Only stayed one night, staff very welcoming and the hotel is clean and stylish! Would certainly stay again.

This hotel is super for a weekend away: smart and central. The rooms are well decorated, if a little small, but the beds are excellent quality. The bathrooms are well equipped (but no shower cap!) and the rain shower is fabulous! The best thing by far about this hotel is the staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Great hotel. Beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff. Great food. Levels breakfast. The complimentary mini bar with beers and soft drinks and chocolate and crisps was a nice touch. Absolutely great service from the reception team. Rooms exceeded expectations, very comfortable with all the necessities in. All eventualities were catered for and really nice touches to the toiletries and added bonus of the complimentary mini-bar. If there was one area that did not match the rest of the hotel then it would be the service from the bar […] staff which was busy but clearly underresourced on our visit. Took us at least 20 mins before we wetre served and had to actually go back to get service. The coffee options were also limited and staff appeared bit blase about the urgency and speed of service. Stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 2 nights over the Easter Bank Holiday. The hotel is situated in the commercial district of Liverpool so was quiet over the period that we stayed. Hotel very friendly and helpful. Room very comfy with super shower. The only fault is that we had a road facing room with a large window that didn't open and as we prefer not […] to use the air conditioning it would be very warm when the weather is hot. Breakfast service was slow as had to que 15 minutes to get in as there wasn't a table free, area not big enough!

Stayed for one night. In comparison to other hotels within this price group the hotel was amazing. Really good if you want a little luxury for the same price as a travelodge! And makes a good impression - I was on a tight budget this year and my boyfriend wouldn't have guessed how little I paid had I not told him. The only downside to the hotel is that I'm not sure the hotel knows which bit of the market is sits within...the restaurant menus are really expensive and whilst I would have been happy to eat breakfast and dinner there if I felt the food was worth the money I just don't think it was...it seemed like travelodge food at triple the price. Room service menus are similar - I just couldn't get to grips with paying so much for so little. That said, if you're not that bothered about eating there it's a great hotel. Having stayed in hotels all around the World, I didn't expect a night away in Liverpool, staying at the Hotel Indigo to be such a plesant experience but I was very wrong. We could not fault this hotel over any point. All areas of the hotel were bright, modern, very clean and tidy. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and […] fresh. A complementary mini bar, consisting of a couple of bottles of beer, cans of pop, 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar was a welcome touch. The double bed was extremely comfortable as it felt like there was a duvet under the bed sheet. The bathroom was well designed and modern and the powerful shower certainly did its job in the morning. In the morning we helped ourselves to the cooked buffet breakfast, which couldn't be faulted with plenty of choice and no limit on how much you could have. The hotel doesn't have parking but there is a park house 1 minute away cisting £12.50 for 24hrs. It was ideally situated for us as we went to the Slaughterhouse Comedy Club that night, which is only a 5 minute walk away and from there it was only a short walk to the rest of the bars and clubs. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool, which as a city itself has plenty to offer. Lees meer

Lovely hotel and not to far from the centre. As i read previous comments about trying to be charge twice I took confirmation of full payment regarding this, however, i did not need it as when we checked in the receptionist stated i had paid in full. The Resturant was lovely a bit pricey for what you get but the service was fantastic. The young man behind […] the hotel bar was also fantasic and went out of his way and was always smiling. The decor is funky and very modern but i think the Hotel was overpriced. It is a lovely Hotel however i have stayed in other equally good hotels in Liverpool for half the price. Excellent place to stay in Liverpool. Very high value for money this place. The staff was excellent. I was there for almost one full week and never once had any reason to complain.

The Indigo is a new hotel in an area of Liverpool that has seen more prosperous days. It seems to have been forgotten about with the arrival of the Liverpool One roadshow. However it is convenient for the Waterfront, Albert Dock and the Beatles attractions. The pubs in the immediate area around the hotel look rundown but dont be put off. They are the […] genuine thing, I know because I worked and drank in these pubs about 15 years ago. Not much has changed in the meanwhile but they still offer good beer and prices are lower than you will find in the more touristy area. The Indigo lacks carpets so noise could be a problem but it is a place I would return to if the price was right. Lees meer

Over for a match and the hotel was very clean, very conmfortable and very convenient. We got a good deal on the price but I'd consider going back it even if I didn't get that deal again on account of how good the stay was.

We had a wee weekend stay in the city. Hotel was great. Quiet location but near to main attractions. We wanted to spend time in the Walker Gallery. Car parking off site but was just at the end of the road. Staff were very helpful - even suggested some different places to go and see. Room was lovely, contemporary and well presented. Liked the free mini […] bar! Breakfast was yummy - plenty choice. Bed a bit soft for our liking - but thats us! Overall great place to stay - good value for money. The Indigo is located on a one way street in the City Centre so whilst it's location is convenient for local amenities it is also a hassle when trying to find it. If you approach from the wrong direction the one way system takes you miles away. Parking is a bit of a hassle too. The problem is you can't stop close enough to off load your luggage, ok […] if you are in a cab but not good if you are in your own car! Once inside, the hiotel is very smart and modern, free wifi makes it appealling to a business traveller. Bedrooms are colourful and bathrooms are very nicely finished off, my only criticism here would be the laminate flooring makes it feel a bit industrial. Food is very good and bar/restaurant service is attentive without being intrusive. I would stay here again, however, I would use Google maps to check the approach roads! Lees meer

Brilliant hotel with extremely polite and friendly staff. This is in an excellent location for shopping and nightlife just a 5 minute walk away. Myself and husband will defenently be staying at the indigo again.

