Het hotel is een goed hotel, heeft m.i. een paar minpuntjes, nl de buurt.Is een achterstandswijk. Wel prettig dat er 2 supermarktjes erg dichtbij zijn, naar het centrum is goed te lopen ( of per bus). Heel jammer dat het terras gesloten was, want het was prachtig weer en de buurt nodigt niet echt uit om ergens te gaan zitten.Zonde van zo'n prachtig terras. Zo jaag je de gasten van je hotel weg!!

The hotel is far from the centre, but for 10 euro you can use public transport for a week. There is a tramline at a minute walking, heading directly into the centre of the city, very usefull. The area around the hotel did not offer much, only thing around was the Fiat factory. A bit further with the tram we could go to the olympic stadium and an outdoor swimmingpool. The old city centre has a lot of beautiful locations and nice places to eat. Our room was very big, it was clean, and the beds were very nice. Also, the breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of things to choose from. We went half an hour before breakfast was over, and most of the time, (almost) everything was still there. - Travelling to the hotel from the airport is possible by public transport. This isnt too expensive, but if you arrive/leave at 5 in the morning, a taxi is rather expensive.

Goede locatie vlak bij station en metrohalte, en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ideaal voor diegenen die weinig tijd hebben; er zijn gratis fietsen te leen!

From a tourist perspective, Turin is probably one of the least visited cities in Italy. It's an undeserved status as it must be one of the most beautiful cities, anywhere. Largely unspoilt by the plague of mass tourism, it comes across as a beautiful survivor of nineteenth century rationalism in its most logical, ordered, sense; except, of course, for […] the Piemontese monarchs, the Savoia, who were unabashed vulgarians. The charmingly decrepit Palazzo Reale is best visited wearing a pair of strong sunglasses; the interiors are so gilded the place should have been renamed the Palazzo Dorado once the Savoia decamped. And there's a lot more; I think the arcades are far more impressive than the albeit older ones, in Bologna and the galleries are pretty good too. Adjacent to the main railway station, Torino Porta Nuova, the Hotel Roma is perfectly located to explore the city. It's part of a nineteenth century arcade complex and apparently has been run by the same family since 1854. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms modern and the breakfast buffet quite splendid in an hotelly sort of way. Linen was a bit tired, information hard to come by and service non-existent: the receptionist was arrogant to the point of rudeness and his recommendation of a place for supper resulted me eating the worst meal I've ever had in Italy, depressing for a city that lays claim to be the gourmet centre of the country. "Beautiful place, great food, lovely garden..."
This hotel is built on the grounds of an old estate. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tall palms, oleander and a very sweet pool. The hotel restaurant is really first rate and you can eat outside under the palms. The rooms are clean and the desk service people quite helpful. We used public transportation and were able to walk to the train […] station, however, the cab was worth the $7.50 because after Bari and Italy, the hotel is a quiet refuge. This is a real jewel. Cet hotel dispose de chambres tout fraichement rénovées. Déco sympa un peu néo classique. Les finitions notament de la salle de bain sont soignées. Literie impeccable et confortable. Pas de fioritures mais clean et confort et plutôt du charme. Petit dej copieux en choix, juste la serveuse un peu pressée de finir son service...Hotel bien placé , bref […] on recommande. Lees meer

Seppure la posizione e le foto facciano pensare ad un hotel un po' decentrato la posizione è ottima vicinissimo a tutti i luoghi da visitare a Torino. L'unica pecca è la tipologia delle camere...scegliete solo camere confort perchè le basic, seppure con un letto molto comodo, sono molto spartane con una moquette a terra impregnata di odore di sigarette […] che non se ne va neppure lasciando spalancata la finestra tutto il giorno ed il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare con sanitari vecchi e delle piastrelle ancor più vecchie. Super Lage am Bahnhof, geschmackvolles, grosszügiges Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit im Bad. Trotzdem: Ich gehe wieder dahin. Tipp: Zimmer im 5. Stock!
Excellente situation. Bon confort. Nous avons eu des chambres calmes,sur cour, comme nous l'avions demandé. Seul bémol: la décoration des chambres mériterait d'être améliorée. Bon rapport qualité-prix

Localização melhor impossivel, para quem gosta de andar tudo pode ser visitado a pé, pois Torino é uma cidade totalmente plana. Atrações imperdiveis: museu do cinema e museu egipcio, reserve 6 horas para cada uma dessas atrações. Nos arredores existem restaurante formidáveis, não deixe de experimentar o famoso sorvete sabor Gianduia. Bem em frente ao […] hotel há uma praça com pequeno jardim que torna o local extremamente romântico e aprazivél. Atenção o hotel é bastante antigo, porém as acomodações muito espaçosas, além de um quarto enorme,existe uma ante sala que pode servir como local de trabalho ou utilização de note book para acesso à Internet Lees meer
