Weekje verbleven in het Yotel. Ligging is perfect (vlakbij Times Square), supermarkt aan de overkant. Dit trendy design hotel leent zich prima voor een citytrip naar NY. Kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, maar ze zijn handig en efficiënt ingericht. Kamers ook zeer schoon. Wil je onder de regendouche op de 23e verdieping met één oog op de Hudson en één […] oog op de flatscreentv? In dit hotel kan het! Eten en vooral drinken in het Yotel is niet goedkoop, maar je krijgt wel waar voor je geld. Het hotel heeft een erg moderne uitstraling. De kamers zijn redelijk compact, maar heel schoon en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een citytrip. Zeker een aanrader!

Goed, trendy en nieuw hotel in een goede omgeving op loopafstand van times square en restaurants op 9th av. Kleine kamer met mooi uitzicht met Ipad/ipod aansluiting en wifi. Ze hebben dit goed opgelost doordat het bed bij binnenkomst met de rugleuning omhoog staat en bij een platte stand electrisch verder uitschuift. Het yotel is ons uitstekend bevallen. Zal er zeker een volgende keer weer naar toe gaan!

The hotel is the best! It's very clean (it's new so .. duh) It even has a european toiletflusher. You can watch tv from the shower (how cool is that) Only downside was the breakfast. Don't get up early for that. It's just filtercoffee and a (big) muffin. Nieuw Hotel, geschikt voor een kort verblijf. Er zijn geen kasten in cabine (kamer)

Supe modern, trendy nieuw hotel. Zeker de moeite waard om hier te overnachten tijdens je verblijf in New York.

Ligging ietwat buitenaf (West End)- maar alsnog niet zo ver dat 7th Ave niet lopend berijkt kan worden. Daarvoor bied het hotel en werkelijk buitengewoone ambiente. Zo goed als nieuw - pas in Juni geopend, alles zeer netjes. Kamers klein maar handig ingericht - het hotel beschikt over verschillene bars (o.a. en buitenbar) - en het personeel is ondanks […] gemiddelt vrij jonge leeftijd meer als vriendelijk en behulpzam. Met name Abrerie (Mission Desk), Etienn en Yasmin verdienen en extra prijzing. Het beste is het hotel met 'Avantgarde' te beschrijven - top modern - met verschillene aktiviteiten zoals DJ-Parties - overwegend voor jongeren geschikt maar zeker ook voor 'jong geblevenen'. Zeer modern hotel, dat - terecht - veel jongeren trekt. Levendige sfeer mede door het grote buitenterrras. Veel zaken zijn geautomatiseerd, zoals in- en uitchecken. Robot om koffers tijdelijk op te slaan. Desondans voldoende vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij arriveerden voor 12 uur en kregen toch direct beschikking over de kamer. Kleine kamer […] is zeer doelmatig ingericht. Geen kasten. Uitschuifbaar bed is een vondst. Gratis "ontbijt" bestaat uit niet meer dan - overigens lekkere - koffie en muffin. Prima locatie, net uit de drukte van time square. Onze kamer had een mooi uitzicht op de Hudson (24e verdieping) Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer brandschoon met vernuftige snufjes o.a. het bed wat verlengd kon worden. Een trendy hotel en aanbevelingswaardig.

Loved the room and the location. Staff friendly and helpful. Delay in servicing of rooms was inconvenient when returning to the room to get ready for a night out but overall very good and would stay there again.

We stayed a night in April and were very pleased with our stay. This is a budget hotel and we got a fantastic rate. The hotel is fairly basic as were the rooms, however, they were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location is Lido - it'snot in the centre of Venice - we were well aware of this and the vaparetto stop is only a few […] minutes walk. It's a very nice hotel, it's created a very relaxing atmosphere, great location, as it's very close to 9th & 8th Ave which hv lots of nice dinning place, just a bit far from subway (5 mins walk). The only thing is the room is toooooooo small!!!!

