Days Inn Humble/Intercontinental Airport in Humble

Fine Motel. Rooms have good size and beds have fine matresses. The shops and restaurants are quite close. Getting there without a car is a bit difficult though, because there is no sidewalk.

Very nice , new. Helpful staff. Room was very clean and new.

Hotel is great but only establishment on the road. No road sign at end of road!

So nice and convenient!

Staff was very accommodating. Minor maintenance had my original room blocked. Desk clerk was very efficient in assisting me with room change. Hotel owners and staff appear to be very concerned with appearance and service. Wish there was more like this!

A great motel at a reasonable price, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Every aplliance works and up to date.

THIS WAS TRULY A 5-STAR ROOM IN A MUCH LESSER PRICED HOTEL. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY AND THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT WAS RIGHT ON SCHEDULE FOR OUR FLIGHT.

This hotel offers a very functional, clean and recently updated room (includes a kitchenette). Would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn in Humble, a half hour drive from the major Houston sights like the Aquarium, Galleria Mall, waterfall and amazing skyline. Our room had a comfortable bed, very hot water, a separate lounge area, mini fridge, microwave, and a flat screen television. The rates were great and included a basic breakfast. Location OK if you want to be close to the airport. Not many facilities. Basic accomodation for a one night stay.

The hotel was located close to Kingwood, TX, which is where I wanted to be. It had surprisingly nice, modern furnishings and the bed was comfortable. The guy at the front desk was friendly and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. There were three things wrong with the room, however: 1. The bedspread had not been washed. There was what looked […] like toothpaste smeared on the bedspread at the foot of the bed. 2. The noise from the freeway (I-59) was quite loud and would've been a problem had I not been so tired. 3. The curtains did not close completely, leaving about a 1" gap down the middle that let light in from the street light just outside the window. Again, had I not been so tired, this could have affected my sleep. This could also be a privacy concern for some, since others could see into the room when walking by. Lees meer

Was there for 4 days, 3 nights & my room was not EVER made up - - no clean towels, no bed made, NOTHING!!! The 2nd Day I mentioned it to the front desk upon my departure for the day (10:30 a.m. - not particularly LATE) and still nothing....

The hotel room is not good, the rooms are really bad, I got there and they give me a room when we got to the room, the sheets were dirty,

Our experience was a mixed bag. The hotel looked like it was undergoing renovation, but our room was very nice for the price. The breakfast was also pretty good with many options to choose from. My only complaint was their service regarding their airport shuttle. The people at the front desk, said they sent the shuttle and he didn't show up for 1.5 […] hours. When he arrived he had a full van already and told us that this was his last trip, and we were out of luck. We forced ourselves into the van. I don't blame the driver but the front desk staff was not helpful. The hotel needs to add another shuttle during peak times. Lees meer

The motel is only about 6 months old, but the shower curtain had a LOT of stains & discolouration. The two towels had stains. There was little to no water pressure in the shower. This was at 2pm and probably due to their laundry machines going. Finally, there was a large clump of hair under one of the pillows. When booked through Hotels.com, 2 doubles were requested and paid for. When we got there, we had 1 king size, handicapped room. Not too big a deal, but not what was asked for or paid for. The attendant let us know what a great deal we got on this room. Tacky, tacky, tacky. Need better customer service.

The room was VERY clean, renovated, with a plenty of space - couch (living room type of area) and a small kitchen. The staffs were extremely nice and they gave me multiple rides to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel, right next to the airport and very close to restaurants. They have a great staff and an excellent customer service. Will definitely go back!!

All in all a pleasant experience. Only issue was the first non-smoking room we received had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a new room and was given one where the smell of cigarettes was still present, but only my wife could smell it. Nice room overall. Clean and new.

My stay at this hotel was short. It was very clean and the front was very friendly. i got into town at 3 a.m they gave me a room fast!! no fuss, no waiting and after a 12hr drive all you want to do is sleep. The only bad remark would have to be the wifi, it was hard to get it connected. Over all it was a nice stay.

