions further afield and get to the airport or bus terminals. We felt secure when walking even late at night and were overwhelmed by the friendly and amiable people. Very good place to start the visit of Santiago. Possibility to cook your own food in the small kitchen, and they even do the dishes. Checkin possible from 15:00, but they did their best to get the room done even earlier. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Excellent appartment, very nice renovated with everything you need. Close to both the city center square and the bus terminal (8-10 min with a backpack) Only issue is that the lower appartments facing the road suffer from the traffic noise in the street.

Had a really lovely stay here, apartment was lovely, clean and modern in a fantastic location : firmly recommend paying opera restaurant a visit (very close to apartment) The staff were extremely welcoming, (especially NIcolas and his boss) who made us coffee and gave us traditional Chilean cakes on our arrival!

it was a decent location - near the plaza armas and right next to a big supermarket, which is a plus since the hotel room comes with a kitchen. the bad: we were expecting a hotel but it was a condo complex with some hotel rooms so there was no real 'hotel' service - we couldn't even get a wake up call in the morning. if you don't speak english, its […] hard to get pass the front gate since they just tell you to wait and you have no idea what you're waiting for. don't get the taxi shuttle service - we were ripped off! we paid for it beforehand and at the set time, we were waiting outside for a taxi, which came, but once we got to the airpot, they taxi demanded money before he gave us his luggage. we even got the police involved and showed them our payment to the hotel but they didn't seem to care. waste of money. would rather go to a hotel with an actual front desk. Este sitio queda en una ubicacion perfecta, cerca del Metro Bellas Artes, zona de buen acceso, supermercado en la planta baja (vino economico) es una muy buena opcion de negocios.

Próximo à Rua José Victorino Lastarria, aos principais pontos históricos da cidade: Plaza de Armas, Palácio de La Moneda, Catedral, Museus, cerro Santa Lucía... Também fica perto do Pátio Bellavista e tem um supermercado ao lado, o que torna tudo muito prático. O apartamento é agradável e limpo. Recomendo.

Muy buen Hotel, lo único a mejorar es que desde fuera no se sabe si es el lugar correcto o no y el conserje mal educado.

Al llegar al hotel en la recepción muy amables, pero en la habitación aún estaba la basura del pasajero anterior, pelos en el baño, pelusa y polvo abajo de los muebles...vidrios ni hablar....preocupense del aseo..todo lo demás muy bien.

Lento el Check in ya q llegue a las 8 de la mañana y no tuve a donde ducharme hasta las 3 de la tarde, el aseo un poco malo y q corrimos la cama y había basura debajo, lo demás bueno

Falta colaboración en la entrega de la habitación, llegamos a Chile a las 5 am y nadie nos atendió hasta las 9 am y solo para decirnos que hasta las 4:00 pm nos entregarian el apartamento, por lo demás, buena relación costo/beneficio

El hotel en realidad es una torre de condominios y se rentan algunos como suites para ejecutivos. Muy bien todo, pero fuera del hotel mucha suciedad, pero aparte de eso la única inconveniencia es que las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado central, sino con un aparato portátil que no alcanza a enfriar bien la habitación. En riktigt fin och nyrenoverad lägenhet mitt i stan. Trots att man hyr en lägenhet så städas det nästan varje dag (inte söndagar eller röda dagar) och det finns alla förnödenheter man behöver. Boas instalacoes (cozinha completa, quarto otimo, so faltou arcomd), a localizacao é ótima para caminhar por santiago, perto de tudo e ao lado da linha principais do metro que é muito bom. O unico porem sao as faxineiras, tomen cuidado com objeto de valor, pois ja havia lido antes da viagem alguns relatos a esse respeito e se confirmou, nao com objetos […] de valor mas sim com maquigem da minha mulher que apos 1 faxina sentiu falta de um baton e estojo sombras, coisas de pequeno valor. O local está bem localizado, é limpo, e são organizados. Não tem café da manhã, mas basta comprar no mercado (fica do lado do hotel) e fazer o seu. Só não gostei do cambio que eles fizeram para me cobrar. Quando fui trocar dólar na rua me pagavam 400 por cada dólar, no hotel me cobraram 450 por dólar para pagar no cartão. Ou seja, eles converteram o […] valor em dólar e cobraram em pesos chilenos!! Resumindo: Melhor pagar em dólar. No mais tudo bacana! Recomendo mesmo! Lees meer

Não que seja exatamente um hotel, na verdade é um condomínio semi-residencial de 4 torres. Facilmente achará outros hotéis no Hoteis.com com a mesma foto da piscina, isto porque estão no mesmo condomínio. Isto não chega a ser algo ruim, mas por este motivo não irá achar um restaurante no prédio. O quarto é um apartamento de uns +- 30 m², com sala/cozinha, […] quarto e banheiro com uma banheira. A cozinha vem equipada com forno micro-ondas, forno elétrico, fogão, cafeteira, aquecedor de água, torradeira de pão, geladeira e panela. No quarto temos uma televisão de 21", Receptor de TV paga, um Home-theater com DVD e um aquecedor. E por ultimo no banheiro temos o secador de cabelo. Este hotel é bem localizado a 2 quadras da praça das armas, 3 do mercado municipal e a 1 do metro Bellas Artes. Sem contar que está ao lado do Mercado Lider Express (Mesma rede do Wall-mart) onde é possível abastecer a geladeira. Na Administração do hotel é possível adquirir os pacotes turísticos da Turistik ou de outros usando qualquer forma de pagamento. Assim como o transfer para o aeroporto. (Já este ultimo fica um pouco mais caro do que se combinar com um taxista na rua. Lees meer

O hotel é perto de todas as atrações turísticas, bem organizado, limpeza e conforto excelentes. Nada a reclamar do hotel em si, que é perfeito. O barulho é pequeno, não chega a incomodar, mas no meu caso acho que foi a sorte de ter ficado num andar alto. O único problema da localização do hotel é caminhar pela região à noite, principalmente em feriados, […] em que tudo fica fechado. Peguei dois feriados seguidos, 18/9 e 19/9, e o Centro era um deserto só. Sempre bom andar alerta à noite. Durante o dia ainda é tranquilo. Como dá para conhecer as atrações em 2 ou 3 dias no máximo, não recomendaria um período maior na região. Mas não deixo de recomendar o hotel por isso. Lees meer

Recomiendo a todos especialmente por 2 motivos. 1-El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable cuando se trata de turismo, está próximo a la mayoría de todos los puntos turísticos. 2-La atención frente a inconvenientes es de primera. En especial por el Señor Nicolas, encargado de la administración del hotel. Muy educado, comprensivo y eficiente.

Un lindo hotel a pesar que me costo mucho encontrar la dirección pero al fin muy lindo todo y muy grata bien venida, el unico detalle es que dice que contan con un gimnasio que de gimnasio no tiene nada es solo una maquina que esta mala incluso, pero en si todo lindo y bien, lo recomiendo de todas maneras!!!!!

O hotel é bem localizado, conta com apartamento confortável e excelente serviço de limpeza.É preciso considerar que se trata de um flat, portanto, não conta com serviços como os de um hotel. A entrada do condomínio assusta um pouco, com uma portaria parecendo a de um edifício comercial, mas é só uma primeira impressão. Há uma bela piscina, mas não é […] climatizada ( gelada!).É possível comprar no hotel um City Tour e o transfer para o aeroporto. Tudo funciona bem.Recomendo! Lees meer