We loved this hotel! It was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The staff was great and very accomodating.

I like the fact that it was in walking distance to time square and javit center had a good time nice vibe and healthy environment

VERY cool, hip, modern hotel very near Times Square. The staff was very friendly and the room is small (like all NYC hotels) but what it lacks in size it makes up for in how nice and clean it is. I don't think I would want to stay with kids here because it is more on the hip side than the family side but alone, with friends or with significant other […] or date is perfect place. I stayed here for one night while I was in town for business. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and modern, and the staff was helpful. I also liked that it was eco-conscious. However, it was hard for me to find the hotel from the closest subway stop, necessitating that I walk several blocks at night. Also, from the self check-in kiosks to the […] instructions on how to get to your "cabin," to the sound effects playing in the elevator, it all seemed like a grown-up Star Trek fantasy camp or living in a video game. It had lots of bells and whistles, like the couch that converts down into a bed with a button push, but like any futon, it was too hard to really make a comfortable bed. Unless, as with my most recent stay, I couldn't find any reasonable priced lodging closer to my office, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Lees meer

I needed to find a 3 night stay in NYC. Just a clean, centrally located, and affordable place to sleep and shower. Yotel fit the bill. Service was attentive and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Sam rocked! They have free cappuchino, coffee, and lattes all day from a machine. Nice bonus. The morning offers more free coffee and muffins, […] which I didn't try. I'd rather save my calories for an egg on a roll or some other NYC treat. Anyway, the cabins are small, but perfect for one. I think It would've been tight with two suitcases in the space. Bed was fine and the place was clean. I was a little nervous because of the club in the hotel,but didn;t hear any noise through the night (I stayed on the 9th floor). I did smell cigarette smoke from the outdoor area where people must've been smoking, which I didn't love. Fortunately, that was only one night. Free computer access and wi-fi which was very cool. The concierge, Jeremy. hooked me up with a good deal on an airport shuttle - very cool. Location was decent. CVS across the street. Walk 6-7 blocks on 10th avenue and you'll find a more residential area where there are some good eats. 9th ave too. I recommend Saschi's empanadas and arepas or Empanada Mama's. I chose the spot because I knew I wanted to hit ticks. in the morning and also be near Hell's Kitchen. Subways are aplenty. Easy to navigate to all NYC neighborhoods - I easily visited the Theater district, East and West Village, Harlem, Chelsea, ABC city, and Dumbo and Park Slope in Brooklyn. Ultra-modern hip style and chic ambiance ! Small but very comfortable room, the hub of the hotel on 'fourth' is super-trendy and a cool place to just hang out and relax or socialize. I will plan on staying here in future !

We really enjoyed our stay in Yotel Times Square. The rooms are on the small side but perfect for 1 week stay. They've cleverly tough the use of space so you don't feel cramped at all. We had 2 large suitcases that fitted under the bed. The bed is great, really comfortable and I liked that you can covert it to a sofa when not sleeping. Also is a nice […] gesture to have free coffee and tea in every floor. Our coffee maker was out of order for the whole week but you can use the one located in any other floor so that was fine. Other positives are that they've free WIFI, loads of electric wall plugs and the complimentary muffin breakfast on the 4th floor every morning. I'd recommend to book a table for the "Bottomless brunch", either on a Saturday or Sunday. For $35 you get a 2 hours all you can eat and drink from their brunch menu. On Sundays they've a DJ and although quite noisy (book the tables far away from the bar if you want to be able to have a conversation) it's really fun and good value for money. All in all I'd recommend people to try it as it's a good hotel, new and clean and in a good location to explore the city. Lees meer

Really enjoyed our time at Yotel - good value for the money! Absolutely a hotel worth recommending to others! Nice clean rooms, small but functional and good service - whats more to ask for.

