Although the room size is small, the location is good for shopping, and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel next time.

New and comfortable! Very convenient! Metro entrance just face to the hotel entrance. However, the room is very small.

My family and I were at the Skypark III for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay.Hotel located in an excellent location. Myeongdong subway exit 9 is just in front of the hotel. Shopping and dinning area Myeongdong is just within walking distance. Within walking distance to Namsan and Namdaemum market. Near subway and myeongdong. Easy to go around. have nice bakery shop at first floor (pb).room is bigger than skypark1. and more comfortable.

location is great, 20 steps out of subway station, the room is tinny but clean(the hotel is grand open on 2011 3rd quarter ), the service of hotel staff are good,can speak fluent english

Although hotel is very small and no window, but clean and location is very convenience.

Skypark 3 is really located at the best location ever. Right in front of Myeong-dong mtr exit 9, 20 steps away from airport shuttle, you can walk to anywhere within minutes. The room is clean, although a bit small, all you need is in the room. Although there're 2 floors designated as lady floor, I didn't get to try that this round. It has a very good location right in front of the myenndong subway station and airport bus stop just within 5 steps. The rooms are quite okay but beds are quite small. Skypark Myeongdong III has incredibly small double room for the price we paid; extremely small window looks into the building 5 or 10 feet away, i.e. can't tell day or night; no place to put two small suitcases; tiny "closet" poorly designed makes hanging a few clothes a struggle, and of course there is no shelf space; front desk hardly speaks English […] though friendly; photos of facilities not accurate. The hotel is strategically located to most of the tourist spots and there are many restaurants nearby where you can dine in. Myeondong, one of the shopping areas is literally at the back of the hotel or a 5 minute walk to be exact. Transportation is also very accesible, it's just right in front of subway line 4 exit 9, a few minutes walk to airport […] bus stop and taxi stand. The hotel personnel is generally helpful except for a few who doesn't understand much of the English language, thus, they refuse to answer any of your queries. The Gen. Manager is very accomodating though I just want to give some suggestion to one of your employees who's not so accomodating and made some faces in disgust because he doesn't want to answer my queries. My niece who lives in Korea told me that the gesture was in disgust, so no way that I would be mistaken. Our room was generally fine and comfortable and it even has two (2) shower areas so as to save time. However the other shower area doesn't have a place where i can put my towel soap and shampoo, maybe you he hotel can do something about that..a shower caddy may do and a hook for putting the towel. We love the toilet bowl/seat it has the push button selection for bidet, wash, dry and massage. Please take note that the hotel strictly observe the 2pm check in time no early check in. 窓が無く天気がわからないのがちょっと残念ですが、短い滞在には良いホテルです。

何よりもアクセスが最高。スタッフの方々の対応も良かった。部屋自体は窓が無かったが、水回りは清潔。めちゃくちゃ広いわけではないが、スーツケースを広げるには十分。夜中まで買い物して、ホテルは寝るだけ、の旅ならとてもおすすめ。また利用しようと思います。

空港へ行くにも地下鉄に乗るにも、乗り場がホテルの前にあるので大変便利です。立地は最高です。ただ気になった点は、①窓が無く空気がこもっている。②部屋のパソコンのキーボードがホコリだらけ。③トイレットペーパーが流せない。の３点です。③は韓国では常識なのでしょうか？日本語で注意書きもありましたが、これが一番苦痛でした。

我們原本定ㄉ就是不要抽煙ㄉ房間,結果當天卻告訴我們只剩抽煙ㄉ讓我ㄇ很傻眼,結果上去之後絕ㄉ還是不行有要求換房(因為同行友人是孕婦)所以用英文跟他ㄇ溝通後飯店同意換房,ps明明就有房間為何剛開始不給我ㄇ，還要我ㄇ要求，如果今天我ㄇ沒有反應飯店不就算了。。。生氣

