The Cebu Grand is a nice hotel - good value for what I paid. It is conveniently located - short taxi rides to Ayala Mall, Mango and the city centre. My room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. I stayed 2 days in Grand hotel. First day I wanted use WIFi, but, not work, so asked frontsedk to fix WIFi. But, said 5 minute later.... nothing changed.. I told 3-4 times to front desk... Or, I wanted to change room, they didn't changed room.. For 3 days, I have to stay front desk to use internet.. Very uncomfortable hotel...

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. Stay away from this hotel. It looks spooky inside the room and the carpet is too smelly.They din't even give water in the room eveday and was told it was only for welcom drinks while the other hotel on a cheaper category beside it ( maxwell) do replace the water everyday in the room and looks more homey […] and clean. If you like to shower in hot water, under a powerful flow, this hotel is not for you. The best I could manage was a slight trickle of room temperature water. The sheets were treadbare, and had clearly seen better days. The A/C blew cold air, but not in the right direction. This hotel is one to be avoided. There was no hot water and the Wifi did not work at all on the first day and was under repair on second day. Check in staff was rude. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but the problems were not solved with a room change. There are better hotels for the same money. Montebello and Ford's Inn come to mind.

The room was big, aircon worked well, clean & comfortable, but the bathroom was really small.

A/C was so noisy, Shower was so weak it soaked bathroom floor, Nearby was a disco so noise was on until 4am, apart from the above it was a great hotel

I booked 2 twin rooms at the Cebu Grand Hotel on hotels.com for 2 nights on a stop over flight back to Manila. The flight was 2 days late after being initially cancelled, so I called the hotel to ask if they could push back my booking. I did have to do some criclework, phone calling their Manila office to get approval, which seemed unnecessary. Upon […] arrival, the hotel looks old but is currently undergoing renovations to the front right hand facade. However the rooms have been renovated and bathrooms are tidy. Air con worked well, so was comfortable enough. (Although hallways of the hotel are not air conditioned) Another pro is that the hotel is very close to McDonalds, Shell petrol station and not too far from Ayala Business Centre and Mall, plus there is an ATM around the corner of the building. Not the newest of fanciest hotel by any means - but very comfortable and friendly - Nice big rooms and Balcony which I personally enjoyed . VERY good value - Strongly recommended. Mark Houston, Texas

중심 상권과도 가깝고 항구와도 가까워 보홀 이동시에도 좋았고, 객실도 비교적 청결 하였으나 조식은 크게 기대하지 마시길, 지프니를 타도 근처 아얄라몰까지 10분이 채 걸리지 않은 듯 하며 한국인들이 잘 가는 트리쉐이드 스파와도 택시비 100페소가 안되는 위치적으로 비교적 좋았음.

가격 대비 룸도 크고 좋아는데 커피포트가 없어 매번 하우스키핑을 불러야하는점과 칫솔과 슬리퍼는 지속 적으로 구비해줘야하는데 매번 콜을 해야 해서 불편했다 다른점은 모두 만족

酒店人员都比较热心，房间也很大，一张单人床和一张加宽的双人床，加宽双人床睡俩人没问题，酒店里ayala和Robinson's place都不远 走路10多分钟 里SM sall 打车70-80比索左右
