Het hotel is landelijk gelegen in een kleine plaats. Geen winkels in de omgeving (behalve een aantal souvenirwinkels). Geschikt als je er slechts één of enkele dagen wilt verblijven. Mooie natuur en goede wandelingen zijn hier zeker te maken. Het hotel kan hier en daar een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het Mercure Cardiff Centre hotel ligt ongeveer 1,5 kilometer buiten het centrum van Cardiff. Het ligt dicht bij de grote wegen van en naar het centrum van Cardiff. Het personeel van het hotel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was steeds erg uitgebreid. De kamer was erg schoon en modern ingericht. Vooral de badkamer was erg netjes en luxueus. Ook was er airconditioning in de kamer aanwezig. Dit hotel voldeet aan al mijn verwachtingen en overtrof deze zelfs. Ik kan dit hotel erg aanraden.

We waren met 14 personen: 13 dames en de buschauffeur. We waren enorm onder de indruk toen we de oprijlaan opreden............ en we bléven onder de indruk. Het was super! Het is tevens een enorm goede uitvalsbasis wanneer je Bath, Bristol en de Cotswolds wil gaan bezoeken. Ook is dit een prachtige omgeving voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Goede keuken; geweldig ontbijt en vooral ook veel rust. Veel waarde voor je geld! Warm aanbevolen door mijn groep. Groetjes, Carina Hensgens

Apart from the shower taps comeing of in my hand and the sink where the water comes out had a leak or crack in the pipe so the water ended up going on the floor rather than going down the sink ever thing else was ok.

"Modern business hotel in centre of Bristol"
The hotel is in the centre of Bristol, by a shopping district and above a car park so it is conveniently located but this is not the loveliest part of Bristol. My room was clean and comfortable, and with a good shower. Staff were very friendly. If you have business to do in central Bristol, I can recommend it.

"Superb City Centre Hotel"
I have stayed in many Holiday Inns and this has to be one of the best! Great central location,less than 5mins walk to Cabot Circus . Great parking under the Hotel-£10 which was really good value and very convenient. Excellent Customer Service in all areas particularly Linda @ Reception who was very helpful!! Lovely Rainfall shower and high spec bedrooms, […] Iron,Ironing Board etc really useful- Only slight negative was that the mattress was a bit hard but all in all a great hotel and will definately stay again Lees meer

"Holiday Inn Bristol CIty Centre"
The hotel was really modern and new and well situated for the city centre. Couldn't fault any of that. However, one big drawback - the beds are like sleeping on a board and I had a very restless nights sleep. The matress was really hard and I suffered a back ache for a few days after. So unless you like a very hard matress, don't book.

Me and my girlfriend decided to celebrate the New Year in Bristol since it is a place we are debating moving to after we graduate. We chose the Holiday inn because it was competitively priced and had a very convenient location. I honestly didn't expect much from the hotel especially since we booked a standard room but I was very wrong. One thing that really stood out to me was that the staff were really friendly and happy to help any query we had. Another thing that although may seem insignificant, did put a smile on my face, was that the room contained five pillows that had tags on them describing their firmness, this meant I was able to get a really good nights sleep as I was able to choose the same type of pillow as I use at home ( it really is the little things that stand out). "Good value, newly-built hotel"
Very pleasant, but the room rate doesn't include anything extra - breakfast, internet (past the first 30 mins) and parking all cost extra. Highly recommended, esp if you get a 10% off voucher for hotels.com (or use a cashback site) which then makes this hotel cheaper than the Premier Inn next door (also good for the money, but definitely not as nice […] as the Holiday Inn). Reasonable room rate with good location. Close to shopping centre, exceptionally convenient if you plan to make a day trip to Bath. The bus stop X39 is just on the opposite side of hotel. I'd suggest to stay in Bristol rather than in Bath by considering the lower hotel cost and Bristol is worthwhile for a day visit. All aspects of our 2 day stay here were fantastic. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant to us.