Lovely modern comfortable hotel however the rooms are quite small.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo for my girlfriends birthday, and although we only stayed one night, it was amazing! 1. landed at the hotel just over an hour before check in time and there was no problem with that. 2. got to the room and it was cleaner than clean, everything well looked after and just felt really homely. shower amazing. bed amazing. great choice […] of tv channells. All girls behind the desk were very helpful and reccommended restraunts and bars, and organised taxis for us. overall, a wonderful stay, and wouldnt think about looking anywhere else for my next stay in Liverpool Lees meer

Had an overnight stay at the Hotel Indigo and was very impressed. Very colourful and comfortable rooms, I loved the decor, but perhaps not everyone's taste! The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch and the bathroom was very impressive, despite the lack of a bath. (Not a problem for us, but some may prefer that). Breakfast plentiful (so it should be at £10 a go) although the queue at the hot counter was a bit long. Spent one night at this hotel for Christmas shopping trip, fantastic location handy for all attractions, breakfast was amazing would definately stay here again.

This is the second Hotel Indigo I have stayed at, and I would most certainly use them again. Modern, clean, close to City centre and tourist sites. Highly recommend this hotel.

this is a great hotel, so much so I've recommended to all of the trainers at my company who often stay in Liverpool. FREE minibar! can't get better than that - plus the restaurant was also good - I had the fish pie which was lovely and warming.

Our party had a great stay at Hotel Indigo. Hotel, bar and MPW restaurant are all good. Only downside is the late check-in (we couldn't check in until 3.00) . Would recommend.

Stayed Saturday night after match at Anfield, great base for exploring museums and shopping. Staff are excellent ambassadors for both the hotel and the city

The Hotel Indigo on Liverpool, is very new and very stylish. The staff were ever so friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would love to visit again.

Staff were wonderful, falling over themselves to help. Décor in the restaurant was a bit unusual, but Marco Pierre White restaurant was fantastic. Free mini bar was a lovely touch. Only downside was that there was no bathtub, only a shower.

We had booked tickets for a gig at the 02 Arena and needed somewhere to stay overnight as we had travelled all the way from Durham. It took us a few attempts to find it as at car level there isn't a great deal of signage, but once we did I was really impressed. The decoration of the lobby, right through the lifts and along the hallways to your room […] is all themed and looks really fresh and modern. I also noted that the lifts and our room smelled lovely! The bed is gorgeously soft and there is also free wi-fi and a complimentary mini bar. In the mini bar we had 2 bottles of Carlsberg, two cans of pop, two bottles of water, a bar of posh chocolate and a bag of kettle crisps. Fab! We were only a 20 minute (if that) walk from the 02, and approx 10-15 mins to Liverpool 1 and all of the shops. I only wish we could have spent more time here and seen more of the city. We plan to return soon for some more sightseeing and I'll definitely be booking here. Lees meer

This is a good hotel, well located, clean, quiet and attractively decorated. It's new and the staff appear to be trying. Room service is expensive for what you get, therefore, I suggest eating out if you want to pay a reasonable price for reasonable food.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. Cleanliness is a big issue for me and so I was very glad that my room was clean as a whistle. I also appreciated that the room came with complimentary bottled water. However, just 2 suggestions : (a) I found the floor of the shower rather slippery - so maybe rubber strips could be installed on the floor, to avoid a nasty […] accident; (b) bedroom slippers would have been nice. Friendly helpful staff. Georgeous room, amazing feature wall wallpaper inspired by hotel's historical " cotton" connections. - super shower. Loved the stripy lobby carpet. Definitely stay at Indigo on my next visit to Liverpool.

Noisy hotel. Walls between rooms too thin! Somehow a weird smell, mix of parfum and kitchen. Quite intense. But the bed was so comfy and the staff so kind, that they overall compensate.

SUPERB. Very clean, modern, comfortable and good value for money. Not only do you get freeview channels you get HD channels on a nice big widescreen TV. You get free wi-fi access and even free mini bar!! Room service menu is a little limited but the food is good and good value.

The room was very modern with bright walls and furnishings, making best use of what was quite a dark and narrow room (Room 222). It was extremely clean, everything worked well and the housekeeping was of an excellent standard. There was attention to detail that really made a difference such as slow-closing wardrobe doors and toilet seats to avoid slamming […] noises, fantastic furnishings and illuminated and magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There was and abundance of towels which were soft and fluffy, and a daily complimentary mini bar of soft drinks, beers and posh crisps and chocolate. The staff throughout the hotel were great. On our first night the receptionist arranged for our twin beds to be made into a double while we were out and she was so friendly and professional arranging it, as though it was no bother at all. The restaurant staff were fantastic, we ate there 3 times and each time the manager and waiting staff were friendly and professional and the food delicious and reasonably priced. There was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and even when we were the first customers in there we didn't feel uncomfortable. Our only tiny criticism of this hotel was more to do with the design than anything else. Our bedroom floor was wooden and so was upstairs. Although we didn't hear other guests during our stay, the housekeeping trolley was quite loud on the upstairs floor. This didn't affect my husband who was fast asleep but it did wake me up. Shouldn't be a problem if you are up early in the morning to see the sights or staying on business. It is also the quietest hotel I've stayed in yet in Liverpool! Also our room only had one narrow window which didn't seem to open (probably for safety reasons because it was full length). There was excellent air conditioning and heating in our room but as a stickler for fresh air I think I would prefer a room with more window for a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved the funky decor,especially in the bedrooms. Very friendly helpful service. Would have this as my first choice if visiting Liverpool in the future, and would definately recommend to my friends.

The Indigo was fantastic. The rooms were fully equipped with gadgets including air conditioning and a complimentary minibar. The shower was incredible and easy to use.