One of the newest hotels I've stayed at. It was very new, I didn't have any complaints, but when we arrived, I was assigned a room and when we walked in, the room wasn't cleaned yet, so I had to go back to the front desk to be re-assigned a new room. But, the room was definitely clean, and you can smell the newness of the room. I flew in and out of […] Bush International, it wasn't even a 5 minute drive, it was very convenient. The king size bed was really nice. Room was laid out well. Breakfast was OK but the bed really good. Oh, I already said this but it really was. Places to eat were close and all located right off of Rt 59. Nice stay.

everything was better than we expected - very clean, comfortable and affordable. Very close to some good restaurants.

I guess you get what your money worth. It is ok for the price. It is not the condition one of those cheap motel as it looks newer, but not thing beautiful like the pics looks. Overall, it ok for short time stay!

* 2 blocks from Pappasito's (a great mexican restaurant) and Kroger's (a 24hr supermarket)... and many other fast food places * Free shuttle to IAH (airport)... and fast! Like 7 minutes.

wish there was a covered area to get into the lobby-the days i was there it was pouring rain, which made it difficult to get to the lobby without getting soaked.

Room was clean and quiet. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Bathroom was very roomy. We didn't get a bath mat, which would have been nice.

excellent hotel close to airport. Definitely recommended to friends

This hotel was a great value. Clean, convenient and cheap.

I am always a bit nervous when booking room at the more basic hotel chains, the are hit or miss, being anything from dingy and worn to simply average, but not much beyond that. This place however, was a delightful surprise. Although the outside of the hotel looked like a typical chain, the rooms were very stylish with great color paint, tasteful lamps […] and bed spreads Of course the paint was fresh and bedding new, with great pillows and bed. The room was spacious with a loveseat seating area as well as fridge, micro and big screen tv. All the people I dealt with at reception were very helpful and pleasant. I will definatly make this my regular Houston stop over. Lees meer

I was very happy with Days Inn Humble. The price was reasonable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They took me to and from the airport several times. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The manager and his staff at the Day's Inn in Humble, TX were most accomodating! Any questions I had or something needed was immediately taken care of. The shuttle service was wonderful. When I travel back to Houston area, this is where I will stay again! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Our stay at this location was very enjoyable. The hotel is new, everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable.

First thing - this motel is new and in very good condition and the hotel shuttle to the airport was on time. That's the good news. The bad news was that we had to stay on the 2nd floor with 300 lbs. of bags with no elevator nor luggage cart. The clerk refused to give us a ground floor room. It was difficult to find the access to the hotel in a questionable […] area. The family running the hotel tried to be helpful but couldn't communicate in English well. Our wake-up call was an hour early - 3:00 AM! Overall it was a good rate and we would recommend it to a light traveler who doesn't need a wakeup call. Lees meer

Convenient location to Bush Intercontinental. I was able to leave my vehicle at the hotel for a very reasonable fee for my flight. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice new room. Super clean. Nicely decorated. Close to mall and stores.

I registered for a room with two double beds. There were no such rooms available when I arrived, so I was put in a King room with a fold-out sofa bed, which was fine, however, hotel staff refused to give extra linens and a blanket for the sofa bed. We were told they did not have any. I was forced to go to a store at 1:00 in the morning and purchase […] linens for the bed. Also, I registed for 3 adults and a child; we were left two towels, one-half of a roll of toilet paper and the box of kleenex was empty. This hotel is a beautiful hotel, very clean and in a fairly good location. They have no elevator, so if you do get put on the second floor, you have to go up and down the stairs (not suitable for the elderly who use walking assistance, like one of the persons I was travelling with). The hotel staff and service leave a lot to be desired, though. They were not very friendly, nor did they do anything to make our stay more comfortable. I will not stay at this hotel again. Lees meer