門口旁有機場巴士站，酒店一出便是地鐵站口，房價雖頗為貴了一點，不過入住後，就會覺得物超所值，極度滿意其表現！下次到首爾定必會再入住的！

仕事利用でツインルームに１人で滞在しましたが、すごく便利で快適でした。リムジンバスが停まり、地下鉄の駅は真下で、明洞を拠点に行動したい方には最高だと思います。 １階にコンビニとパン屋さんがあるのも便利でした。wi-fiが自由に利用できるのも最高です。 ホテルの方は誰でも・どの時間の人でも日本語がお上手で、しかも親切です。 唯一不便を感じたのは空調です。フロントにコールすれば温度を操作してもらえますが、自分では温度調整ができません。 広さは、ツインルームに１人で「ちょうどいい」と感じた広さだったので、２人では狭いかもしれません。ちょっと狭くても気にならない、という方なら、快適で便利なホテルだと思います。 私は絶対にリピートします。

ショッピング目的で、よく一人でソウルを訪れる自分にとって立地条件が最高のホテルです。リムジンのバス停、地下鉄の駅が目の前、さらに明洞で買い物して荷物が重くなればすぐに戻ってくることができます。窓が小さめで部屋の中はやや暗いですが、宿泊するだけでほとんどホテルで過ごさないので、さほど問題ないです。一人で泊まるなら部屋の広さも十分です。バスタブがあるのも疲れを癒やすことができて有り難いです。今後ソウルへ行くときにはまず最初にこのホテルの空室状況を確認したいと思います。

仁川空港からリムジンを利用するなら、とても便利です。リムジンがとまる世宗ホテルのすぐそばなので、行きも不安なくすぐホテルに行き着きましたし、帰りも朝5時頃のリムジンに乗りたかったのですが、朝の寒さの中、ほとんど歩くことも待つこともなくリムジンに乗れました。明洞の待ち歩きもすごく便利です。メインストリートがすぐですので、夜遅くまで外出していても問題ありません。 ホテルの部屋の壁が薄く、廊下や隣の部屋の声や物音がうるさかったのが欠点でしょうか。部屋は清潔ですが、いたってシンプルで、ベッドの枕元で照明のオンオフができないのも初めての経験でちょっと不便でした。 でもこのロケーションと金額は最大の魅力ですので、また利用したいと思います。

二回目ですが、前回と違い三泊した中で一泊目が外気にふれる窓がない・・・窓があっても外は隣の部屋との境の空間！・・・部屋は接着剤の臭いがひどく目もチカチカするほど！・・・フロントで交渉したら二泊目と三泊目は外気にふれる窓がある部屋になりました。 ああいう部屋は使ってはいけませんね。 一回目はそういう部屋には泊まらなかったので便利で清潔で良かったので今回また泊まりましたが、次回は考えてしまいます。

地下鉄明洞駅からすぐでエアポートバス乗り場も近く立地は最高です。 今回は一人で滞在だったので他の方のレビューにある部屋の狭さも気になりませんでした。 ただ、トイレットペーパーが流せずゴミ箱に捨てる形式なのが難点です。一人だったから良かったですが、友達とかと泊まると気まずいかも。

駅に近いし、明洞に近いし、個人で活動するには最高です。 料金も私にとっては手頃でしたし、部屋も清潔でした。 難を言えばもう少し部屋が広かったらと思っただけです。

地下鉄もすぐそばで食事をしたり買い物も便利な場所です。空港からのリムジンバスも世宗ホテル前を利用すればすぐです。お部屋も新しく、無料のミネラルウォーターもいただけるので良いと思います。 ただ、部屋はものすごく狭いです。一人でツイン部屋利用でしたが小さめのシングルベットが30センチくらいの感覚で配置してあるので2人だと窮屈さは感じると思います。 今と同じくらいの値段で、一人旅の場合はまたリピートしたいと思います。

