The views are AMAZING and so peaceful over looking the water towards Auckland CBD and the Harbour Bridge. The accommodation was great - big apartment with loads of space and full amenities. Close to Takapuna and Devonport would definately go back!

We were very happy with everything that this Hotel had to offer, from the staff to the room it was great, it was definitely the shinning star in our New Zealand.

The service apartment is excellently located on the shore's of Bayswater with a range of restaurants and cafes at Devonport or Takapuna which are a few minutes drive. The hotel provides complimentary return ferry to Auckland Central and the terminal is only a 10 minute walk one way. Wifi and printing facilities are also provided. The continental breakfast […] is limited but the room has its own kitchen facilities to allow you to cook up a storm. There is also a dish washer, washing machine and dryer to keep things clean. Definately one of the best views of Auckland harbour bridge and city skyline from the sunset lounge. Other pleasant touches were the heated bathroom tiles and towel racks. One thing I could not work out was whether the room had air conditioning but with the lovely bay breezes I guess this wasn't neccessary. Clean, spacious and comfy apartments. Excellent in room facilities. Fantastic location across the bay from the city. Free ferry tickets. Free wifi. Continental breakfast included. Secure parking. Helpful and friendly staff. No complaints, was sad to leave and will defo return!

This is a new and beautiful hotel in a peaceful, quiet setting -- very relaxing. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge on the top floor, looking out over the bay. Just a 5-minute walk to the ferry, and a most pleasant ride across to the Auckland ferry terminal using the free hotel voucher. This is much faster and easier that taking ground transportation […] to Auckland's CBD. The hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the all-inclusive boat ride over to the City centre to save me driving over the bridge if just going out in the City Centre. Less than 10 mins on the boat!!

I found the hotel and facilities very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed staying there. Very peaceful.

This hotel is new in 2011 and almost perfect. The location is across the bay from Auckland with a 5 minute walk to the marina and a 15 minute ferry to downtown. The view from the room was picture perfect of the city skyline and the bridge. The hotel even provided a voucher for the ferry fees. The folks there provided great service but being a small […] place the times of the desk, restaurant etc fluctuated depending on staff availability. The only downside is that on weekends, the ferry doesn't operate very often and public transportation was difficult without it. 5 times on weekend days, every half hour during the work week. We were there on a weekend. If you want a quaint and quiet place that has fast accessibility to the hustle and bustle of Auckland this is a great place - and the price was great, too! Lees meer

Very nice hotel with excellent, well-equipped rooms in a nice quiet area somewhat off the beaten track. However, it is only a short drive to Devonport, from where one can take the ferry to Auckland. There are also a few restaurants in Devonport, including the very good Monsoon (Thai). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable rooms with excellent views over harbour. Reception staff exceptional and very eager to assist. Modest breakfast that served our needs.

The hotel features great views of the harbour. You need a car because it is out of the way, but that is an advantage because it is quiet and unhurried. Staff are uniformly friendly, courteous and they go out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are suites and contain everything you could need. Highly recommended on all counts.

After being in China for 6 weeks arriving to our spotless room was the best thing in the world! It was so clean and I felt like my baby could get down and crawl around and I didn't have to watch everything she was touching. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We had a delightful harbour view which is just what I wanted. Although the hotel is not located in the central city, it was only a 13 minute ferry ride from Queen Street. Our apartment was modern and light, clean and spacious, and well-serviced. One slight problem was having no oven in the kitchen. We're a family, all adults, but one of our group has […] a gluten free diet so we needed to do a lot of our own cooking during our stay. There was a stove-top and microwave which also grills, but it would have been good to have an oven as well. But, overall, I rate this hotel very highly and would absolutely recommend it. Lees meer

Three of us going to a conference stayed there and we really loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were great and the hotel is new. it is quiet inside rooms and you don't hear others. When we had to go to stay in the CBD on our last night in Auclkland we really missed Takapuna Oaks. 酒店各方面都还不错，就是位置有点偏，不过提供免费到city centre 的轮渡船票，指点还算满意。早餐比较简单，但好过没有了。房间设施、服务都很好！

El hotel tiene una excelente vista,muy limpio, las personas que atienden muy atentas y serviciales. El desayuno bastante bien. Paro tienes que tomar el ferry o el bus para llegar a centro de la ciudad, queda como a 15 minutos no puedes ir caminando, el viaje en ferry es bastante bueno.