We had a good price for the room. I would't pay more than that for a room in this hotel. It's a 10 minutes walk to Times Square :) but the service was not so good (no room service) and the room was no so clean (hair in the sink... ) I would recommend this hotel only if you get a Great deal for it!

please take out your plastic cover of the bed... i did not understand why i was not able to sleep and too hot 3 night... Last night, I recognized that plastic protection of the bed is not taken out. it was amazing that you try to protect bed ...what you do not know how difficult to sleep on the plastic.

My bf and I are native New Yorkers but we stayed at Yotel for one night. It was such an easy check in process. Location is good since it's not in the middle of the Times Square madness but close enough to walk. Rooms are small but comfy, especially the reclining bed! The galley is very convenient and overall design of hotel is fun and futuristic. I […] would definitely stay here again or recommend it. I have found my new regular accommodations! I loved everything about this hotel. It had a very youthful atmosphere. I really enjoyed the efficiency of the rather small rooms (who spends all of their time in a hotel room when visiting New York?). All of the space was used very well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the 'Yotel' despite its terrible name. The minute my taxi pulled up to the curb, two bellhops jumped to attention. One to open my door and the other to unload the trunk. Impessive - thought i had just pulled up to a hotel in Maui. I was immediately lead to the self check in lobby where a kiosk essentially pulls up your […] reservation and gives you a room key. A bellhop brings you up to the room and explains all of the hotel features which was great. There's a complimentary breakfast in the morning as well. I didn't actually use it do I can't comment on the quality. I was in NYC on a work assignment so I didn't spend much time at the Yotel, but I do love that each floor has fancy Lavazza coffee machine that come with free coffee! As for the room, it was very cool albeit, small, though I knew that coming in. The bed is a hybrid convertible so you can sit on it during the day and electronically pull it out for bedtime. Unfortunately, the bed is firm, I mean, FIRM. This could be a huge turn off for some. My only other gripe was that my room smelled vaguely like burnt hair. I sort of deduced that it was the high wattage bulb next to the bed that heated its chassis and that's where the smell emitted from... or maybe someone burned their hair during using a hair dryer?! Lastly, it didn't bother me but the bathroom is part of the bedroom... seperated only by glass and a curtain. It was great for me, but if you brought a date back to your room and ended up having explosive diarrhea, that would probably kill your chances of hooking up. All in all, I would stay here again since the price is right, but wouldn't bring my wife. Cool place and very unique. Worth a try! Lees meer

i cant think of a single bad thing to say about this place. the staff is wonderful. my room is ALWAYS spotless (and i am picky) you really feel as if the entire place is QUIETLY working to make ur stay pleasurable.

The concept of the hotel is great. It's ultra modern and makes you feel like your on a ship. It was only a short walking distance from Time Square & seemed to be in a safer part of the city. Prior reviews about the small size of the rooms were accurate; however, we stayed only one night so this wasn't an issue. If we had been there with kids or for […] more than 3 days we would've felt claustrophobic. The room maximizes space & had all the amenities of any other hotel room. I didn't understand issues with privacy for the bathroom since there is a curtain separading it from the main room. We had a gorgeous view of the skyline & were close to all the Time Square action. We didn't stick around for the other amenities the hotel had to offer, so no comment on that. Only downside during the stay was that the fire alarm went off twice durIng the night & scared the daylight out of us, but false alarm. Overall, nice concept and perfect stay for a couple for a few days. After that, look for something with more square footage. Lees meer

at any price a stay here is always fun. great vibe. i have told MANY people to try this place

The staff is not very professional, they all seem like very immature, not very well trained seasonal staff.There was a fire drill at 3:00 in the morning and the person speaking over the intercom was laughing! The beds are extremely hard!

This was a great hotel. The room was modern and well designed. Super clean!!! Great Location!!! The restaurant Dohyo was excellent!!! Can't think of anything bad or critical to write. Loved it.

I have stayed at many hotels in NY and this is one of my favorites. May not be the most luxurious but definitely the hippest and most fun. Restaurant was great .. loved the DJ in the restaurant.