明洞の繁華街に近いので遅くまで買い物できます。ホテルが大通りに面しているので便利です。帰りも空港までのリムジンバスが近くから出てるのでラクチンでした。日本語が話せるスタッフが多いので助かりました。

地下鉄　バス　ミョンドンのメイン街　全てそば 　 タクシ－の場合は　お隣の　セジョン　ホテル名を告げれば　完璧 　1フロア　に3部屋位　窓のないタイプがありましたが 　そのタイプに当たらなければ 　最高のホテルだと　おすすめ　します

12月19日より2泊しました。場所はショッピングや食事には申し分ない立地です。部屋は少し狭いですが、許容範囲です。フロントでは日本語が通じますし、次回明胴に行った際はまた滞在したいと思います。

場所がとても良かった。新しいホテルなので部屋が綺麗。女性一人旅でも安心して利用出来ました。

明洞にあり立地は抜群です。 買い物やエステに行くのも便利だし、できたばかりだけ部屋もとても綺麗です。 エレベーターも部屋のカードがないと客室へ登れないようになっているしセキュリティーもいいと思います。 部屋は、ビジネスホテルくらいの大きさでしょうか。 また利用すると思います。

B2の朝食場所は雰囲気、食事の質、サービスともに良くない。

空港バス停・地下鉄駅がホテル前で最高に便利。明洞も南大門も徒歩圏で文句なし。エレベータはルームキーをタッチしないと動かずセキュリテイー心配なし。日本人が殆どで日本語が通じて心配なし。パン屋とセブンイレブンが１階に在り便利。 　イベントやレストランの予約もフロントで頼めます。スタッフも優しく部屋のリクエストにも応じて頂けました。部屋がとに角狭いのが難点。フロントで広い部屋に代えてくれと交渉してる人がいましたが広い部屋は在りませんと回答してました。食事も満足できました。

Good location and it's a new hotel.

明洞駅前に立地、空港リムジンバスの停留所がすぐ斜め前にあり、ホテル内には７イレブン、ロビーにパソコンもありとにかく便利。スタッフは日本語が話せ、レストラン予約なども快く応じてくれました。アメニティもローション、乳液、シャンプー、ボディソープ、バスローブと結構充実。お部屋は狭く、泊まったお部屋が隣のビルに面していたので小さい窓が一つで日中でも電気をつけないと暗かった状態ですが、一日外出し、夜に寝るだけに帰るような使い方でしたのでさして気になりませんでいた。バスルームがあるのもうれしいです。また利用したいと思います！！

10/4～3泊しましたが新しく場所もいいです。 エレベーターも部屋のカードをセンサーにかざし 動くというものなので女性は安心かも。 今回はツインで利用でしたが、部屋の収納が 120センチ幅くらいのクローゼットだけ。 しかも丈が長めの洋服は下にも棚があるので ずってしまいます。 一般的なホテルにある様なタンス形式の収納は 無いので買い物して来たものを置いておけない、 デスクも1つのベット側にあるだけで 使い勝手は正直イマイチでした。 今回は買い物メインで2人共に 大きなスーツケースで行ったので かろうじてスーツケースを開けるくらいの狭さ。 前回5月に料金もほぼ同じでセジョンホテルに 宿泊したので、総合的に考えると私は今後の こちらの利用はないと思います。 荷物が少なく宿泊するだけならお勧めです […] 。 Lees meer

SKYPARK HOTEL III 干净整洁，就是客房略小，设施齐全，入住手续快捷，酒店就在明洞，非常适合下楼逛街，最关键门口就能坐到机场大巴。希望价格再低点就更满意了

飯店出來就是明洞地鐵站,只是是樓梯,如果行李很大件的人可能會很累,但去仁川機場超方便,從飯店出來不到1分鐘就可以坐巴士了,唯一不滿意點,飯店太新,味道不太好聞。

利便性は　空港からのリムジンバス、明洞駅に 近いし　いろいろなお店の近くすこぶる便利。 収納が少ないのが少し残念。
