Far from center (15 minutes by taxi). Nice lake and park to walk around. Check out time at noon is quite ok. Could not get too much information about activities, taxi-prices, etc at the reception.

Zoals bijna alles in Schotland een tikkie aftands, maar het uitzicht maakt hier alles goed! Prima rustige plek, aardig personeel en een lekker zwembad voor een paar baantjes alvorens te ontbijten. Wie in de omgeving van Glasgow moet zijn maar niet in de drukte wil zitten, heeft hier een prachtig adres. Geef in je tomtom aan dat je naar centrum Langbank wil, en pas als je daar bent de Old Greenock Road. Anders kom je in een ander dorpje terecht.

Valuev for money! Aanrader Pluspunten: + goede prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding + nette ruime kamer (nr 8) + rustige buurt + kamer is goed te verduisteren (uitslapen!) + niet ih centrum, maar slechts 100m van metrostation Kelvinbridge, dus in 15-20 min downtown Glasgow of Ibrox Park Minpuntjes (hele kleintjes!): - ontbijt tot 9:30 - de geur van bacon op de kamer voor en tijdens ontbijt - duurt een paar dgn voor je weet hoe de thermostaatkraan van de douche werkt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een creditcard voor te leggen.

"convenient location"
Great location for shopping and SECC..... short walk to Buchanan Street Galleries and Argyle Street. Driving to hotel is really easy with NCP Parking next door. Hotel provides voucher for 50% discount!
"One of the great hotels"
Actually stayed twice and definitely enjoyed the time. First stay reached perfection with a very large, perfectly fitted room. Yet, the second stay, while still being quite nice did miss the perfection outlook the first had. Just a matter of having booked a room of a slightly lower standard, hence having to cope with some noise.

"Hotel Indigo, Glasgow - good shopping location"
Only a 5 minute walk from Buchanan Street, Sauchiehall Street and Argyll Street yet in a quiet location situated in amongst offices and financial centres. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. A lovely hotel - modern yet elegant - and the staff are very friendly. Will certainly return.

"Hotel Indigo Glasgow - I would reccommend"
Lovely hotel, modern, comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. I also tried out the gym which had new machines which you could plug your ipod into and control the songs on a large screen. I've been going to Glasgow a lot for work over the past year and Hotel Indigo was definitely one of my favourites.

A really centrally located hotel. We were greeted with really friendly staff on arrival and also in the bar. I loved the fact you could choose between a pink or a blue room! Lovely interior decor, modern and comfy. We would recommend this hotel.

"Connecting Doors!"
Stayed for three nights .Location,staff,quality of rooms all of a high standard.Visit marred on final nigh by the noise of people in next room.They were not particularly loud but their conversation carried on to the early hours of the morning and due to our room,419 being connected by an adjoing door we could hear just about everything,sleep proved […] evasive. Stay by all means at the hotel but avoid a room with an adjoining door. Stunning hotel opened only 4 mths ago. Very tastefully decorated and furnished, real feel of luxury. 5 min walk to city centre and discounted parking next door (£3.50 for 24 hrs at weekend). Very friendly and helpful staff who obviously enjoy working is such a lovely hotel.

"Indigo Hotel - Designer ware lacking luxe"
Freak weather conditions, even for Scotland, caused our travel plans to change and we decided we would stay another night in Central Glasgow. We were referred to the Indigo, which has only been open a week or so, and booked in. Very helpful reception, impressive lobby, but then we go up to the third floor and the corridors are dark. The designer décor […] in the room and hotel is certainly striking, but we were really disappointed in the layout of the room. We’d opted for two double beds, but in the room we had this had been squeezed in – no room to open the wardrobe, no suitcase rack, dismal view. Yes there was luxury in some areas. The beds were incredibly comfy, the shower stuff highest quality, complementary filter coffee, hi-fi i-pod dock. But the stay came the teething problems: Couldn’t adjust the airconditioning, blowing cold air on a chilly day. Going down to reception, and couldn’t get the lift to arrive at our floor -10 minutes waiting getting more and more irritated that we were a “test flight”. Breakfast had a makeshift feel, as if some ingredients were missing. So my overall opinion is that this is probably overpriced, over artified, and felt to me more like a risky investment in designer furnishing, rather than a guaranteed luxury stay Lees meer
